• Léa (10/5): Excellent logement, proche des transports - L’appartement était tout à fait conforme à la description et photos. Tout était impeccable, le logement était situé à 100 mètres du métro ce qui était très appréciable. Mila a été très gentille et attentionnée. Les instructions étaient claires.
• Soso1175 (9/5): - The apartment is next to the U2 metro line which leads directly to the center, very conveniently placed next to a closed video-surveilled parking lot with 6 euros/24 h from where you reach, without differences in level, in front of the entrance to the building, in the elevator and in the apartment. The space is relatively small but optimally equipped for a 1-2 day stay. Another advantage is the grocery stores on the ground floor Billa and Hofer if you choose to prepare breakfast or other meals in the apartment.

• Vladimirs (8/5): - Liked that in the kitchen were all the kitchen wares that we needed, we could cook food and make toast. Also having a washing machine and detergent at the place was great The internet had issues, at one point there was no network and overall it was quite slow. We had to wait quite a while for uploads. There wasn't any shampoo at the place, no biggie, but we had to go out the first evening to buy it

• Tereza (10/5): - Byt se opravdu nachází nad rušnou křižovatkou, což je zároveň výhoda (pár metrů od bytu metro a zastávky autobusů), ale i nevýhoda (provoz od velmi brzkého rána). Nicméně při zavřených oknech není nic slyšet. Kuchyně je velmi dobře vybavená.
• Valentina (8/5): In periferia ma con la metro si arriva in 15 minuti - Appartamento piccolo ma essenziale per una vacanza di coppia, completo di cucina con frigorifero, fornelli ad induzione, macchina del caffè e teiera elettrica. Bagno con doccia e wc Peccato che al nostro arrivo la camera non fosse stata preparata. Ma dopo aver avvisato dell'inconveniente. L'host ha proceduto immediatamente a pulire e risistemare l'appartamento.
• Francesco (8/5): - Siamo stati bene, ma non tutto è stato perfetto. Camera pulita, letto comodo, zona tranquilla ma ricca di servizi: bar, ristoranti, supermercati,metropolitana ecc. Nulla di grave, eh, ma se curassero un po’ di più i dettagli, l’esperienza ne guadagnerebbe tanto. Lo consiglio a chi cerca qualcosa di semplice e senza troppe aspettative.
• Joao (8/5): Do recommend. - Room was nice, spacey and OK clean (just as a note: there were quite some spiders and spider webs in the corners that the cleaning crew did not clean). Also some coffees and creams were available, that was nice. The window blind was not very efficient. I recommend putting an indoor curtain. The outdoor light comes through the room at 6 am at this time of the year.

• Dragoljub (10/5): Great stay - I went to the concert at METAStadt and the facility was close to that location. Instructions were really clear and simple how to get the key. The place is really nice, clean and the bed is sooo comfortable. For my needs everything was fine
• Jens (9/5): A couple of days in Vienna - The apartment is easy to reach by car or via the nearby metro station. While free parking is not available (except maybe in some backstreets) the nextdoor garage is convenient enough. It costs 6€ for the first day, starting with the second day it increases to 8€ daily. There are stores and restaurants directly around the corner. If you arrive late about 500m there is a gas station with a small shop. The city center can easily be reached by metro. The flat has all required facilities and is quite roomy. We stayed during quite hot days, since the apartment does not have an AC it became a bit hot, but the large windows allowed to let in some fresh air during the night hours. Due to the street it would have been to noisy to leave the windows open the whole night. But at normal times this would not pose a problem. The window blinds however could be improved upon by adding curtains as the lights from the street are rather bright. The description of where to find the keys via video was a bit confusing, adding a written description as well might be helpful.
• Vadym (5/5): Great location but no air conditioning - The garage is just perfect - 4 euro per day with Bmove, just few meters away from apartment. Apartment is in great location, few steps distance away from metro Aspernstrasse. Everything clean, fridge is big, dishwasher, coffee machine. Apartment description on Booking.com is showing „air conditioner” as a facility - which was one of the reasons why we took it. In reality there was only ceiling fan which is ridiculously not enough during summer heat. This factor can be very disappointing, so please keep it in mind when booking.

• Vjekoslav (9/5): Superb - Studio apartment is like on the photos from the add. It has everything needed for comfortable accommodation, perfect for one or two persons. Apartment is new and clean as well as the building. It is located near the U-ban station, literally 100 meters away. Location is a bit far from the city center so it takes time to get to the city center. There are Hofer, Billa and restaurant/bar next to the building Everything was fine. Maybe just a small suggestion to the owner - to remove or change the wall watch which ticking quite loudly and can be the issue for the people that can be awoken easily :)
• Noemi (10/5): Exceptional - Super clean, fully equipped, feels like brand new. Windows filter the noise perfectly. Small friendly details. Comfortable bad, enough space for clothes, kitchen eqipped with microwave, coffee mashine, water heater, big fridge. Bathroom is nice and comfortable. No aircon, or I could not find it, but there is a ceiling ventillator. 3 minutes walk from U2, and midtown is 15 min with U2 metro. Shopping + pub + food also 3 min. Make sure to watch the video how to obtain the key, as it is 2 min walk from the building. The owner very helpful, replies in few hours. Nothing.

Vienna Prater, and everything else is just short travel my metro - few stations. I received detailed instructions how to access the property, and everything went smoothly - check in and check out. Apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need even for longer stays
• Moon (9/5): Superb - We stayed for 4 nights, parking house for 6EUR per day is right next to the building, metro stations as well. Check-in instructions were clear so it was all smooth. The apartment is spacious, clean and equipped with all the necessities (hairdryer, drying rack, equipped kitchen - also dishwasher cubes,...). There are supermarkets, couple of bars and some food options under the building. The bed is very comfortable. All well.
