• HABIB (9/5): - Appartement situé au 4e etage d"un immeuble récent. 2 chambres avec 2 salles de bain. 2 lits double et 1 lit picot. Machine à laver et lave-vaisselle présents. Appartement bien équipé, wifi de qualité et possibilité de se garer gratuitement devant l'immeuble. Situé à 10 min a pied de la ligne Elisabeth Line, très pratique pour rejoindre London Center.

• Nour (7/5): Great quality/price ratio. Would stay again. - The location is stunning and super safe. Big space. Amenities are fine. Shower and water pressure were nice. 2 bedrooms: 1 king sized bed and 1 queen sized bed, 1 couch that was actually comfy, and 1 big salon where the 3rd bed (single pull out bed) was located. Beds were comfy. The host (Olu) was very responsive, and nice. Towels weren't that clean: a couple of towels had smudges, one of the bathrooms smelled very strongly of humidity, and finding the place at first was a hassle. It's not properly indicated, same street, but 2 or 3 buildings down the road, and impossible to find in one go. Needed to ask different people in different buildings first. The location is great but there is a decent walk (16 minutes) to the metro. The Elizabeth line is a straight shot into Soho. The walk is along the river Thames, and is actually very pretty. We never felt it being long especially.

• jimmy (8/5): - Locatie was perfect uitval basis om London te ontdekken. Goed bereikbaar met de tube. Dichtbij gelegenheid voor ontbijt drinken en avondeten. Appartement is schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien.
• Fama (9/5): Great stay, perfect for family /couple weekends in London - It was clean And spacious very good value for money. Parking was free, easily accessible We couldn’t figure out how to work the heating probably our own fault

• Guest (5/5): Not what we expected, quite disappointed - Bedroom looks good and practical. Fresh sheets, soft towels provided. River view, Elevator. Easily accessible. Good parking and secure property. Noisy pillows (sound like crisp packets). Dirty balcony full of bird poo , couldn’t enjoy the views which is the main reason why we chose this property.Bathroom could be cleaner and is need of some TLC. En suite shower temperature setting is broken so couldn’t use it as water too cold.

• Debby (9/5): Comfortable accommodation in London, perfect for all. - I had some issues on the day of the arrival and the owner of the property arranged for the cleaner to give me the keys, I had to pick it up really late to her address. Good communication. Just an idea, Ideally the owner could have a key box at the property to avoid inconvenience getting the key for both sides. Guest could possibly come late to the property for so many reasons.

• Bart (7/5): Mooi verblijf als je niet bang bent voor wat slijtage en vuil. - Ruim appartement met fraaie ligging. Ruim met twee badkamers ideaal voor een bezoek aan Londen. Er waren duidelijk veel mensen ons voorgegaan waardoor sommige dingen stuk of vies waren. De lakens van een van kamers leken niet goed gewassen te zijn en roken naar oud zweet.

• Alison (6/5): Cheap and cheerful close to Greenwich - It was close to Greenwich. Taxi £15 each way. The view of the river. Plenty of space. There were a few basic issues.... Bedside light didn't work, TV not set up, no lamp shades on ceiling lights, no shower mat, no information sheets eg. Emergency, WiFi, facilities etc. Lack of loo roll was resolved quickly.

