Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje czystość – wszystko było perfekcyjnie przygotowane. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i różnorodne, zdecydowanie na duży plus. Apartament na parterze okazał się świetnym rozwiązaniem dla rodzin z dzieckiem i wózkiem – ogromna wygoda. W pokoju dostępne były wszelkie możliwe udogodnienia: żelazko, pralka, telewizor i wiele innych rzeczy, które sprawiają, że pobyt jest naprawdę komfortowy. Lokalizacja to absolutny hit – najlepsza możliwa w Maladze, wszędzie blisko. Jednak największym atutem tego miejsca jest Claudia – wspaniała recepcjonistka, która sprawiła, że nasz pobyt był wyjątkowy. Zorganizowała dla nas piękną niespodziankę urodzinową i każdego dnia służyła pomocą oraz uśmiechem. Niezwykle ciepła, życzliwa i profesjonalna osoba. Tworzy świetny duet z panią kelnerką (niestety nie znamy imienia), której obecność i codzienny uśmiech dodatkowo umilały nam pobyt! 🥰 Dziękujemy za wszystko i serdecznie pozdrawiamy! W pokoju przydałby się czajnik:)
• Bas (8/5): - Erg fijne locatie op loopafstand (maximaal 5 minuten) van het strand en op loopafstand van het centrum (maximaal 20 minuten). Accommodatie is erg schoon en zeer ruim opgezet. Wij hebben niet goed beseft dat de afval ‘s nachts wordt opgehaald en dit pal voor de deur is wat voor het nodige geluid zorgt.

We like also the possibility to let the luggage for extra hours until the flight into a safe location at the host we like all aspects; it was a really good experience

• Una (10/5): Perfect location close to beach - Perfect apartment about a 2 min walk from the seafront. We swam every morn. Beachside restaurant there too with sunbeds. Pizza restaurant on street behind apartment and lovely fresh bakery behind the apartment. Location is perfect. Walk down by marina over to old town. Lots of restaurants along marina. Perfect apartment Proximity to beach, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy.. stroll along prom to the marina. Very clean. Big shower. Bed really comfy. We got bread in the bakery each morn

• Luigi (10/5): Wonderful stay with family - We had a wonderful stay at Pries Homes & Art and everything was simply perfect. We traveled with our 7-month-old baby and felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. The property is beautifully designed, with great attention to every detail, creating a very special and welcoming atmosphere. The space was clean, elegant, and very well organized—perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, even with a young child. A special thanks to Claudia, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made the difference and made us feel at home. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back. 10/10!

Dörrhandtagets placering gjorde det inte lättare att stänga dörren samt att dörren inte slöt tätt i nedre hörn. Fler handduks krokar i badrummet. Hushållspapper eller diskhandduk i köks del.

• Kristína (10/5): - I travelled to Málaga alone with my two children, and I’m very glad I chose this accommodation. The apartment was very well equipped – we had everything we needed, from a washing machine and an iron to fully equipped kitchen appliances. The location was perfect, close to the beach, the city centre, and a bus stop, which was a big advantage when travelling with children. The staff were very kind and helpful, and communication was always prompt. I have no complaints about the accommodation. I truly hope we will return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

También la ubicación a un paso del paseo marítimo y muy cerca del centro andando, parada de autobuses en la calle paralela. Es nuestro alojamiento favorito cuando visitamos Malaga. Quizá el precio, este año la subida ha sido considerable.

• Iryna (10/5): Perfect fancy appartment near the beach - Iryna ( Ukraine, currently in Canada). 1. The best location - 100 meters from the sea. 2. Everything is brand new and stylish. The bed, linens, cushions, and bathroom were top quality. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was even a washing machine. Super clean. 3. Claudia was so kind and helpful. She deserves a promotion! She let us leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, and offered us coffee, tea, and access to the restroom. 4. The code door is a perfect solution – no need to worry about carrying a key. 5. Clear and easy communication through WhatsApp and phone. 6. Supermarket is near the appartment, city center and the castle is 30 min walk. Everyrhing was perfect. Only one thing can be an issue: you can’t sleep with open window- it is a noise from the street, as this appartment is on the ground floor.

• Martine (10/5): Extremely comfortable in a gorgeous apartment! - The apartment was stunning and at the same time very comfortable. The location was perfect, very quiet street but just around the corner from the city centre with all the shops, restaurants etc. There is a well-stocked supermarket at the end of the street, too. Not a thing!

• Audrey (8/5): Enjoyed our stay.Bit confused with location at first. - Location was great. Access to beach close by. Easy walk into centre of Malaga. And very good supermarket close by. No basics in kitchen such as a tea towel or dish cloth or kitchen roll. The fact that it was a separate apartment in the next street to the main property.

I went off-season in late october so I basically had the sea and the beach to myself. The whole apartment is done with so much taste it has a high-end kitchen so I felt it was very sophisticated. • Nikhil (10/5): Excellent stay — just a minute from the beach! Loved the walks along the shore in both directions. - Everything was very modern, and the space had everything we needed. Seemed fairly new, so a few things didn’t hold up — the shower drain got clogged and the bathroom shelf fell off. But the staff responded quickly and got everything fixed.

