• Peter (9/5): Elegant and luxurious First Class Hotel in best location with friendly staff - We specially want to mention the very excellent check in experience with Mr. Nelson, who despite his difficulties with English die a fantastic and welcoming job, well groomed, super friendly, and even assisting with the luggage at departure. Thank you Nelson and keep it up. The executive lounge was catered very sparsely. Especially the quality and selection of wine could be much improved. Food selection and quality also needs a better concept.

• Tim (8/5): Unpleasant experience with the stay - Clean Staffs need to have more training in servicing customers and create better customer experience for the stay. I stayed there for 3 days, and did not see a smile on their faces at all. It really created an unpleasant experience for me .

La vue de la chambre était top, les personnels sont flexibles et très à l'écoute. Et ils ont une piscine. ^^ La connexion Wi-Fi n'était pas très fonctionnelle, j'ai dû demander à l'accueil et puis ils sont venus installer un répéteur pour que le problème soit résolu.

• Corey (4/5): - Grand lobby. Location good. Breakfast buffet was not the tidiest - lots of spilled items and poor 'housekeeping tidiness' during breakfast service. Carpet under our table was filthy. No decaf coffee available. Asked for a latte off barista and he told me to take one that was already sitting for some minutes on the counter. When I declined and asked him to make a fresh one, he strongly protested before relenting and making a fresh one.
