As I arrived early they also adjusted the check in time for me, I was very grateful for this. The apartment is lovely. Spacious and well decorated. A great bathroom and roomy sitting room, upstairs with a great full length mirror. As I was attending a costumed event, this was fabulous for me. The kitchen equipment was very good. There was a coffee machine, but, I prefer a filter coffee. The filter coffee machine needs some attention as it appears to be blocked and the hot water is retained in the filter. This could be easily remedied. Lovely big fridge. Tasteful and plentiful crockery and glassware.

• Xiuping (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very warm and friendly. I arrived very late and couldn't find the key. I sent a message and he came down immediately. The room was clean and well-equipped. There is no bus to the train station, you can only walk, 25 minutes is a bit far.

• Gruia (10/5): Exceptional - The perfect place for a wonderful vacation. Spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything needed for a long stay. Peaceful, with a stunning view from the balcony and amazing hosts. The house truly gives you a cozy and "home-like" feeling. For us, it exceeded expectations. Bad Ischl is an hour away by public transport from all the beautiful locations around (Gosau, Wolfgangsee, etc.). It's a leisurely 15-minute walk from the accommodation to the train station. On the way back, it's about 25 minutes (there’s a small hill, but hey, we’re in the mountains, right? 😊). Otherwise, it’s all green, fresh air, and tranquility. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
• Martijn (8/5): Large apartment - The apartment itself. One has the kitchen on the second floor. The floor above has a living room with a desk, a sleeping room, and a bathroom. Parking is in front of the house. The main part is on the top floor, which means it is warm during the day. There are enough windows to cool the room down in the evening, but there are no fly screens, so mosquitoes are a problem. The shower is a nightmare. The shower curtains are too long, and the shower head produces very strong but thin streams of water that sting the body. The slanted roof is sometimes too low for a tall person.

• Gael (9/5): Superb - It certainly was cozy and warm. The kitchen had all the facilities we needed. We only stayed there for 2 nights, but the place is very well set up for longer stays (dishwasher, washing machine) and could accommodate couples with small children. Very comfortable and warm bed. Very quiet. Shower curtains not very practical. Slanted roof everywhere on the upper floor (perhaps not practical for very tall people...). Parking in the allotted spot was tight, but we were able to park on the road.

• James (8/5): As the name suggests, a cosy hideaway in Bad Ischl - A lovely property with a private terrace overlooking the mountains. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and there was a power shower. In light of the amenities, to include a dishwasher and a washing machine, this was an ideal base for a self-catering holiday in Salzkammergut Region of Austria. The WiFi also worked well. It was a bit of a trek (and not on any transport links) from town, and the low ceilings were a bit of an inconvenience for a clumsy, taller person such as myself, but we had no complaints! It was also a bit tricky to find in the first instance. However, we would still recommend this accommodation!
