• Aneta (4/5): Rozczarowanie, dysonans w stosunku ceny do jakości. - Lokalizacja Umiejscowienie „w piwnicy”, ciemno o każdej porze dnia, trzeba palić światło, brud, rozlatujące się szafki w kuchni, wilgoć i brzydki zapach, niespełniająca funkcji klimatyzacja do tego zagrzybiała, zimno w mieszkaniu, kafelki w łazience pod prysznicem z grzybem, prysznic z kamieniem w otworach z których leci woda.

• Balogh (10/5): Nagyon klassz. - Korábban érkeztünk de a szállásadó megbeszélte a takarító hölggyel hogy lepakolhassunk. A takarító hölgy nem beszélt angolul, de olaszul almondta hol van szupermarket, hol és mi található a lakásban. Egyszer áramszünet volt, azonnal segített a szállásadó,egyszer elment az internet, azonnal segített azügyben is. Áthallani a szomszédokat.

Ancak evde rutubet vardı. - Konum iyi ev sahibi iyi Yemedik ama ikramları harika görünüyordu Ev rutubet kokuyordu ve bodrum kattaydı ama konumu iyiydi konumu ve iyi ev sahibi nedeniyle puanı hak ediyor. Evde etkin bir havalandırma sistemi yapılırsa nem de kalmayacaktır eminim. Türkiye'den gelenler hakkında da kötü düşünmeyin lütfen. Gerçekten bu işe emek verildiğini yorumunuzu okuyunca fark ettim.

• Vita (10/5): Ottimo - Struttura molto carina, accogliente e ordinata. Apprezzatissimo aver trovato dell acqua in frigo, cialde da caffè e tanto altro per la prima colazione. Posizione strategica per raggiungere ogni punto della città, (10 min a piedi per raggiungere la unimarconi per tutti coloro che hanno bisogno un alloggio vicino l università) e parcheggio disponibile in strada. Contesto tranquillo e palazzo molto elegante.

• Gambino (9/5): - Posizione strategica , a 10 min. dalla zona pedonale di Ottaviano, dai Musei Vaticani e dalla stazione metro A. Nei dintorni ci sono degli ottimi locali di ristorazione, market, lavanderia, ect.... L'appartamento è delizioso. Pulito, comodo ed accogliente. Il ns Host è stato molto carino, ci ha fatto trovare delle bottigliette di acqua, cialde per il caffè, marmellate, thè, fette biscottate. Inoltre si è reso disponibile a fornirci ogni informazione utile. Tutto questo ha reso piacevole e sereno il ns soggiorno. Grazie! Nulla da menzionare.

• Montezuma (8/5): One week of comfort in Rome - Spacious clean locales, friendly and helpful owner. Very central, shops close. Kitchen well equipped. Noisy neighbors, lack of privacy with blinds up. Minor wear and tear.

• Timur (9/5): Superb - Great fresh apartment in a very good location. Very well equipped. The staff is friendly and supportive. The drain and the floor in the shower need to be fixed. Other than that all good.
• David (9/5): Perfect base for exploring Rome, a lovely neighbourhood and fantastic host - The apartment was clean and well equipped - the host provided lots of snacks and water, which was lovely. The neighbourhood is really great as well, quiet and safe, with lots of places to eat and drink (and a supermarket on the next street). Host also helped us with recommendations and taxi to airport.
• Ana (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very well equipped, had everything you needed. Including tiny details like a universal plug adapter There are no views as it is in the basement. Although I went during very hot days and being in the basement made the place cooler, so I can't really say that is a strong downside.
• Clare (9/5): Perfect apartment to retire to, after a busy day out exploring Rome. - Location worked very well for us, and the starter food/drink supplies and midweek cleaning offered was a lovely bonus. The bathroom was great. You need to be tall to reach up into the kitchen cupboards! We didn't find any pan lids or tea towels. It would have been nice to have had a bit more information / leaflets about the city on the noticeboard etc.

• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location about 5 minutes walk from metro station, 10 minutes walk from Vatican City. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Apartment was equiped with all necessary amenities. Very nice and helpful host.