• Nayaz (10/5): Perfect stay: clean, cozy, quiet & close to the beach. - The accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The place is very clean, comfortable, and quiet, with everything you might need during your stay. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in — just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and the city center is easily reachable on foot. We loved it so much, both for its cleanliness and overall atmosphere, that we extended our stay for another 5 days. Highly recommended!
• laura (6/5): Apartamento nuevo en un bajo - Ubicación muy cercana a la playa y a un cómodo paseo al centro. Es nuevo, limpio, lo han decorado con gusto... Es un bajo y eso nos pareció claustrofóbico. Sólo tiene una ventana que da a la calle pero es indiscreto si la abres. Es cómodo abrir y cerrar con clave pero no cerrarte por dentro a la noche da inseguridad.

• BUSE (7/5): Comfy beach inn - The room was comfy and amenities are well designed. The location was perfect max 5min walk to the beach. Also, a supermarket is at the corner of the street. There was a coffee machine and they left some coffee for it. The bathroom was like a 5 star hotel. There is only one window, since the room is at street level we didn’t open it much. It felt like a bit claustrophobic. The door does not have an extra lock at inside and it felt a little bit unsafe at night. The room was clean but the cleaning stuff left the floor very sticky and it remained like this for two days.
• Ester (6/5): Buena ubicación pero justito - La ubicación es perfecta, cruzas la calle y estás en la playa. El centro histórico y el puerto a 10-15 minutos andando. La atención por parte del personal es buena y contestan rápido, además nos dieron opción de checkin y checkout ampliado y es de agradecer. Al estar a pie de calle y no tener cerradura interior ni cerrojo me daba un poco de inseguridad. No dispone de lugar para tender la ropa de la playa, lo puedes hacer fuera pero te arriesgas a que te lo roben porque es en la calle. No hay opción de cama de matrimonio y solo dispone de una ventana por lo que no hay ventilación suficiente y huele a humedad. La televisión no dispone de antena y no hay acceso a ninguna plataforma, solo puedes ver el LGChannel con cuatro canales.
• Miriam (9/5): - Claudia fue muy atenta, nos preparó el apartamento un par de horas antes porque le comentamos que llegábamos antes. Estuvo atenta en todo lo que necesitamos. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la playa y del centro. El apartamento es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Por decir algo, los colchones algo duros pero eso es cuestión de gustos.

• Gordon (10/5): A really nice, clean modern place, world class shower and air con - Small but perfect: Comfy bed, amazing shower . Effective and vital to us was the air con. Attentive staff communications. Location was so good, moments away to access restaurants, supermarket and the really great beach. An outdoor area to sit it would be nice as would a pool but there is the sea about a 100m away!
• Nimaya (10/5): Exceptional - Perfectly located; 20 minute drive from the airport, very close to the beach, supermarket 2 minutes walk away and restaurants and bakeries nearby. The apartment itself was very clean, modern and very spacious for 2 people. Hosts were very flexible with our check-in as we had landed in the morning. Would highly recommend! Only one detail - there was no kettle so we had to microwave mugs of water! Kitchen was otherwise stocked with glassware, pots/pans, utensils and coffee machine. Occasional noise from the street as people walked past, but it didn't bother us too much.

• Giuditta (9/5): Very good - Really nice apartment less than 2 min walk from Malagueta beach. The apartment looks newly refurbished and overall it's comfortable and very clean. Mercadona supermarket 1 min away. Easy check in process. We appreciated the responsiveness of the staff. Overall it was perfect for our short stay. The apartment is at the ground level of a fairly quiet street, so you get some people walking just outside the windows. Street parking outside is not free and hard to find. Pillows are too high and a little uncomfortable.

The room is very big and nicely decorated and it has everything you need. We particularly liked the huge shower and the comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely repeat. The only downside is that there is little natural light in the room, but it didn’t disturb us, as we didn’t spend much time inside.

The host really outdone herself in assisting us upon arrival and w. everything we might have been asking for. This property trully has state of the art ammenities, with couple of options for parking really nearby. Again, many thanks Cristina for welcoming us in such a great manner!

The staff - The best things about the apartment was the shower, which was the best shower we have ever used and the bedding which was top quality. The apartment was furnished with high quality decor and as it has only been open since July, everything was like new. The staff, Andrea and Cristina were very helpful in answering all our questions and providing a UK adapter which we had forgotten. There was a TV which we did not use, a washing machine and the furniture was comfortable for two guests. We felt as it was an apartment, a small arrival pack with bottled water, milk and tea bags would have been nice but the supermarket was only over the road so we got our own. A coffee machine was there but we do not like coffee. There was also no tea towel for use when washing up. They could also do with some literature on the Hop on bus and local sightseeing places. The beds were single but put together.
