Simon (6/5): Very enjoyable and with a few tweaks and improvements would recommend - Excellent location, lovely roof terrace, good space overall with great views and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom decent with walk in shower. Very solid and safe internal front door and good double glazed doors and windows throughout. The apartment desperately needs a lick of paint. I can never understand what kind of client can make such a mess to the walls! Plug socket in kitchen loose from the wall. Only one toilet roll for 3 nights! Cushions for outside terrace are old and marked. Shower water always warm but never hot.

Lelde (7/5): Good - Location was great - near Colosseum and most of the sights in walking distance. Very close to metro station. Terrace was lovely with beautiful view and facing sun all day long. The air conditioning was very good. Equipped kitchen but we ate out every day. Nice fresh stylish apartment with good location in Rome close to shops food places downstairs. I was able to check in one hour early that was good help too. We had requested two separate beds but only one was set up but it was sorted quickly by delivering us linen for second bed which I had to set up myself and in process I found previous guest bed linen was still on on sofa bed. Water wasn’t draining well in shower. No rubbish bin in kitchen. There is no tv even though it said in description there is one. Could be handy more tables or space or hangers for storing clothing and your things.
