• Nina (8/5): - Location is good and with parking on the premises. Plenty of space and fully equipped kitchen. Great bathroom. Access to small garden. Good for families. A bit worn down - especially the small bathroom. Fossets diffucult to use without spilling water onto the table or floor. Pans with peeling Teflon.
• MANISH (10/5): Great stay and good communication - Clean, good location, big, parking, cozy Little bit water blockage in shower, washing machine is not inside unit. Suggestion: Electric car charging point can be installed.
• petra (9/5): - top Lage ganz nah am centrum und doch ganz ruhig . kleine Probleme wie defekte Kaffeemaschine wurden umgehend behoben . Über die touri info haben wir unsere gästekarte erhalten und konnten damit den stadtbus nutzen. Die Haltestelle ist 5 Minuten entfernt . wir wünschen euch alles Gute für die Zukunft.

• Olya (10/5): Всім раджу саме ці апартаменти у цьому регіоні - Все дуже чудово було. Помешкання обладнане усім необхідним. Є два туалети і дуже велика душева. Все чисто, охайно і нічого зайвого. Кімнати просторі і гарний краєвид на гори. Господар допоміг і з транспортом до вокзалу. Дуже гостинний і приємний Все задовольнило
• Christina (10/5): 11/10 stay! - The location was beautiful and a short walk away 2-3 mims from the main town. The local shop literally round the corner. The host was friendly, warm and welcoming. Very responsive to any queries on wattsap. We had a fantastic stay here if we could rate it higher we would! Cannot wait to have a return visit. That we had to leave

• Carolin (5/5): Schön und zentral, aber unsauber und renovierungsbedürftig. - Schöne gemütliche Unterkunft, groß und geräumig, zentral gelegen. Leider nicht besonders sauber (das war das schlimmste), die Farbe an einigen Wänden ziemlich abgeschrabbelt, Küchenschränke teilweise ohne Griffe, Schimmelproblem im Bad, Siphon in beiden Bädern kaputt, alles in allem renovierungsbedürftig. Ein TV nicht angeschlossen, der andere ohne Fernbedienung. Parksituation schwierig.

• 尤 (5/5): 地理環境位置是好的，但房東真的很不乾脆 - 地理位置優越 備品嚴重不足，也傳訊息告知房東，然後房東都未回應直到隔天才回應，然後說在隔天的早上會拿，結果也都沒有等到東西，雖然名義上有給聯絡的方式，但問了問題之後也都很晚才回應，實在是感覺很差！然後無線網路隨時就會登出，要一直重新輸入密碼才能夠夠再登入實在是非常的不便利真的不知道為什麼這一些東西會給的這麼不乾脆，大家若要入住真的要三思，因為備品的不足真的造成生活上非常大的困擾，尤其是大家外出旅行的時候
• Vitalij (8/5): Vollkommen zufrieden - Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig, entspannt, genug Platz für alle. Gut ausgestattet. Wenn mehrere Gäste mit einem Auto kommen, knapp mit Parkplätze.

• Anita (8/5): Schöne Lage, großes Appartement - Lage, schön geräumiges Appartement, genug Platz, tolle Küche, netter Verwalter, Bad sehr geräumig, gut, dass 2tes Klo vorhanden ist, Edeka und Norma um die Ecke Türen zum Teil nicht schliessbar, leider tropfen beide Waschbecken im Bad
• Lucy (9/5): - The location was great. Setup worked well for us. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable for a family with kids. Perfect for exploring Garmisch-Partenkirchen, zugspitze, mittenwald and so much more! , The bathroom door needs attention as it sticks very badly which was tricky for the kids and older members of the family when using.
• Sandeep Sadashiv (5/5): - Apartment is well located, specious and near to centrum and Grossary shops. Parking is convenient. Washbasins of both WC and bathroom were having leakage. Washing machine is listed on property but it's very hard to access it as it's not located in same house.
• Raman (9/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable. - We stayed at the property for 5 days and had great time. The property is very well situated and has access to restaurants and grocery shopping. Withing 7-8 minute you can walk to the city center. The place is also clean and well kept. I saw that there is a washing machine at the property but could not find it.

