• Ranjeet (8/5): Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a great location. - We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The location is excellent - close to Airlie and Boathaven Beach, making it very convenient for getting around and enjoying the area. The property itself is lovely, with a nice view of the pier that really adds to the experience. We enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which were both well maintained and relaxing. The only drawside was that the kitchen accessories were not well maintained, so we had to clean them before use. Additionally, the bedroom sliding door was quite tight and could use some fixing.

• Karen (5/5): Have stayed in much better at the Boathouse. - The location and the complex is fabulous. We’ve stayed at the the boathouse several times and always been more than happy but this apartment is very tired. The aircon didn’t work in the front bedroom which was ok as it wasn’t too hot but would be very hot in summer. There was no room servicing for an 11 night stay so towels and sheets were not changed (1 of the bath towels had holes in it) - there is a washing machine but only 2 packs of washing powder supplied which isn’t enough for 4 people’s sheets and towels. There were only 2 toilet rolls per bathroom for an 11 night stay so we had to purchase more and only 3 sachets of dish washing liquid. The kitchen was fairly well equiped for an extended stay though.

• Tennille (1/5): Filthy, dirty, disgusting, NOTHING like the pics, except the view. - The view. That’s it. The appartment was absolutely filthy. Pubes around the bath tub. Bath tub discoloured, dirt I between the lounge chairs. Stains on the bedding. An inch thick of dust built up on the bath room air vents, inch thick of dust on the dryer vents & someone else’s undies lodged on the dryer. I have tried to express my discord to the property manager and they have offered me no compensation. On a filthy hotel, which cost me almost 2000$ for 4 night. I have photos to prove the filth. I advise no one to say in a property run by “Accom Whitsunday”. They only ignore you and offer nothing for such a dissatisfying stay! It was room 205. I hope the owners see this and take the care of the property to another manager.

• Liliya (6/5): Pleasant - Awesome view, spacious apartment, great location Apartment needs a good renovation and update the old the furniture, kitchen cabinets have rusted handles, bathroom mirrors have seen better days, water in the shower was quickly filling in due to poor drainage, outdoor white furniture is actually black because of the dirt, reclining chair on the balcony was so dirty that we didn’t dare to seat even once on it. On our first day I’ve asked to get a second key, as it was tricky to have only 1 among 4 people, haven’t heard anything back. If we were to come back to Airlie beach, would choose a different property!

The property needs a full upgrade - Rust throughout the property, it smelt of damp, toilets weren't clean, nobody answered out of hours call, the bedding, towels and pillows were dire, it was dusty, the blinds were filthy and stained as were the bathroom doors. The knives in the knife block were all rusty.

• Baverstock (7/5): Good - Great location and the unit was clean and tidy. The air con in the main bedroom over looking the marina was not working which made for a very hot couple of nights. The bed in the back bedroom wasn't the most comfortable, I would recommend an upgraded mattress.

• Bonita (8/5): This place brings the outdoors in, it’s open and exudes holiday! - Away from the noise of the town. Great views with verandahs to sit on. Very clean, open feel. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Parking spot able to be used by others. Having to buy toilet paper. Not having Netflix provided…..for cost of room, this is basic these days.

• Bernd (7/5): Very disappointed - Very spacious, big balcony, nice pool and close to everything. The apartment is outdated and has a very overbearing mouldy smell to it. After the second day of our stay there were cranes and workers erecting major scaffolding along the building. The noise was with us for 2 days. There were restrictions to walking paths, with building site warning signs everywhere. I complained to Acomm Whitsunday because of no notification of this prior to occupying the unit. The lady apparently had no knowledge of the works and promised me to call me back. We stayed for a week and never heard back from Acomm Whitsundays. This will be our last time at the boat house ( Seas the day at the marina).
• Philip (7/5): Spacious and modern but not quite clean - Great location, overall a comfortable apartment, especially the balcony was great Cleanliness was mediocre at best. We found balls of hair under the bed and on the carpet in the living room, open food containers in the storage drawer in the kitchen, and even a french press that was stowed away with leftover water and coffee in it. The drawers contained several room keys from other apartments, probably left their by previous guests. Metal handles in kitchen and bathroom are a little tired. A floor mat in the bathroom would have been great.

Convenient underground parking and lovely swimming pool. Only supplied with 2 bath towel and 2 swimming towels for a booking of 4 people. Very minor, but no small milk supplied to make a tea/coffee.
