- Rob (2/5): Noisy and smelly - The flat looks nice, like it does in the phtoos and has beds for four. It is in a nice general area. Very noisy in the street until very late at night. Practically all night. We didn't sleep much at all. The windows had to be open because it was incredibly hot in the apartment and the mobile Aircon units are the kind that makes the apartment even more humid (adding moisture not removing it) and hardly cool at all. We could hear every conversation outside in the surprisingly busy night street. Revving engines. A very loud night club playing bass heavy music that vibrates the bed until about 12.30am. Beeping horns. Then even at 7am when we were eventually starting to get some sleep a guy came to water the window boxes. I slept wearing noise cancelling headphones and my wife wore ear plugs but neither were sufficient. It is very noisy indeed. The apartment smells of smoke you notice it immediately that you walk in and all night it is hard to ignore because the bedding smells.

- Leanne (10/5): Suck a cosy place to stay at Christmas - The location, big screen TV & how comfortable everything was, 5 mins from the tube station, shops & Starbucks
- Muhammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debra (4/5): Disappointing - 1st impressions was what a beautiful flat. We had been at hospital for 12 hours and my partner wasn't well enough to travel so it was a last minute booking. Well we had problems with the TV couldn't get channels as WiFi cutting in and out. Spoke to Gisele who to be fair tried to help. As evening went on realised we had no heating. No instructions anywhere. Ended up going to bed. Apparently the landlord came 11.45 but no bell was rung and we were both asleep. Couldn't find a hair dryer the next day plus there was coffee jars in cupboard one which had gone hard and expired last year. As I said above not a great experience after all day in a hospital after my partner having a pacemaker thinking a nice flat would be better than a hotel.
- Rakesh (10/5): Exceptional - exceptional place
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Keita (9/5): Very good - The flat is located one of the nicest street in London.I love this sophisticated place. It was quite noisy on Friday and Saturday night from downstairs in the restaurant.
