• Océane (6/5): - Je suis restée bloquée 2 fois dehors plus d’une heure car ils donnent un code qui marche 3h puis ne fonctionne plus. Numéro d’urgence qui ne répond pas et qui au bout d’1h30 répond mais sans aucunes solutions. Le deuxième jour le code n’était pas rétabli donc rebelotte - personne à la réception

• Luc-Hillege (6/5): You get what you pay for. - The location is good. Easy to access. The rooftop is decent and kitchen + bathrooms are clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The bunk bed was small, matras needed a replacement because all the springs were soft. The socket was taped to the wall. The stairs to the top bunk are small. There was a heavy rain fall and due to the incline water came into the room. The laundry service is really overpriced. Coffee was out at some point but couldn't be replaced. Staff was not present in the morning when the should have been.

Désastre sécuritaire, perte d’objets personnels et mépris total de la direction. - Rien qui ne puisse compenser les graves problèmes de sécurité et le manque de respect de la direction. Seul l'emplacement à Manila est correct. Nada que compense la falta de seguridad. Solo la ubicación en Manila es aceptable. Séjour catastrophique : le personnel a vidé mon lit privé (rideaux fermés) par erreur et a perdu mon chargeur Apple original. L'administration a refusé tout dialogue et n'a pas voulu me prendre au téléphone. Plus grave encore, mon code d'accès a été désactivé une nuit, me laissant bloqué seul dans la rue jusqu'à l'intervention de la police. L'établissement ne possède même pas le registre légal de réclamations (Libro de PQRS). La police de tourisme a dû intervenir deux fois en une semaine. À fuir absolument pour votre sécurité et vos biens. Estancia catastrófica: el personal vació mi cama privada (con cortinas cerradas) por error y "perdió" mi cargador Apple original. La administración rechazó todo diálogo. Más grave: desactivaron mi código de acceso una noche, dejándome fuera. La policía de turismo tuvo que intervenir DOS VECES en una semana. No tienen "Libro de PQRS" legal. Hostal peligroso a evitar.

• Guillaume (4/5): - L'emplacement est sympa au coeur de el poblado La chambre était ouverte sur l'extérieur et une grille et un rideau nous cachaient de l'escalier ce qui fait que sans boules quies il est littéralement impossible de dormir a cause du bruit extérieur (pas de fenêtre ou autre) Rajoutez a cela la SDB dont la fenêtre (qui ne ferme pas) donne sur la cuisine et la buanderie et vous aurez le combo qui ruine votre sommeil... (Mention spéciale à la petite musique du sèche linge et aux gens affamés a 1h du matin) Nous avions une pseudo cuisine dans la chambre mais rien pour faire a manger (on a tjs pas compris)

• mcallero (6/5): Excelentemente ubicado, personal escaso y habitación sin ventilación. - La ubicación es excelente, la limpieza está bien y los empleados son serviciales, cuando están. La habitación no tiene ventilación. La única ventana daba a áreas comunes internas por lo que era imposible ventilar el cuarto, incluso la gente que compartía cuartos debía tener sus puertas abiertas para poder sacar los "aromas" de cada cuarto. El personal esta solo de 10 a 17, y no hay nadie en caso de urgencias para consultar. Tuve que volver antes de mi excursión para poder hacer el pago porque si no tenia que hacerlo con un link por el cual me cobraban un extra.

Douche avec beaucoup de pression Sécurisé (entrée avec code changé chaque jour) Pas de cuvette sur les toilettes dans notre appartement Pas de produits d’accueil Pas de tapis de douche (salle de bain qui s’inonde) Assez bruyant Faille de sécurité le premier soir, le staff est rapidement intervenu mais lorsque nous avons souligné qu’il n’y avait pas de sécurité à l’accueil la nuit, leur réponse a été « would you pay for it? ». Même si l’erreur est humaine et n’est pas à cause de l’établissement, leur réponse nous a surpris.

O hostel é super bem organizado, limpeza excelente, camas confortáveis, boa internet. A localização é excelente, super fácil acesso. Recomendo. Nada a reclamar.

• Ahlquist (10/5): Good Quiet Location - Great location in a clean safe area. Many restaurants within walking distance and only about 10 minutes by foot to the metro station. Comfy beds with a fan in each one and a curtain for privacy. Nice shower and bathroom facilities also good luggage storage. 5% charge for payment with credit card, wish it was listed.