• Souchitta (8/5): Very good - Spacious. We were 5 but with 3 double beds this could fit 6 people. Nice big kitchen. Big bathroom. One parking spot right in front of the door. We were in the Art apartment. Good location with two supermarkets in walking distance. Even tough it wasn't super clean we think overall everything else was good. It was not super clean. Found a Q- Tip behind the bathroom door. A lil dirt in the kitchen drawers (lil crumbs). Dusty in some areas but overall ok. The half bathroom is super outdated an tiny so we just used the big bathroom. Communication only worked trough their personal phone number, never responded through the booking messages
• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Yeti is a fantastic location, warm and homely with plenty of space. Beautiful scenery from private courtyard and close to all shops and amenities. The host, Tobias, was fantastic and very helpful. He even put up a Christmas tree to make our stay more festive. Nothing to dislike.
• Arantxa (8/5): More aesthetic than functional - Location. Own parking spot. Ground floor is very spacious and comfy. The staircase to the "basement" room was narrow, steep and shaky. Not safe enough for small children or elderly. Overall, aesthetics are prioritized over functionality. Short on essentials (WC paper).

• Jeannette (8/5): Spacious apartment in great location! - Had a wonderful week at this clean, simply furnished, functional, spacious comfortable apartment in convenient central location! Good cooking, washing & sleeping facilities. The blackout shutters were perfect for good nights sleep! No washer/dryer and minimal storage but was fine for us. Quiet location close to stunning nature walks in the hills/mountains and along the riverside, yet still nearby to lovely restaurants, bars and nightlife. Excellent communications from su per friendly courteous host who lives onsite. We’ll be back 👍 Seating/lounging areas were practical and not cosy but we spent most of our time out hiking and in/around town centre so we were more than satisfied. Interior style a little bit dated

The manager asked me to leave 18 Euro on the table when we left to supposedly cover city tax and cleaning when those were covered in the total fee paid at booking. The WiFi was VERY slow, and the shower had no curtain. We were only given 2 towels to shower with. The spiral staircase was coming off of the wall!

• Charita (5/5): Passable - location was a short walk to the town centre. grocery stores and cafes nearby. Kitchen was well equipped to make basic meals. There was no toilet/shower in the basement for the 2 rooms there, which made it difficult for the people bunking there to use the toilets at night. The door to the 1 Bathroom on the upper floor was really difficult to close and open ( needed repairs) and made noise, basically waking everyone up if someone used it at night. Only 1 toilet roll was provided for 6 people staying for 3 nights! Not enough seating for 6 people to sit around in the living area, we had to use the dining area.

• Najah (9/5): It was wonderful stay in city of Garmish with nice weather. - The apartment was very specious for us, we enjoyed the time. The location was perfect with easy to reach and it was in the city center with all the facilities were in reach, e.g the supermarket, restaurants, shopping centre. The kitchen was well equipped. It will be nice if there is curtain in the bedroom, especially in the time when sunlight that starts early.
• Andreas (9/5): Comfortable stay in a modern, spacious and and cozy appartment - - The owner of the property (Tobias) is very friendly and helpful. During our stay one of the lights burst, and the owner came to help us out in no-time. For the incovenience he offered us a discount, which we thought was very thoughtful of him. If you are looking for any recommendations for activities in the area be sure to ask him as he knows a lot! - The appartment itself is modern and spacious, 6 adults can stay here very comfortably. - Location of the appartment is great, within walking distance of the center but at the same time far enough out to enjoy peace and quiet. - Supermarkets are around the corner - Be aware the washing machine and skiraum are in the building next to the appartment. This is not a problem but we were not aware of this untill the 3 day of our stay. - The 2 downstairs bedrooms are somewhat noisy, but this didn't bother us much.

• Lisa (10/5): Spacious and homely appartment with everything to make it feel like home - Very spacious, close to city centre and supermarket, very warm, great shower, good sized kitchen, good wifi, comfy beds, view of the mountains, host was very accomodating The smaller toilet was a little cramped, the spiral staircase was a little deadly and hanging space for jackets etc in winter

• Richard (9/5): If you want to self cater in Garmisch - look no further. You won't be disappointed! - The Yeti apartment was superb. Absolutely huge accommodation and nicely modern with everything you would need. The location was fabulous too - just a ten minute walk into the heart of town and with two supermarkets within a three/four minute walk of the property. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and it was made twice as good by the hospitality and kindness of the owner, Tobias. What a nice guy. Nothing too much trouble. Can highly, highly recommend! Nothing not to like really. Perhaps the garden area could do with a little maintenance but that didnt worry us in the slightest.
