No staff or easy instructions on how to get in, on arrival. Floor dirty. Constant noise (like a water pump) can be heard throughout night, so cant sleep well at all. For the breakfast wanted to charge me extra for coffee without telling me in advance.

- divn (4/5): Staff nice, management disaster... "lost" money did not reappear... - Good location The café to which is entitled in the entrance area no longer exists. The entrance area is more like a cemetery. The staff seemed a bit chaotic, Passport was photographed but not passed on. Unfortunately, I “lacked” money (2.500.000 VND) in my room. At first they listened to me and wanted to check the cameras, but then I didn't hear anything anymore... At the pool I was told that the water shouldn't be higher due to safety (on the phone). But it didn't matter at first that the water didn't even reach the filter. Suddenly a technician came and lo and behold, the water was being filled up as shown in the pictures. Previously it was under the lamps... The staff may be friendly, but management seems to me to be a disaster.

Após confirmarmos, o hotel contactou-nos através da caixa de mensagens e informou-nos de que teríamos de fazer self check-in e que o mesmo deveria ser feito através do WhatsApp. Demoraram imenso tempo para nos dar resposta e, após várias tentativas de chamada, continuavam a desligar. O atendimento foi péssimo e não compreendiam inglês. Ao fim de muito tempo, enviaram-nos um QR code suspeito para realizar o pagamento, e foi nesse momento que decidimos cancelar a reserva. Para além disso, a zona de entrada estava completamente imunda. Estava muito suja e cheirava mal. Havia baratas nas escadas e barulho dentro do edifício.

Dann angekommen im Zimmer, mussten wir feststellen, dass Der boden nass war- anscheinend is da mal was ausgelaufen und unter den boden gezogen. Den Pool konnten wir auch nicht nutzen, da viel zu wenig Wasser drin war- die düsen liefen trocken. Zum check out gab es auch keine info. Alles in allem wars sein Geld nicht wert.

But travelling with a child it wasn't ideal Not a minus, but there is a cafe below, no official reception so couldn't book anything with them. However there is a information centre in the main square that is very helpful

- Joel (7/5): Good - The location was pretty good as far as walking to things. Our room had two king beds on the floor with firm, but comfortable, memory foam mattresses. Both the bathroom and room were clean, have been updated, and are quite nice. There is a projector, lots of hot water, and the AC worked fine. We really liked the room. There were two things that negatively impacted our stay. The first is beyond management's control, but a nightclub has opened up directly across from the hotel and the noise is significant. Music pumping and yelling until 4 AM. Every night. Ear plugs can only do so much. The second is the coffee shop staff. This place doesn't have a lobby, and you enter through a coffee shop. Not a big deal in itself, but most of the employees who worked in the coffee shop were not friendly and went so far out of their way to ignore us it was painful, awkward, and made us feel uncomfortable. They were completely indifferent to our presence - no replies to our greetings, even when I used Vietnamese. If management is to read this, a hello, smile, or even a simple nod would be an easy fix to address this complaint. I should add that the young lady with long hair was the only one who was somewhat friendly. Room is a 9/10, but the above two negatives bring this to a 7/10. We would probably not stay here again.
- Uliana (7/5): It depends on purpose you stay, if you’re company of friends and you don’t have any problems with sleeping, it’s a great - Location is really good, so close to all attractions, staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is big, everything you need you’ll find there. Noise is hard, if you’re light sleeping, there’s a bar opposite the hotel and music is on over the night really loud, and the balcony’s door didn’t close well enough.

- Bao (8/5): Very nice for a short getaway trip! - New room, quite spacious and comfortable, staff is extremely enthusiastic in supporting, there is an elevator to move and carry luggage. Soundproofing is a bit poor, no parking space - have to park far away, no 24-hour convenience store in the surrounding area.

- Aga (5/5): Annoying - After being picked up from the airport, wandering around in confusion, we were actually taken by a driver appointed by booking.com who did not speak English at all. We had arrived at the right place, Zeus Living, which we had booked. But for some reason, the staff there told the driver to drop us off at the other Zeus Living, which was about 200 meters away, passing two intersections. So we couldn't check in for 1 hour because there had to be a password combination, etc. Which was actually the wrong address, which meant we should have been dropped off at the first place. Finally, we had to walk with 3 children and 1 baby carrying several large suitcases, fortunately there was staff who helped and I didn't want to argue at that time. The tense night was stressful The room itself was good with adequate quality facilities. Across the street there is a pub that is quite noisy until 4 a.m.
- Aga (5/5): good for young travellers - The room was very spacious,modern concept .Amenities was ok There is a bar across the street where the music can be heard all the way to our room on the 4th floor, a family room that directly faces the street, which can be quite disturbing at times. They corrected the billing specifically for Christmas where we had to pay an additional 30% of what we should have. It's not the payment issue but when we had to go back and forth to meet them. It's not pleasant.

