• Anne (10/5): Absolutely perfect. Highly recommended. Would stay there again. - The location was perfect with a supermarket, restaurants and bus stop close by. The apartment was extremely well appointed. A lot of thought has been put into providing guests with items such as washing powder, tissues, fabric softener, glad wrap etc, just to name a few. Excellent communication with host.

• Mac290668 (6/5): Pleasant - The facilities were immaculately clean, everything in the house was well organised Instructions to get the keys were not clear. I struggled to get access to the apartment. There was no one to open the mail room where the keys were planed. , I had to wait for 15 minutes to get the keys. After a long drive of more than 8 hours, it wasn't pleasant to wait for getting the keys. WiFi at the facilities just didn't work for me and the mobile signals are not very strong in the apartment. Therefore, there was no TV, no entertainer, no internet access on mobile or using Wifi. It wasn't a great experience. The beds provided in the apartment are smaller than the queen bed size, i couldn't fit in the bed. It's because the Bedrooms are very very small.. Difficult for two people to sleep together if they are of medium to big built. Rest everything was great.

• Bekk (8/5): A lovely quiet location, with excellent facilities. - The pool and lounging facilities on the sundeck were great and we enjoyed them immensely. The property was lovely and quiet. Supply of Streaming services was appreciated and beds were comfortable. The provision of facilities was excellent, right down to staples in the fridge and pantry. The microwave in the bathroom was odd. The washing machine has horrendous water hammer, so don't turn it on at night. My biggest issue with this lovely apartment was the inability to walk around in your 'smalls' in the loungeroom - not that I wanted to do this often, but getting up to go to the bathroom required putting on clothes as you walk through this space. Even with the blinds fully closed, there are large gaps in the blinds which allows people from the carpark to look up and look into the apartment (even with the bedroom doors closed). This was off putting.

• Peter (9/5): Superb - We chose this location because we have stayed in this complex previously. We required a 2 bedroom accommodation with a kitchen, the area has shops etc within easy walking distance. The hosts were easy to deal with and helpful. The beds were firm but comfortable. The kitchen was OK with sufficient pots, pans etc, to allow a comfortable stay if you're cooking. The room was hot when closed up for the night, which would be OK if the bed had a top sheet and blanket, not just a doona (to hot). Or perhaps the windows in each bedroom were able to be opened (both locked). Additionally the air-conditioning didn't seem to cool the room and may require a service. Otherwise the room was great.

• Anu (10/5): Exceptional - Closer to the Central city, supermarket and restaurants. Car park it is added and easy access to taxis as well. This two-bedroom apartment will be ideal for small family. It has all you need and clean place. There is a key access secured mailbox and two TVs. Bedding and linen were great. Wifi is unlimited and fast we guess but better check with host. We used our Mobile data and didn’t use much Wifi.

• Simone (10/5): A perfect stay for a get away! - The space was clean and comfortable and there were lovely treats left for us on arrival. The location was perfect and parking was very convenient. We had a little difficulty finding the car park, and did not have the code for the key box. Our host was contacted with a message left, and he promptly responded. We could not have asked for a better stay. No complaints from the 4 of us who stayed.
• Kuankung (9/5): Fabulous apartment. I will stay again in my next visit to Adelaide. - The apartment was very clean and spacious. There was a big Woolies beside the apartment and that was very convenient. Overall it was fabulous and everyone enjoyed the stay. Well stocked kitchen. The availability to park the rental car was also a big plus. Location was not in the city central but that was OK as we rented a car. It's almost a perfect apartment but there's a little thing that bother me. There were insufficient trays in the shower area to place your toiletries. I had to put some stuff on the shower floor.

• Sally (7/5): Room for improvement - The property is set up well with everything you need. Good location within walking distance of the Woolworths supermarket and local cafes. Only criticism is the bed is uncomfortable and so is the couch. Bed is a double so rather small for my six foot plus son, and rather hard and uncomfortable. Also, not so sure about the microwave in the bathroom/laundry.

• Lean47 (10/5): Excellent Place to Stay in Adelaide - Ruwan was one of the most professional hosts that I have encountered. The apartment was spotless, with extra surprises that were not expected. The apartment is modern and has everything that you need in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and internet speed good. You can even access the bike/walking paths just across from the apartment and take a 15 minute bike ride or 45 minute walk into the city along the river - just spectacular! Woolworths shopping centre (and liquor shop - BWS) is at the rear of the building, with a selection of restaurants and cafes around the corner. The whole front of the apartment is floor to ceiling glass, which gave a feeling of space and if you want privacy just pull the blinds. Nothing. Thank you Ruwan!

• Wendy (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay and found it really easy to get around tourist sights from the unit position - The location was great not far from city and tourist attractions. The unit is lovely and the owner left us chocolate and lots of little surprises which was very nice of him. He guided us through the check in and parking procedure so was a great help. I would definately stay there again if I come to Adelaide again. We were 3 ladies & we had a bit of difficulty figuring out the workings of the Microwave as it was different, and we still did not figure out how to use the dishwasher, but we were not too concerned about it.

Apartment was very well appointed, even with added extras of snacks and fresh fruit. Free WiFi and netflix was also a pleasant surprise. Nice quiet location. Will definitely stay again. Host provided exceptional customer service. We arrived out of hours and instructions to access the unit were very clear and accurate. Unfortunately my daughter left her sleep buddy, a little soft plush toy and the cleaner threw it out. When we got home and discovered Ellie was missing I did message the host who went out of his way to go to the property to check however, the bins had already been emptied. He has offered to replace her. Not his fault at all, but very thankful for his concern and follow up. Just another example of a great host.

• Cullen (10/5): Absolutely fabulous ❤❤❤ - The little things. Quite clearly the property host has considered what a client needs to cook in the apartment and has provided over and above. Little creature comforts were also provided which were also very well thought out and a delightful touch. The attitude of the staff at the Cafe downstairs, who did absolutely nothing about their clients dog's who were very unhappily tied up out the front and barked for 2 hours non-stop on Sunday morning. Considering that the complex does not allow pets I think having a dog friendly Cafe in the building is disrespectful to both residents and visitors.
• Lane (10/5): We will definitely come back! - Great location close to where we needed to go, great views from balcony, car parking, clean accommodation and all the additional amenities offered by the owner. The gap between the blinds offered less privacy, mainly at night. But that is not a complaint as everything else was in great working order.
