• Embe (8/5): Bon séjour, quartier agréable. Bel immeuble sécurisé. - Très bel immeuble, bon quartier . L’appartement est difficile à atteindre avec des longs couloirs et plusieurs ascenseurs et sorties de l’immeuble. On a eu du mal à s’y retrouver car le couloir est un véritable labyrinthe, sans indication de direction.

• Antonella (7/5): Soggiorno niente male - poteva essere però sicuramente meglio - Struttura pulita e accogliente, parcheggio ottimo e location molto ben collegata. Servizi ottimi: l’appartamento ha una cucina buona e un bagno pulito. I letti sono molto comodi La proprietaria non è stata per nulla chiara sul check in. Abbiamo sollecitato più volte i dettagli sul check in senza avere risposta: abbiamo dovuto chiamarla già arrivati sul posto. Le informazioni su come trovare la chiave erano errate e abbiamo dovuto chiedere supporto alla guardia nell’edificio. La proprietaria non si è mai fatta sentire e non ha chiesto come è andata l’esperienza nella sua struttura dopo il check out

• Jairo (5/5): Apartamento bien ubicado pero pésimo servicio. - La localización cerca a el parque de Universal, tiene una estación de metro a 3 cuadras, el edificio es bonito., El servicio del Host debe mejorar, nunca me contacto para enviarme las indicaciones de llegada. Me tocó a mi contactarlo para todo, ya había arribado al lugar y todavía no me había enviado como entrar al apartamento. Las indicaciones que da para entrar son confusas, y muy complicado el proceso. No deja la clave del wi fi y hasta eso toca pedírselo. Las sábanas estaban sucias como se ve en la foto que adjunto.

I was badly bitten, and I’ve spent the entire week back at home cleaning and treating all my clothes and belongings. This is absolutely unacceptable — a property should never be rented out in this condition.

• Sandro Toledo LHP (9/5): - A localização aparenta ser um pouco degradada mas é super tranquila, bem localizada e de fácil acesso. A Hollywood Blv.é um pouco barulhenta devido ao trafego, ambulâncias , policias, bombeiro, mas isso não é uma coisa que me incomoda, é mais a titulo de informação. Dormimos super bem, apartamento com alguns temperos basicos na cozinha e muito útil. Voltaria com certeza.

• Cyril (1/5): Très décevant car mauvaise communication de l'hôte et 1er appartement indisponible, l'autre sale. - Appartement récemment rénové Je n'ai pas eu accès à cet appartement, une fois devant l'hôte m'a dit qu'en fait il n'était pas accessible et m'a envoyé vers un autre appartement situé dans un autre quartier. Une fois dans l'autre appartement, il y avait des poils dans les draps et l'appartement était vide en dehors d'un lit et d'une table. L'hôte n'a ensuite plus répondu à mes messages.

• Nalini (10/5): Great stay! - Great location! Great parking! Easy stay! You get towels and bedding, toilet paper, and a full kitchen. There is dishwashing soap and shampoo. You’ll need to bring hand soap and your own toiletries. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was great to have a fridge and freezer to keep drinks cold. The bathroom was huge and it allowed two people to have their privacy for showering and changing if needed. You need to contact Valentina and Vale for check-in instructions when you’re on site via the number provided on the listing. The parking is secure, but you’ll need to park on the street and get keys from the apartment before parking your car as the garage opener is on the key ring you get from the apartment. The space is perfect for up to a mid-size car. You get very thorough check-in instructions via video and pictures. I enjoyed my stay. It’s very important to follow all the rules which was super easy to do. This is a secure building and a great stay!

Ménage à moitié fait bouteille vide et cuillère sale en dessous la table de nuit ,bouchon oreille ss le lit,miettes coin table, cheveux salle de bain ,quartier un peu chaud le soir bcp de sdf celui dans la rue était sympathique nous lui avons donné de la nourriture ,juste pour dire le soir ne pas rentrer tard !!vue sur la piscine mais nous privé d y aller dommage.

Possui estacionamento gratuito e próximo a estação do metrô que liga ao Parque da Universal. Está localizado na Hollywood Boulevard, uma das avenidas mais movimentadas da cidade. Uma sugestão seria melhorar o isolamento acústico das janelas, pois algumas noites não foram confortáveis, principalmente devido às sirenes da polícia e bombeiros.

