• Noradiah (4/5): - Only the decoration.. nothing else. Swimming pool is close and not give notice inside booking apps. To look for car park also a bit difficult. Duplex that I stay, one toilet cannot flush, we need to open the cover to put water than only can flush. Towel provided also smelly and colour already torn, no more white, a bit yellow already.. another toilet sink is clogged. No mineral water or set of coffee or tea provided like other place I been staying.. in other words, we are not happy.. maybe this the last we book for staying there. Beautiful place with beautiful decorations but the management is poor.. 😔😔😔
• Fatin Syahirah (9/5): Comfortable. - The house is clean and spacious, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave and water heater functioning well. Water pressure is good. The lighting is a bit gloomy. Got only 1 set of card and key. A bit of a hassle coz my work finished at different time from my husband, so one of us have to wait.

• Madhuri (2/5): Please clean and maintain your property !!! Cleaning fees were charged but the property itself not clean. Wasted my mone - Only thing i like about it was the view outside. The towel and sheets not even properly clean. It was so dirty. Overall the bed got BED BUGS !!!! me and my family kene bitten tho. I never sleep the whole night. The toilet was dirty. Even air con was not functioning well. The sofa was spoiled. The iron board was spoiled. Overall, my money wasted !!

• Mohammad (4/5): DECENT - its was okay for stying in this property. but no essential on this place due to lot thing need to improve in terms of the hospitality for homestay. and lack of information regarding on notice accessibility apartments facilities such as pool that no one inform us regarding on the pool been maintenance. for homestay facilities should be improved in terms of equipment such as drinking water machine like cuckoo,cooking tools,cleaners of sheet that contain dust that make people who staying in the future will got allergic due to non hygiene.same goes to the lift function area that should be inform whenever customers want to booked online not when customer check in time only that time the owner will inform. last but not least my family enjoying in this property that got lot of access easily near to the klcc and around it. Lift access that make customers waiting so long.

• nurin (3/5): - The ironing board is very poor and not worth the Airbnb price and The swimming pool was under maintenance during my stay, which was quite disappointing as it was one of the main facilities I was looking forward to. This information should have been clearly stated beforehand, as it affected the overall value of the stay.

• Nur Izzattul (4/5): Stressful night. - I do like the design of this apartment, very stylish modern style. Unfortunately, the queen bed in this apartment was heavily infested with bed bugs. We saw more than ten of them, and they were quite large. I could clearly see them moving. On the first night, we tried to tolerate the situation and slept upstairs instead. The following day, we reported the issue. However, no action was taken. On the second night, we were bitten by the bed bugs, which was very distressing. We had hoped to be moved to a different room or at least provided with insect spray to address the issue, but neither was offered. We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled. On the first night, we even had to kill the bed bugs ourselves, which made for a very uncomfortable and upsetting stay. In addition, the water pressure was very low, and the washing machine was not working. Overall, we were very disappointed with the experience. Toilet filled up really slowly No hairdryer and did not replace Kettle didn’t work and would not replace Kitchen utensils were 5 plates , 5 cups , 4 bowls for < 5 people. 1 pot, 2 ladles . 3 forks , 5 spoons and 4 knives 1 power point in kitchen did not work Air conditioner x1 leaked water down the wall so we couldn’t use it because the floor became very wet in the main room Premises needed new coat of paint Bed sheet x 1 was stained. Pillow case x1 smelled of perfume so I think it was not changed .

I had to contact their customer service multiple times. Whats app not reply, need to call to talk, if not forever will not reply. The access card got some issues.
