• Serhii (6/5): - Для однієї ночі ок. Поруч все необхідне: Лідл, кафе, підземний паркінг за 300 м і 12 євро доба, метро ( до центру - до 20 хвилин і 2,5 євро). Гарні безконтактне заселення і контакт з хозяїном. Велика квартира, хоча трохи не вистачало комфорту. Але за ці грощі - ок. У ванні протікав кран, хоча реакція щонайменше на словах була швидкою. Старий район, старі будинки, трохи депресія, яку б за радянських часів назвали "загнивающий Запад":-). Але так тепер зараз багато де у старій Європі. Це - не Польща :-).
• Davut (10/5): - Het was een heel aangemaan appartement heel mooi locatie. Multiculturele buurt. Alles is dichtbij. We hebben goed kunnen rusten. Bed in de grootte slaapkamer
• patkowal (1/5): Brak ciepłej wody skandal! Za tą cenę woda powinna lecieć gorąca! - Duży Apartament i bliskość do sklepów i to tyle. Dzielnica przewaga muzułmanów GŁOŚNO nie polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi i osób które chcą wypocząć przed dalsza jazda . BRAK CIEPŁEJ WODY ! MUSIELIŚMY grzać w garnku i czajniku aby wykąpać siebie i dzieci to NIEDOPUSZCZALNE . ŁÓŻKO TAK SKRZYPIAŁO ZE OBUDZIŁO CHYBA CAŁĄ KAMIENICĘ. Na szczęście w drugim pokoju było łóżko na którym można było się położyć z małym dzieckiem, jednakże nadal było słychać skrzypiące łóżko z dużego pokoju wystarczyło kaszlnąć na odgłos skrzypu unosił się wszędzie.

• Magdalena (2/5): Avoid. - Flat located in an old, dirty building, in a Muslim part of the city. Weird smell upon entering the flat. It’s not very clean, dusty, with marks on the walls. Bathroom door won’t close. Very old towels, mine had a hole in it. Broken bed in a smaller bedroom. Broken wardrobe and TV too. No AC, just one a fan.

• Ayesha (1/5): Bad - I contacted the company by email but no reply. The bed was broken and the water was cold.. I sent the pictures of the broken bed and first he denied that he didn't receive the email and then after checking out, he said to send a person to fix it and I am not going to refund you... I never asked for the refund but it's their duty to provide comfort to the customers. The area was scum, loud music and the lift could carry one person.the stairs to the apartment were broken....the description about the metro was not correct... you had a good walk...not recommended at all ...beware before you regret

Mattress is very tough on the bed in big room, cleanliness would be a great improvement, as furniture is dusty and floors not really clean, had to rewash the dishes and utensils prior usage. Towels could be refreshed, also some furniture pieces are broken, like shower holder.

• Juan (10/5): Great Apartment for families! - Great apartment!! Me and wife were travelling with our 9 month old son and they manage to provide us an early check in!! The staff were super diligent to make our stay very welcoming!! Will definitely book our next stay with them when we come back to Vienna! NA
• Tamar (8/5): Normal - Good location, two bedroom, kitchen, easy check in There wasn’t enough towels and linen , we were 5 person and linen was for 4 person , we asked for it but host didn’t answer, same was about towels

• Nurfadhlun (7/5): Location very near to vienna main train station - So many halal every corner. Very basic home to stay for 1-2 nights only at cheap price. Location wise is excellent - just 1 station from wien hbf The microwave not working because there is no rotatable plate. The water kettle also a bit rusty inside so i won’t boil my water in it.
• Luka (6/5): Pleasant - Decent accommodation, the rooms are big and clean. Location is OK. We were given incorrect code for the key box and the support number was not responding for a while. We waited for more than 2 hours before we got access to both rooms... Self check-in is supposed to make it easier for everyone but in this case it's making it harder.