• PATRIZIA (10/5): Perfetto!!! - La struttura è situata vicino la strada principale della walk of fame ed è soprattutto a 2 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso della metro rossa con la quale puoi spostarti comodamente in città. L'appartamento ha il parcheggio privato all'interno del palazzo incluso nel prezzo quindi un vantaggio poichè non hai problema di parcheggio e preoccupazione per l'auto, poi la casa è all'interno di questo palazzo molto moderno e sicuro in quanto anche per salire con l'ascensore principale hai bisogno della tua scheda. La signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi gentilissima ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli ed è stata sempre a disposizione. I letti comodissimi e casa silenziosa!! Super consigliato!!!
• Walter (1/5): We could not wait to leave this unit and LA in general!! - No breakfast. The location is not safe at all!! Location. Elevator was not working, we were on the 4th floor during the hottest week in LA since 2020, 103 degrees!! The owner didn’t meet us and the person she sent (who was very nice) was late so we stood outside in the heat with many of our luggage waiting. We were not allowed to use the pool or any of the common facilities. The cleaning products used were irritating to our eyes and the one window had to remain open for hours to air out the room. However, the place had everything you need.

• Joe (8/5): Convienant but questionable if this should be available on Booking.com due to building T&Cs - Property was clean and tidy on arrival. Parking is great and convenient. Location is good for getting to universal studio and Warner Bros tour. It’s also on a good run on 30/40 minutes from Disney. Kitchen facilities were good. And bathroom was clean, the bath tap ran with the shower but not a big issue. Within the building felt safe. We felt a bit uneasy that the property has signs around it saying Air BnB and short term leasing is against the T&Cs of the apartment block and being told we aren’t aloud in certain parts of the complex. We were also shown the lift which was a longer walk but would avoid security which seemed unsettling. I also received texts from the owner at 2am and 10:30pm which seemed a bit inconsiderate but not a massive issue. The spare double bed had a small stain on it, which the owner was already aware of but we only used 1 bed so wasn’t too much of an issue. The area around the complex didn’t feel too safe at night, fine in the day. A sofa/ sofa bed in the apartment would be nice to have rather than 2 double beds.

• Renee (10/5): Although expensive, I’d rent this place again the next time I have to be in LA Hollywood area. - Efficient, easy, welcoming check-in; Very clean; It’s the cleanest I’ve stayed in a rental property; Big space in living area and a lot of space in bathroom; Finally, the parking space. The toilet seat needs replacing; although clean, it’s old and quite dilapidated. And I wished there was paper towels. But I’m nick-picking as I’m very happy with my stay.

• Johanna (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung! - Das Apartment ist perfekt gelegen um alle Attraktionen schnell zu erreichen. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten bei den Universal Studios, in Beverly Hills oder beim Griffith Observatorium. Die Wohnung jst top ausgestattet (sogar inkl. Geschirrspülmaschine) und der zugehörige Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist super. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter und würden wiederkommen!

• Denise (9/5): - Walk of Fame fußläufig erreichbar, wenn auch der Hollywood Boulevard nicht die schönste Gegend zum Spazierengehen ist. Wir haben uns aber auch auf dem Rückweg im Dunkeln nicht unsicher gefühlt. Bushaltestelle z.B. zum Walk of Fame und zu den Universal Studios direkt vor der Tür. Großer Vorteil ist die hauseigene Tiefgarage. Das Apartment sieht neuwertig aus und bietet reichlich Platz. Zu beachten ist, dass es sich eher um ein AirBnB handelt, sodass für den Checkin eine Zeit und ein Treffpunkt mit der Vermieterin abgesprochen werden müssen.

• Agustina (8/5): Lindo departamento para 2 con estacionamiento - Bien ubicado. Tiene lo justo y necesario para dos personas. Es clave tener estacionamiento en una zona tan transitada. Por momentos sentimos que el sub-alquiler de la propiedad no estaba permitido por lo cual toda la llegada fue muy “secreta”. Más allá de eso, todo genial.

• Suhani (10/5): Great location and clean accommodation - The place was clean with linens, towels, hair dryer and iron provided and also coffee, tea and condiments and dishes. Close to the metro and buses and easy to get to hollywood blvd and its attractions. Great for a stay even if you don't have a car. A mirror in the common space would have been handy so one can get ready while the other is using the washroom. It would have been great to have access to the pool, fitness centre and outdoor deck but those we were told were inaccessible due to covid and apartment rules.
