• Mitsunobu (3/5): Booking comは最新の情報を載せて欲しい。 - 値段も割安、場所も最寄駅から近くて良い。チェックインは遅いけれども、チェックアウトが12時なのはゆっくりできるので大変良い。しかも出入りが自由で近くに食事ができるところもあるし、コンビニもあるのでうれしい。ラブホテルなので最初は抵抗があったけれども、概念をひっくり返して「遊びに来ている」ことを考えると、女性を買う真似をしなければ普通のホテルと同じだった。 ただし、チェックインが遅いので、早く休みたい人には不向き。また、連泊できるのかはわからない。また、JR線の近くなので列車の走っている音がする。これはまだいいけれど、隣の建物が工事中で作業の音がうるさかった。しかも、工事の音や工事関係者が大声でしゃべっている声が夜中の12時まで聞こえた。朝は8時くらいから作業が始まっていたらしく、ドリルの音がまるで隣でやっているように聞こえた。隣が工事中ならそう書いておいて欲しい。枕は硬くてしんどかった。おかげであまり眠れなかった。これが評価の低い理由だ。

Price was good, everything was perfect staying here. None

• Estel (8/5): Cuidat i net - En general, totes les instal·lacions i l'habitació estan molt ben cuidades i molt netes. El personal super agradable. Disposa de tovalloles i "pijama", així com sabó i assecador de cabells. Ens hagués agradat poder fer el check-in abans de les 21h perquè estàvem cansats, però entenem que és la normativa de l'hotel i ens adaptem a aquestes normes.

• Karim (3/5): Avoid - Location It’s a love hotel, that should be known to whoever wants to book. It’s not clean and not calm. The communication with the staff is impossible. And they don’t even allow you to keep your luggage at the hotel before check in or after check out. Avoid at all cost

If 1 night, great option! - No where does it mention that you have to check out every day, regardless if you booked this property for 2+ nights. They send an email confirming this after you book, however, it needs to be written clearly on the policies that check in time is 9pm, check out time, every day is by 12pm. You cannot store your stuff or anything at this place so you have to put your belongings in lockers during 12pm-9pm. Besides understanding this policy on arrival, the place was nice, facilities were great, staff were friendly and helpful and room was comfortable. Would recommend for people arriving late into Tokyo (9pm ish) and need the one night stay. Having to remove our stuff the next day was just an admin we didn't want to do when travelling. Very strange policy.

• Karlla (7/5): Good but the check in is 9pm until 12pm the next day. - Its was good. Clean and friendly staff. You have to be careful though because the time is 9pm-12pm. Its not the usual hotel. If you want to add more hours, you have to pay for it.
• Paul (10/5): Good place to spend the night - One of the cheapest good options to spend the night in Tokyo. Big and spacious and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Spacious shower and bathroom too. Lots of lighting and audio options. Good location next to the station, with entrance in an alley.

Like that there was Chromecast for the TV and the staff were really nice. Location is good as it’s right by the station and very close to Ueno. I can’t seem to recall seeing it on any information in the booking but we were not aware we needed to check out and check in everyday. Having to get lockers for our luggage everyday and kill time with nowhere to return to rest during the day was a bit inconvenient.
