• Maree (5/5): Bad taste - Location and facilities The key pick up was a nightmare. We were 3 hrs late booking in after chasing around Rosebud( not near Sorrento) to get keys. Should charge petrol and lost time
• Robert (8/5): Good position and good room. - Good position in the centre of town and a short walk to the bay. Not suitable for the wheel chair disabled as the bathroom has two stairs with no grip rails.

• Kathryn (6/5): We loved the location but very disappointed with the apartment - The location was fabulous. It is advertised as a luxury apartment which it is not. There was nowhere to store food and there were about 8 champagne glasses and no wine glasses . The balcony was very dirty A car occupied out allocated parking spot the whole time we were there which caused a problem. I parked in any spot and left a note on my car which I needed to move on numerous occasions during our stay. That was very disappointing considering the cost included a parking spot.

• Scott (9/5): Superb - Great location,very nice apartment, good kitchen facilities, and smart TV with full foxtel was a bonus. Bed was a a bit too firm.
• Kate (9/5): Clean & modern with everything needed provided. - Great base while working in the area. Apartment was subject to noise echoing down the shared concrete hallway. Once you were used to this it wasn't too bad.

• Mandy (2/5): Disappointing given the location, one learns from one's mistakes!!! - Only the location There was no where to sit to have a meal all the seating was basically Bar Stool type and quite frankly that is jut not good enough. The balcony had no privacy what so ever. General foot traffic was within reach, which was both unsafe and somewhat disturbing. This was basically a big mistake for 3 days we spent more time getting away from the accommodation than enjoying aspects of it..

• Herwin (6/5): great location on a simple holiday accommodation. - The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I have no issue finding and accessing the locked box to collect the key and garage remote. I also no issue to find the garage door and parking spot. I wish the property can use the digital keypad so I don't need to collect the physical key. Some other properties use the phone's digital key to open the door and access the garage. Properly

• Melissa (7/5): Good - Spacious The actual location of the apartment is a bit odd - you enter from the street and the apartment is 3/4 of the way down a long corridor that also houses a massage shop and a nail shop. The corridor echos so unfortunately it’s quite noisy

For the price, I would have expected a mattress that didn't sag and a more generous allocation of towels (one small hand towel between 2 people quickly got damp, and there was no proper towel rail to help it dry).

Floors need cleaning first hour in apartment we showered after trip from Sydney our feet were black as we do not wear shoes in the house apart from that was perfect

• Leigh (10/5): A perfect apartment getaway for 2. Definitely come here is summer. - Location is great! You can walk to the shore or take a quick drive to a bunch of beaches. If you just want to walk around town then good news, you are right there! The room is quite spacious and there are lots of utensils if you're planning to cook for yourself. I was a little confused about what to do with the rubbish but I think I figured it out. I missed an email that they had sent explaining it so that one is on me haha. Only 1 parking spot and 1 bed so if you're a large family look elsewhere.
