Guest Reviews
- Lasse Sønderlund (4/5): - Pretty nice room, but you can expect a strong smell of smoke, as you’re allowed to smoke in the rooms.
- Cesar (8/5): - Cerca de todo.
- Eric (8/5): - Good place
- Etsuko (4/5): -
- Iqbal (6/5): - Is ok if you want to have a nice shower and just sleep so you can spend your money on other luxuries things, then this is ok for you. Language is a huge barrier to communicate even with the app. My 2 nights was ok and I probably will do it again!
- Domingo (2/5): - Muy mala atención por parte de los empleados, groseros
- Adolfo (6/5): - Keep in mind their are no chairs in room 101-103. Not sure if other rooms come with chairs. Beds are to the ground. No place to store clothes except for you luggage. At a good spot for club and bar scene. Walking distance to shibuya crossing and shops/dining.
- Kaori (2/5): Do not trust on line hotel - The service was great and friendly

- Michael (6/5): - Quiet
- Juan Carlos (10/5): Muy amables - Todo bien
- Blaine (10/5): Clean centralized location - Location is good we enjoyed our stay would book again
- Noe (8/5): - Es un lugar para nada mas llegar a dormir. Es un tipo motel. El lugar esta bien por la zona
- Matthew (8/5): - It is a love Hotel, can’t lie. But I really enjoyed my stay, using it as a conventional hotel. Great service, fair prices, next to a lot of nightclubs and shibuya stage. Place is legit.
- Allison (10/5): - I liked that the hotel was local to a lot of shopping and amazing restaurants that are open late!
- Angeliki (10/5): - Good price. Good hotel
- Otto (6/5): - it s a basic offers overall
- Joseph (10/5): - Great
- Gary (2/5): Horrible horrible hotel - Worst hotel we have EVER stayed in. Absolutely disgusting - dirty by third world standards, let alone by Japanese ...
That hotels.com so seriously misrepresents this abominable place is disgraceful!
Do not stay here. It is truly dreadful.
- Alfredo (10/5): Excelente - Maravilloso todo.
- Kalem (2/5): - It was pretty much a place where you rent it for an hour or two.. there was stains on the floor, and blood stain on the floor as well.. also we were staying in the basement which we didn’t know before coming here.. the place had dirt in the corners, and wasn’t clean at all.. It also smelled like cigarettes, and the window screen had a whole in it with rats crawling around in the alley.. Also there was some type of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom I have all the photos and videos.. Don’t Stay here! We couldn’t even stay the night and couldn’t get a refund as of right now.. Me and my cousin couldn’t sleep here and the AC was full of dust and who knows what else..
- Michael (10/5): - VERY big room. Separate shower and toilet rooms. Both were very big. Rooms were very clean. Only a 7 minute walk to Shibuya Scramble crossing. This area is the best in Tokyo to see people dressed in cute fashions. We will stay again on our next visit to Japan.
- Sebastiaan (4/5): - Het hotel is verouderd en er word slecht schoongemaakt. Locatie is wel heel goed.
- Jacques (8/5): - Simple accommodation, convenient
- Arman (4/5): - The hotel was okay. Definitely a sec hotel which made me uncomfortable!
- ISRAEL (10/5): - Wuanderful location, clean and very close to many óptimos to eat
