• Robin (9/5): Superb - Great communication by owner. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and restaurants. Nice big windows and decor. I misunderstood that there wasn't an elevator to the room. I have mobility issues and it was difficult for me to walk up a flight of stairs. We experienced a minor toilet leak. Really appreciated how the owner handled it. He communicated very timely.

The main king size bed is amazing but the futons are less comfy, which left some of our party feeling less happy about their stay. My night was however perfect ;)

• Kun (8/5): Very good - The location is very convenient. It is close to bus stops and subway stations. There are lots of restraunrants nearby. You can use the kitchen downstair for simple breakfast. The curtain in the room is too thin and the sunshine was too good from ~5:30am in May.

• Fai (8/5): Very good - Easy to reach by metro. The property was quiet despite being on a main road. One of the sofa beds had a half-broken leg. Very limited electrical outlets in the room so charging my devices was not quite convenient.

• Rafael (9/5): Very-well located stay for four - The property is very well located, there are dozens of places to eat and shop really close to it. In terms of transportations, most of the time my family and I needed to walk a few streets to get the metro/bis on the nearest avenue, not a big deal. The stay supports 4 people but space can be an issue depending on how many luggage each person has. The solo beds aren’t the most comfortable but nothing critical, the main bed is really good. Boris is a really friendly host who is always willing to help and open to feedback. Easy check in and check out. I’d definitely stay there again :)

• Michael (9/5): Superb - Lovely place, amazing location, very clean, great communication - self checkin and checkout at anytime of the day. Spacious and and modern furniture. The room wasn’t cold at night and the bathroom was very clean and big. It would be nice to have a closet where you can store your clothes or at least hang them up at night. Also, perhaps some basic dishes (there was one cup), a couple of plates/bowels and utensils. Another thing to keep in mind, the rooms with a balcony face the street so you might have noise coming from there.

• Chikako (10/5): Definitely recommend to stay if you're looking for somewhere comfortable aside from hotels - Host is quite responsive so that their quick turnaround always helped me. Security is far better than I expected. It is just a better-to-have but would be lovelier if the room has lace curtain inside dark one. Given location is too good our room was perfectly visible from the office at the opposite building.

• Man (10/5): Exceptional - The room is located in a great spot, next to some really nice cafes of Marylbone and very close to oxford str. Metro also very close. Nice comfortable apartment with a view, spacious and full of light. Very clean, nice big bathroom with everything you need! Very safe area and a very safe place to stay. If the owners also put an espresso machine (there is a kettle for tea and instant coffee), the apartment would be an 11/10 ! It's not a big problem, of course, but it's something easy for the owners to provide, and rather needed for the guests to have. A message to all the owners, please try to provide to your guests as affordable prices as you can. London is rather expensive as a destination, and it would be nice for the guests to be able to come again and again. Thanks.

• John (9/5): Comfy and good value when you need 3 beds - Lovely balcony and good size room and bathroom. Good location. Beds are decent as long as you know to expect camping beds. Good value for central London The description could make it clearer what to expect - it's an office building with residential units on top - there was no reception open on the day we arrived (Saturday) but a not-particularly-friendly resident let me in. If she hadn't been there, I could probably have let myself in without issue but I thought she was on reception - it was just a bit of a weird intro. Was all good otherwise
• Tim (9/5): Superb - Nice location to get around, and the room allowed for a family of 4. The security of the room and building was great. Boris was a big help. I was under the impression the room had AC, but it turned out to be a ceiling fan. We opened windows and slept alright.

Could use some different flavors of tea (herbals) The 2 sofas that turn into bed were really uncomfortable. Were used by my kids and they change into the bed in the middle of the night because they can feel the wood of the sofa in their backs. Maybe putting a memory foam cover could help.

• Shiwei (8/5): Very good - Love the location. The bus stop outside the building has bus all over London. Selfridges and M&S are nearby. There are lots of awesome restaurants in that area, too. A short walk to Regent Park. The room is clean and nicely decorated. The stairs that led up to the room. Can be troublesome to carry the luggage up that stairs. Would be nice to inform earlier that there will be a staircase leading up to the room. However, can arrange with the owner to have someone come over to help carry the luggage up. Available during weekdays only. Toilet can be better cleaned.

• Elke (8/5): I would book it again if I knew who would be my neighbors. First two nights were good, last to nights it was hard to fal - The Location is really great. There are a lot of stores around which is really convenient The doors are thin as paper. Our neighbors were pretty loud and there was also a really annoying peep sound coming from downstairs. If you don’t turn out the lights from outside the door it’s also pretty light in the room because of the big gap underneath the door

Spacious accommodation, warm and cosy, and great to have the option of twin beds (which incidentally are extremely comfortable). Lovely to have the bath option as well as shower. Ther - The property is located near both bus and tube lines in a very safe area. There is a doorman during the day and key fob entry at night. While the property was not fancy, it was clean and met all of our needs perfectly!

• Pei (10/5): Amazing Location and Responsive Owner! - 8 mins walk to Baker St. underground tube station, few mins walk to oxford street & regent street. Smooth conversation with the owner and very responsive also informative. Huge bathroom, comfortable bed, but it is quite small for 3 person with 3 huge luggage. If you're travelling with 2 person, it's perfect stay. Nope.

• Anonymous (9/5): We felt very welcome and hat a very nice stay at Baker Street. Moreover, the communication was very good - We liked the interior very much. Everything was top, we had da Fridge, a balcony which we also used every day and just felt comfortable. For us, there was nothing we didn’t like here. We only have one suggestion for improvement. There were three of us and we only had two chairs inside and outside at the table. It wasn’t too bad, but maybe you could have as many chairs inside and outside as there are guests.

We had time to get lunch and Marc texted to say apartment ready when we were at 1.30 Our two beds were super comfortable but the girls beds were hard so maybe a better mattress needed but that was the only thing ☺️

The room is big, so it can easily accommodate 3 to 4 people .Marc was a wonderful host who took good care of us, and boris is very prompt to answer your queries. The place is very safe even for female travellers with good building security. I recommend this place with 5 stars .excellent place ' very close to baker street and Bond Street. Lot of food options and tesco stores close by in case you want a quick bite on the run. The toilet and bathtub facilities are spacious with bathroom kits , haor dryer etc. The room is equipped with iron stand, water kettle and nice aesthethics My kids loved the place for its close proximity to bus stops , tubes . I strongly recommend this place for vacations . Only positive feedback . Though the room might get a little warmer in summer , but there are AC installed which makes it really cool ,nice, comfortable and cozy .