- Lim (6/5): Poor communication and did not feel the hospitality of the Vietnamese culture that we had enjoyed - The bed and design of the room were modern. The location was near the city center. Poor communication. As we text the "hotel" there was no reply. Upon arrival, the communication was not clear hence we were left at the cafe waiting when we could have checked in by ourselves. When we returned at night, there were no street lights and the "hotel" which actually doubled up as a cafe entrance was not lighted. So....it was pretty dark n felt a unsafe.

Not only do they know anything helpful about touristy destinations. They promised to Call Someone and ask and then let me know, but Never responded. The other employee needed literally 30 Minutes to do a coffee - and didnt Tell us she will Need so much time. So we were waiting and asking a der times and everytime she Said „i do it now“ while enjoying Her Own coffee. And we had a tour on This Morning so we needed to be on time. Someone was Smoking in the room Very Bad lockers that everyone could Hack in just 5 minutes
- Lena (9/5): Modern and nice stay - The room was very spacious. We got a bottle of free water when we arrived and there were toothbrushes and a comb available too. The bathroom had a separate compartment for the shower, which was convenient. The hotel offers a selection of drinks at the bar in the entrance. There was no possibility for a late checkout when we asked for it. When the blinds were closed, there was still some light coming through.

This has nothing to do with the hotel itself but the surrounding area. There was a techno dance party in the neighborhood every night until 4:30am. Again there is nothing the hotel can do about this. I’m sure all the hotels in close proximity have a similar experience.

The room is very clean, cozy and spacious. The staffs were very helpful and nice! The opposite of the apartment is a bar/pub, so it might be a lil too loud, but it's bearable to me.

- Alexandrre (10/5): Good Surprise... - First, I am greatful to all travellers which wrote the realistic(a.k.a.: lowest rates) reviews about places to sleep in Vietnam, bcs make me search more. I was very fortuned to be at this hostel... They have an Coffee Shop as entrance to the hostel, but very bright, chill out space, young employees(no english skills, but very helpful by using them mobile translators), music keep it low enough for not disturb the dorm, just above. Clean, Brand new everyting, secure locks inside the room, key card to access the room, hot shower, free towels, soap and even thooth brush, plus a little bottle of water. Working AC, Cortains to give you privacy and block the light from the room disturb your sleep. Quiet area around the hostel and near of everything you looking for in HCMC. Don't have nothing to complain about it...bcs the next first time traveller in HCMC, may think this is a fake review as I did before...LOL

- Soroz (7/5): Good - I like the room, was clean enough. Need enough support on cleaning staffs. Room supposed to be with window garden view according to booking. but staying for 6 days, the window view I got was blocked by another building. Billing taken care by a coffee shops stuffs, very polite and decent. helpful.
- Fatemeh (10/5): Good location and helpful staff. - It has a good location. You are very close to most city attractions, at the same time, you're very close to strict 2. So you can also enjoy the local markets (go and check the fresh market of district 2, it's only 10 minutes away). They have one English speaking staff member who helped me a lot to find local restaurants and shops. Thanks to him, I was able to eat very delicious but cheap foods. I highly recommend this place.
- Clairegaukrodger (10/5): Superb. The best in Saigon. - This was our second time staying at Zeus Living City Central. We returned after 3 weeks of traveling throughout Vietnam and after staying in many hotels I can say with certainty that this is one of the cleanest, most comfortable places. We stayed in the studio room with garden view and it exceeded our expectations. The bed was so comfortable. Everything felt new and well maintained. The lighting, electricity sockets, air conditioning all made the room relaxing and tranquil. The TV had a lot of channels and lots of choice for every taste. The staff have excellent communication skills and always respond quickly to any queries. Thank you for making our last 2 nights in HCMC so comfortable. Claire and Noel

- Clairegaukrodger (8/5): Very good - Superb location. Very comfortable bed. Great entertainment system with projector. Fridge, kettle, iron and hairdryer all provided to make our stay more comfortable. The staff are excellent, so friendly and brilliant at communicating. We recommend grabbing a coffee from the cafe on the ground floor. Very tasty! A little musty smell when returning to the room. Some signs of damp in places. We reported this and the manager told us their maintenance staff would get on to this immediately. The jets/ cleaning mechanism on the pool didn't seem to be switched on.
- Михаил (8/5): Very good - We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The location is excellent, in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance nearby. There is a coffee shop downstairs of the hotel. A great option for a short stay.
- Mateen (5/5): A bunch of surprises. - Having a big tub in the room and relatively clean. Many places were within walking distance. On the first night, someone opened the room at 3am. On the 2nd day, the staff took away the remote for the projector and we were not informed until we asked. On the last night, we accidentally locked the toilet door but no staff was available and had to pay someone to unlock the door. No staff was available at night.

- Saloni (9/5): Best place to start on a positive foot in Vietnam for us - The hostel is really great. Their staff is also super helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure you don't get lost in the city. Their White Vietnamese coffee is to die for.. The room was very spacious. They helped is in our very late check in by messaging about all possible things we will need before hand. The location is very close to the walking street and coffee cafe building. You can go for a nice stroll late in the night to the bridge close by. The Shower drain was getting clogged. Rest all was great.
