We broke the soap dispenser made out of glass and told him about it, he said that it would be cleaned up. Returned back to our room at night, glass was still on the bathroom floor. Also ants crawling around, got into bags which was very inconvenient.

- Philip (1/5): - Nothing this place is a scam, I booked a room with a park view and balcony and was given none of this. When I asked for the room I payed for I was told it did not exist The staff were unhelpful, the room i booked did not exist. They were no help and did not care. DO NOT BOOK HERE
- Sara (1/5): Vreselijke ervaring, op straat geëindigd zonder kamer - Ik had een boeking bij dit hotel maar ben uiteindelijk om 2 uur snachts op straat geëindigd zonder kamer. Ik had expres bij een hotel met 24/7 receptie en een dag eerder geboekt zodat ik ‘s nachts bij aankomst kon inchecken. Echter was het hotel bij aankomst gesloten en vertelde de man van de security mij dat er geen kamers meer waren. En dit terwijl ik gewoon een boeking had!! Ik heb contact opgenomen maar krijg geen gehoor, enorm raar en onprofessioneel!

- Francis (3/5): - L’ascensseur Chambre sale ,inconfortable, on ne nous a pas attribué la chambre prévue, le personnel n’est pas coopératif, tres bruyant, mal insonorisé, il a fallu réclamer le changement de serviettes de toilette, le menege n’apas été fait pendant les 3 nuits de sejour. A quoi sert le coin cuisine ?

- Gk Bl (8/5): Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Die Aufteilung des Raumes war sehr gut. Obwohl der Raum nicht so groß ist, kann man sich gut darin bewegen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Unannehmlichkeiten aus den Baustellenarbeiten beschränkten sich auf die ersten paar Tage. Die Kommunikation könnte etwas verbessert werden: erst bekam ich keine Antwort darauf, dass ich meine Ankunftszeit geschickt hatte und als ich nachgefragt habe, wurde mir geschrieben, ich sollte die Ankunftszeit innerhalb von 6 Stunden schicken. Als ich ankam, war ich mehr als überrascht, dass ich das Geld auf der Straße dem Security-Mann geben sollte. Jetzt ist am Tisch des Security -Manns wenigsten ein Schild, dass das auch die Rezeption von dem Apartment-Haus ist.

- Aaron (4/5): Nice enough for a short stay but the pictures are a bit misleading - the last pictures are what you are most likely gett - It was good for walking to lots of places like Train street, the water puppet theatre and the old quarter - about 30 mins max for the furthest places and a circle K (convenient store) just round the corner Has a lift and a coffee shop on the ground floor. The room we stayed in was like the pictures but definitely not as bright and nice looking. The staff were very nice but it was a noisy - there was a lot of banging in the mornings and sometimes late at night, like someone was using a drill.

Vậy mà cách tầm tiếng rưỡi trc khi nhận phòng họ báo chuyển tôi sang chỗ khác và tôi đã không đồng ý. Tôi đặt khách sạn này vì công việc của tôi gần đó. Họ báo quá muộn làm tôi nhỡ hết công việc và phải chuyển 1 khách sạn khác. Tôi không hài lòng 1 chút nào về khách sạn này!

Sau khi năn nỉ và chờ đợi thì tôi được thông báo khách sạn hết phòng và yêu cầu chuyển sang khách sạn khác ở địa chỉ 25 phố Lý Thường Kiệt. Tôi phải tự di chuyển sang khách sạn mới và không nhận được bất kỳ sự hỗ trợ nào
