Vi prego di notare che il nostro orario di check-in standard è dalle 15:00 alle 20:00, arrivi in orari successivi sono i benvenuti ma verrà applicato un costo aggiuntivo allo scopo di compensare gli straordinari del mio collaboratore che vi darà il benvenuto a tarda sera o a notte inoltrata, come segue:
- dalle 20:00 alle 21:00: 40,00 euro
- dalle 21:00 alle 22:00: 50,00 euro
- dalle 22.00 alle 23.00: 60,00 euro
- dalle 23.00 alle 24.00: 70,00 euro
- dalle 00:00 in poi si prega di considerare 30,00 euro per ogni ora di ritardo aggiuntivo. In ogni caso il vostro arrivo dovrà essere concordato e confermato in anticipo, grazie per la comprensione e per la collaborazione.
Se non desiderate accettare questo costo aggiuntivo vi prego di non procedere con la prenotazione, grazie.
Per quanto riguarda gli orari di check-in anticipati, cerchiamo semper di essere il più flessibile possibile, quindi vi sarà permesso di depositare i bagagli dalle 11: 30, ma non aspettatevi che l'appartamento sia già pulto e pronto per il vostro soggiorno, vi verrà gentilmente chiesto di uscire per una passeggiata o per il pranzo, nel frattempo il mio personale di pulizia lo preparerà entro l'orario di check in ufficiale, le 15:00.
Imposta di soggiorno:
Al check-in verrà riscossa una tassa di soggiorno in contanti come richiesto dalle norme del Comune di Venezia.
Verrà calcolato su una base di 4,00 euro a persona adulta a notte per le prime 5 notti, i bambini di età inferiore a 10 anni sono esenti e quelli dai 10 ai 16 anni pagheranno il 50%, e verrà emessa una ricevuta specifica.
Vi preghiamo di avere con voi la cifra richiesta in euro al momento del check in, grazie.
Raccolta rifiuti/ immondizia:
Si prega di essere assolutamente sicuri di aver capito al momento del check in come gestire i rifiuti/spazzatura, il Comune di Venezia è molto attento e rigoroso in materia, le multe sono ingenti e vi verranno addebitate in caso di procedura errata o mancata, ricevendo il relativo verbale al vostro indirizzo di residenza.
Si prega di non lasciare alcuna immondizia / spazzatura in appartamento alla vostra partenza poichè il nostro personale non può gestire la sua rimozione dopo l'orario consentito (mattina presto), sarà molto gentile da parte vostra prendervene cura sia nei riguardi del mio personale di pulizia che degli gli ospiti successivi.
Servizio di pulizia:
Di regola non addebitiamo alcun costo ai nostri ospiti per Il servizio di pulizia e lavanderia finali, per tal motivo vi chiediamo gentilmente di lasciare l'appartamento in buone condizioni, con particolare attenzione a non lasciare stoviglie sporche in cucina e avanzi di cibo in frigorifero.
Per soggiorni superiori a una settimana (7 notti) se richiesto avrà luogo un servizio di pulizia e lavanderia intermedio e il suo costo verrà aggiunto all'importo totale dell'affitto.

- Scott (9/5): - Very spacious and comfortable. Need public transportation so should be advised to purchase at the beginning for the number of days that you are staying. It was annoying to have to take our own garbage out and difficult to find.

Waterbus station, restaurants, vegetable store, supermarket in walking distance. Great panoramic view and local life. With waterbus line 2 and 4.1 you can go directly to Venezia Tronchetto Parking, S. Marco, Grand Canal and Murano. Personalized welcome and introduction. Highly recommended!

- Guest (9/5): Super logement - L'emplacement loin de la foule de venise ,c'était tellement calme ... et très bien desservi en quelques minutes en vaporetto La communication avec Mario qui m a beaucoup aidé avant notre arrivée, encore merci ! Peut être du gel douche dans les salles de bain aurait été un plus sinon tout était parfait

Было очень тихо, мы прекрасно высыпались. К основным достопримечательностям нужно было ехать на водном транспорте, что увеличило расходы, но в этом был и плюс, мы с воды видели всю архитектуру, плюс поездка по воде это своего рода экскурсия.

- Vojin (5/5): Nice area, but small beds and a lot of other annoying elements - I liked Giudecca, it is peaceful, yet still close to venezia. The vaporettos work great. - we were forced to wait outside for approx an hour - the cleaning still wasn’t done when the guy with the keys came - the owner was pretty rude, and not easy to communicate with - beds are incredibly small, not suited for two persons - the couch is not allowed to sleep on for some reason - we were told the air condition didn’t work, which wasn’t true - a bit dirty