• shawn (10/5): Amazing place nothing bad to say to be honest - Great location and good for parking always free parking available on the street in front. Nothing bad to really say apart from the weather in the night when on the balcony. But that’s not hosts fault that’s the uk weather🤣 bring a coat if u want to go on balcony and you’ll be fine
• Dawn (7/5): - As we know the location it was ideal for us, Woolwich Arsenal station is a couple of minutes drive away so great for getting into central London, apartment is a good size Dishwasher wasn’t working and no bowl to wash up or plug for sink. It needs to be clearer that the parking is on street (no in the accommodation car park) and although free is not guaranteed
• Alan (6/5): Overall very good. - Location good for us - quiet; this offsets 10 /15 minutes walk to shops, station, restaurants etc. but good for parking. Kitchen utensils and equipment good, beds very good. Apartment needs some tlc (as do many short let properties). Floor strips under doors loose, kitchen unit doors need adjusting, toilet seats need adjusting, door hinges require lubrication, etc. Minor details that could be easily fixed and improve the accommodation overall.
• Guest (6/5): If everything was fixed etc we would definitely stay here again as it was so convenient. - The location was perfect easy to get to it seemed a nice area. The flat was cozy Unfortunately the camp bed was broken and uncomfortable for my son to sleep on there wasn’t enough springs to support him. The toilet seat in the on suite room was very wobbly in the shower it needed to be cleaner. The sink didn’t have a plug stopper that fitted to be able to fill it up.
• Polly (7/5): We had a lovely weekend. - The property had free street parking which was great, and clean sheets and towels. The facilities made it possible to eat there if needed. good sized tv and Wi-Fi access. Lovely view over the river and accessible to public transport. Comfortable beds, and nice lounge and dining area. Generally good kitchen tools. The only issues were that although advertised as an apartment in Greenwich, it was actually woolwich which was then a bus/river journey into Greenwich itself. The apartment although mostly very clean, when we went to use the oven it had 2 baking tins that had dirty greasy foil in them which meant us having to clear them in order to use and was quite unpleasant. Bottle opener would be useful.

• Ivona (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft direkt an der Themse - Die Kontaktaufnahme hat suoer geklappt. Wir wurden nett begrüßt und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock eines Hochhauses. Es gibt einen Lift. Der Zugang ist ebenerdig. Man hat einen fantastischen Blick über die Themse. Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig. Es haben 4 Erwachsene mit einem Kind genügend Platz. 2 Bäder . Eines mit Dusche, eines mit Badewanne. Genügend Handtücher ,Toilettenpapier. Föhn ebenfalls. Bitte einen Adapter mitbringen um Handy zu laden. Es gibt eine voll eingerichtete Küche. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet . 400 Meter von der Wohnung befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Frisches Obst gab es dort nicht. Aber ansonsten alles was man so braucht. Die Spülmaschine hat leider nicht funktioniert.

• James (5/5): Fantastic location, shame about the overall finish. - The location was absolutely fantastic, 10 minutes on the river boat to the O2. The general area felt nice and had clearly recently been regenerated. The flat is a nice size and having 2 bathrooms is a big plus. We had an issue where the support for one of the beds snapped and the owner sorted it the same night whilst we were out. Whilst it was only a temporary fix, it was enough to get us through the night which we were grateful for. Generally the quality of the finish and the cleaning in the flat wasn't brilliant. The flat was generally clean enough but the floor was filthy, it had been hoovered but after walking on the laminate for a couple of minutes the bottom of our feet / socks were black, needs a good clean. In the kitchen sink there was food in and around the plug and some of the plates / dishes weren't clean. (Which I know should have been done by the previous people but really should have been checked.) It's a real shame that the finish in the flat isn't better, the laminate is finished poorly with large gaps, the table, chairs, beds, fridge and kitchen are all damaged including the dishwasher not working. Needs a bit of sprucing up. Also a bit strange with several picture frames hung around the flat still in their packaging with no images in them!
• Saskia (8/5): Great stay, great location - The property was lovely. The location was amazing. Great if you like going on walks during the day along the river. You can also see planes taking off and coming in to land from the balcony which was great. Property was very spacious & the kitchen area was separate so it made it feel more like a home than just an apartment. Decor was nice and modern. Surrounding area of the apartment was quiet and peaceful. The only downside to the apartment were small tiny details. Some of the screws on the flooring were coming up so we caught our feet on the screws a few times. The balcony ledge was covered in bird poo so a good clean would have been nice before we got there. Other than these small details, it was a great stay.

• Guest (10/5): Was fabulous. Lovely warm welcome. Thoughtful welcome gifts. Clean, tidy, fresh. Excellent value. Good location. Excelle - Location, style, the plants, the linen, the welcome, the ease of access, the complimentary welcome gifts, the communication. Absolutely not a critique, but The layout of the living room didn’t really work if we wanted to watch tv and with the children. We swapped the dining table to where the sofa was and vice versa. It was an easier layout for us. But really not the end of the world.
