• Erin (4/5): Good location but that’s where it ends. - Good location as advertised. Unfortunately the properties amenities and cleanliness was lacking. Whilst on the surface everything was passably clean, we found not one but three seperate dirty socks (from different pairs) in various rooms - one under the basin in the bathroom, one in the laundry room and one under the bed. That made me concerned that the hygiene would be lacking and unfortunately my concerns were correct. There was a thick layer of dust on most surfaces. The smell from the drains in the bathroom was extremely off putting. Only one set of sliding doors worked in the entire apartment which includes outdoor ones and shower doors. Cupboards were wonky and broken, and furniture was rusted both inside and outside. The carpet in the lounge also had a lot of hair on it. It also isn’t advertised well that check in is not on the property. Whilst you could say it’s only a short drive away, bear in mind this is in surfers with peak traffic and high volumes of people. It also was only mentioned to us about a bond when we received check in instructions. I can see how this would have high reviews based on the location alone, however the amenities, cleanliness and whole process let us down.

• Allison (9/5): We had a lovely time. - The view as amazing, the location perfect, easy walking distance to restaurants. Would highly recommend these apartments. Outdoor furniture needed replacing, air Con didn't work air con box on the balcony was rusted out. Door to veranda didn't lock. Wi fi did not work at all.

• Blomc (5/5): Great view and location, let down by general maintenance issues - The location was great. The views were amazing. Central to The shopping centre. The car parking was included. The beds are very comfortable The general cleanliness of the place. Mould in the seals of the ensuite shower No light in main bedroom. Wall socket exposed. No blinds in the kitchen. There were brackets for them. Unable to use dishwasher as it leaked. Shall I go on....
• Christine (8/5): Relaxing & easy access to everything. - Location to central surfers paradise. Outlook over the ocean & city lights. Pool spa sauna tennis court. Lounges could have been more comfortable. Springs had broken in the seating.