The facilites are great and all very clean however the other residing guests were extremely inconsiderate. If you're looking for a party hostel I'm sure it'd be great but if you're looking for a decent sleep before a day of travel, I'd look elsewhere. Out of the hostel's control but it seemed everyone else in our room was keen for a rager and left lights and doors wide open throughout the night and early hours of the morning. • Aureliano (8/5): Muy bueno, recomendado - Muy limpio y ordenado. El personal amable y la gente que se hospedaba tambien. Tenia una pizarra con muchos tours y consejos de cosas para hacer en la ciudad. El horario de recepción era limitado, si necesitas a alguien del hostel fuera del horario tienes que esperar al otro dia.
• Soraya (8/5): Muito bom e limpo - Muito no central ao custo justo. As funcionárias, principalmente a carmem, são muito gentis e acolhedoras. Me ajudaram muito com tudo e só agradeço pelo cuidado comigo, pois adoeci durante a estadia. Eu não tinha percebido que o hostel não tem recepção 24h e acabei ficando na rua quando cheguei, meu voo atrasou, precisei procurar uma acomodação de última hora para passar a noite. Fique de olho no horário da sua chegada para não ter problemas

• Aislin (7/5): Great location, bad hostel policies. - Perfect location in El Poblado, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. Nice rooftop common area. The beds are pods with curtains, which is good for privacy. Lockers, laundry machines, clean bathrooms, a kitchen. I’ve never been claustrophobic in a hostel room before, but I felt claustrophobic in that dorm room. It’s SO small. There is no floor space. Check-in is only until 6pm - if you arrive later than that, you have to pay online using Bold. However, my Canadian bank cards do not work with Bold… I was supposed to arrive later than 6 and they WOULD NOT just let me to pay in the morning. If I couldn’t pay, they had to cancel my reservation 3 hours before arriving. Pretty abysmal customer service and lack of flexibility. The guy waited until 6:30pm and my bus ended up being early, so it was a non-issue in the end. Left a bad impression though.

Segons Booking tenen recepció 24h, però un cop feta la reserva t'envien un whatsapp dient que la recepció tanca a les 18h i que si penses arribar més tard facis el check in online i paguis per avançat. No seria un gran problema si ho especifiquesin abans de reservar. Però dir que tens recepció 24h i després tancar a les 18h ( extremadament d'hora) em sembla publicitat enganyosa i genera molt poca confiança.
• Sena (8/5): Poderia ser um 10, mas... - Apesar da recepção não ser 24h, eles dão todo o suporte para você entrar, caso chegue de madrugada (como foi meu caso). As camas têm cortinas individuais, o que dá certa privacidade. Os banheiros, todas as vezes que precisei utilizar, estavam limpos. O café da manhã era simples, mas era gostoso. E era gratuito. Queria elogiar todas as moças da cozinha que preparam o café, sempre muito simpáticas. Em especial a arepa de uma delas, acho que o nome era Carmen, muito gostosa. O hostel é numa área bastante movimentada, dá pra ir andando para vários lugares, tem restaurante, supermercado, academia. Tudo muito perto. A menina que fica na recepção foi muito simpática comigo, me deu algumas dicas. Atendeu a um pedido meu de mudar para a cama de baixo sem problemas. Eu queria muito poder ter dado nota 10 ao hostel, mas não gostei de uma situação que aconteceu no último dia: Meu voo era na tarde do dia 7. Então fiz minha reserva até o dia 8. Justamente para eu não precisar fazer mala às pressas. No dia 7, quem estava à frente da recepção era um senhor. Ele foi extremamente grosseiro comigo. Falou que minha reserva era somente até o dia 7 e começoua me apressar para sair do quarto. Eu mostrei meu celular com a confirmação que era até o dia 8 e ele não aceitou. Veio com uma planilha em excel (ou algo parecido) e disse que pouco importava o que estava no meu celular, o que valia era o que tava no sistema dele. E continuou me apressando, falando que se eu não saísse do quarto imediatamente, ele iria cobrar uma diária a mais. Fiquei extremamente chateado. Eu viajo há anos e nunca fui tratado dessa maneira. Depois que ele viu que fiquei bravo foi que ele teve a brilhante ideia de ligar para alguém. A pessoa confirmou que minha diária era até o dia 8 de fato. Só então ele começou a me tratar com gentileza percebendo o que tinha feito. Ele poderia ter ligado para essa pessoa desde o início, mas preferiu primeiro ser grosseiro e me ameaçar com uma cobrança arbitrária.

