Guest Reviews
- Guest (10/5): - This was a perfect place for our group of five. Two of the three bedrooms had their own bathrooms, and the third bathroom—just steps away in the common area in the apartment—served the third bedroom with two twin beds. The setup worked very well for us.
While there wasn’t a living room, we didn’t miss it. The kitchen was small but functional, and the little balcony was absolutely charming.
The location felt safe, comfortable, and quiet. It was a bit further from the main sights, but that’s part of what made it so peaceful. Plus, with a bus stop right at the end of the block, getting around was easy. Walking to most sites took about 25–35 minutes.
The beds were very comfortable, and the building has an elevator—which was a huge plus! Just a heads-up: you’ll need internet access to enter the building (I had no trouble with this), but I couldn’t get the electronic lock to work with my phone for the apartment door. However, the code they provided worked without any issues.
Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely stay here again and recommend it for small groups or families! We did have a bit of trouble with the apartment door (not the building door)—We never got the electronic lock to work with our phone. However, using the code worked, but it sometimes took a couple of tries to unlock. It wasn’t a major issue, just something to be aware of.
- Margaret (7/5): Average - 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom No common area
- Marina (10/5): - Todo! Limpio, cómodo, completo y bien ubicado
- Andrea (9/5): -
- Tiko (5/5): -
- Oliveira (8/5): - Muito bem localizada.

- Lisa (5/5): Passable for a few nights in a decent neighbourhood - We liked having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The location was also good, in a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants and cafe's nearby. Check-in was complicated and requires wifi access or cell network access. The alternative was to request a key from a key box around the corner. Not a lot of instructions on how to work the heating, kitchen is small and not well equipped.
- Jeanine (9/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment - This was the most comfortable apartment we stayed at during our trip, if you’re traveling with family or just a large group this one is unbeatable. It’s very spacious and has three bathrooms so getting ready in the morning will be no trouble. Also has a fully equiped kitchen with everything you could need and it’s overall very modern.
The location is great, super close walk to piazza di spagna, piazza del Popolo and villa borghese. You could also take a bit of a longer walk to the other sights or use the bus which is well connected.
There’s a little super market and a very good restaurant (Il Fellini) just in front were I had delicious carbonara for dinner. There are actually lots of restaurants nearby I just did not have the chance to try them all. The elevator did not work for 2 days of our stay and was in what seemed to be reparations.
- Ihor (9/5): Superb -
- Laura (9/5): A comfortable apartment for a stay in Rome! - It’s nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it seemed well-equipped. The staff was very responsive to questions, even when it was outside of the official “opening hours”. Not so much a dislike, but a lot of information is provided through a link to many videos. It was not clear to me that this was the case so I had not watched the videos and therefore didn’t understand how the hot water worked, for example. As an owner, maybe state that more clearly. As a guest, be sure to watch the videos! Also, not a dislike, but be aware there is no common area besides a table in the kitchen area. Not a problem for us.