• marcosrt (6/5): Bonito el hostal, pero puede que haya mejores hostales. - Está muy bien ubicado. Es una casa pequeña, y te sientes como parte del barrio y el ecosistema. Los baños estaban bien. Es muy compacto en tamaño. Algo desorganizado. Mucha fiesta y voluntarios. Está bien, para estar en un barrio así. Pero quizá estaría bien que los voluntarios y viajantes que viajan mucho tiempo durmieran en dormitorios separados, y los viajeros que están menos días estén en otra.

• Vanessa (10/5): Pulsierender Ort mit lebendigen Interaktionen und einer Menge Spaß! - Eine charmante Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung und freundlichem Charisma. Das ganze Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Besonders hat mir der Vibe unter den Reisenden gefallen, alle waren offen und einladen. Selbst der Eigentümer hat mit gefeiert und sich eingebracht. Sehr korrekter Dude :D ich kann dieses Hostel nur weiterempfehlen!!
• Christopher (8/5): Für ein Hostel wirklich empfehlenswert und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis! - Die nette Atmosphäre sowie die Lage waren wirklich super - das gesamte Personal sowie der Inhaber sind sehr zuvorkommend und ergeben ein tolles Team! Es gab die Möglichkeit in einem Hostel ein Appartment zu mieten was wir als super Idee empfanden. Sowie gibt es ein kleines aber feines frisch zubereitetes Frühstück :-) Wir hatten das 2-Schlafzimmer Apartment gebucht, hier fehlen leider einige Fensterelemente wo es in der Nacht schonmal kalt werden kann. Sowie war die Trennwand der beiden Räume eigentlich jeweils nur die Rückseite eines Kastens - man hört somit alles von dem anderen. Auch die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden.

La ubicación es inigualable y la zona muy segura. La terraza muy bonita y la habitación y zonas comunes muy cómodas Todo está genial. Podrían tener servicio de bar por decir algo que mejorar pero la zona igualmente está llena así que tampoco es imprescindible

Très bien situé... Je recommande à 100%. Ce n est pas grand chose ! mais il faudrait un tapis à l entrée pour s'essuyer les pieds quand il pleut parce qu'après on salit partout.... Comme dans les salles de bains, il faudrait des serviettes.
• Fabio (8/5): - We took an apartment with private bathroom and kitchen in the hostel. The rooms really clean and confortable. Except for the sofa. The apartment is signed for 5 people. There are 2 double bed and a sofa. Unfortunaly the sofa is really small and unconfortable, absolutely not suitable for sleeping.
• Angela (9/5): Ruhig und gesellig - Entspannte, ruhige und trotzdem immer wieder gesellige Atmosphäre. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche bieten immer wieder Gelegenheit für nette Gespräche. Es gibt Kaffee. Warme Dusche. Nachttischlampe im Einzelzimmer. Dachterasse. Im Zimmer war es recht warm und stickig.
• Pepi (10/5): Nice hostel, but Wi-Fi could be better - We stayed here for 3 nights. Friendly staff, clean room, and a good location. The terrace is a great socializing area, and the neighborhood is quiet with bars and restaurants nearby. They kindly let us leave our luggage in the morning before check-in so we could go out and explore. The Wi-Fi only worked at the reception only.
• Jara (7/5): - El apartamento era espacioso. Reservé un apartamento y no había toallas, cuando las pedí solo me dieron una toalla pequeña de manos. El baño era excesivamente pequeño. Las ventanas no tienen cristales y entraba el humo del tabaco de otras habitaciones y trabajadores/as. El apartamento no hace justicia a las fotos.

• carolina (8/5): Buena ubicación y calidad-precio - La ubicación, a 10’ del metro andando y muy cerca de la zona de ambiente nocturno. El apartamento muy bien. El personal te ayuda en todo El sofa cama es muy incomodo
• Catarina Granjo (9/5): - Amazing staff (Bit shoutout to Mafe ♥️ in the reception but also Javier and Hilda). It's super clean! Especially the bathrooms. The location is amazing, close to the night life of the city but far enough to be in a calm area. The hostel has a really nice environment to meet new people The room was quite small to the number of people that were inside (6 people bedroom)
