• Ahmad (8/5): If you want to feel home this is your go to place - Staff were extremely friendly. Everyone was so attentive and professional. Going above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable. Location is perfect. Breakfast was poor.

• Yaroslava (8/5): - The staff were truly excellent - always friendly, helpful, and willing to give recommendations or assist with anything we needed. This really made a positive difference to the overall experience. The breakfasts were also a highlight: besides a modest buffet, you could order a freshly prepared dish such as pancakes or an omelette, and everything was genuinely very tasty. Another advantage is the location - the hotel is quite close to the Old Town, making it easy to reach the city center. The rooms are quite small, including the bathroom, which can feel a bit uncomfortable due to the limited space. Also, the window was not very convenient - we even had some difficulty opening and closing it. There is very little natural light coming into the room, which makes it feel a bit dark. That said, the beds were comfortable, and overall the stay was fine -nothing critically bad, just a few inconveniences to be aware of.

• Paula (9/5): - Me gustó la ubicación, aunque lógicamente como la ventana da a la calle se escucha el ruido. Pero sinceramente a nosotros no nos molestó. Hay ascensor, lo que hace más cómodo subir a la habitación con las maletas. El personal fue súper amable y atento la verdad. La habitación en la que nos quedamos es tal cual aparece en las fotos.

• Daniel (10/5): Truly excellent hotel with the kindest staff. 10/10 - This has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in South East Asia. From the moment I arrived, the front desk showed the highest level of attention and hospitality. Every member of the staff was kind and pleasant. The front desk staff was especially exceptional. I asked for many recommendations and found all to be excellent. I was given an upgraded room and it was perfect for what I needed. Very clean, a great shower with hot water, YouTube+Netflix, as well as a mini bar with very reasonable prices to enjoy. Their laundry service is excellent and I took advantage of it multiple times, once again at a reasonable price. I had a small transportation issue from a different hotel, and once again the front desk was really wonderful in communicating with the other companies to get more information and keep me updated which was very kind since I didn’t even book it through them. I will stay at the Omina any time I return to the Old Quarter Hanoi.

The staff of this hotel were absolutely excellent and did everything they could to accommodate me and make my stay comfortable. Everyone who was there during my stay was simply amazing. I would like to thank each person working in this hotel. Keep up good work 👏🏻 Also, my room was spotless clean and I did not miss anything. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices every morning. Special mention to the mushroom omelette — it was amazing and definitely my favorite! I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again. The area itself is very nice, everything is nearby. Thank you!

Ottima la pulizia e la colazione. Struttura un po’ invecchiata, il bagno emanava un leggero odore (non forte sia inteso, problema comune purtroppo in Vietnam). Posizione dell’hotel un po’ caotica ma nel cuore dell’Old Quarter.

It’s walkable to night market and lake with water puppet show. 2 m from the hotel is a convenient store. Hotel room was good. With amenities, tea coffee and 2 bathrobes. Bed was comfortable. There’s a map of the area at the reception as well as some useful info and also tour options brochures. And the best was hotel staff. Very friendly, helpful, with good English. They allowed me to take shower after I checked out so I could go to Sapa with night bus refreshed after long and hot day. I also enjoyed our lovely chit chats.

• katy (10/5): The perfect stay - great location, fabulous staff and really comfortable beds - There is only one way to describe our stay and that is perfect. From the moment we walked in the doors to the moment we left, the staff were fabulous. We received juice on arrival and then the staff took our bags up to our room for us. The aircon in the room was great (we like it cold), the duvet was thin but thicker than a sheet and the bed and pillows were WOW. Our best night sleep in 14 weeks in South East Asia, it felt cosy like our own homes, we loved it. The water pressure was good, house keeping came everyday and the room was very quiet. Staff were great with recommendations for opticians as I needed some glasses cleaner and even helped us donate an old pair of trainers that would have otherwise been thrown away. Laundry services were very quick and the washing smelt good. Breakfast choices were great, and the hot meal element was a lovely touch. Hotel is perfectly placed in the Old Quarter, we walked to the majority of the restaurants we went to. Circle K is also located next door. The only negative about this hotel is the WiFi was a bit touch and go. It didn’t bother us too much, but may not be the best hotel if you want a base to work from.

Le lit confortable nous avons bien dormi Alors très honnêtement au vu des commentaires je m'étais imaginé à beaucoup mieux. Je trouve l'hôtel un peu défraîchie ( peinture non terminé par endroit, faillence fissuré par endroit) et peut être trop étroit ce qui peut donner une sensation un peu oppressante.. nos chambres avait des toutes petites fenêtres ce qui peut aussi majoré ce coté renfermée.

• Max (9/5): Top - Sehr zentrale gute Lage. Herzlicher Empfang. Alle Mitarbeiter haben einen immer begrüßt und gefragt, wie es einem geht oder ob man irgendwelche Wünsche hat. Touri Zentrale unten drin. Tipps für die Umgebung beim Check In. Zimmer sauber und praktisch. Frühstück gut. Man versucht doch sehr es dem Gast so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Einfach ein oder zwei Haken an die Wand im Badezimmer für Handtücher dann wäre alles perfekt. Ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.

• Peter Stilian (10/5): - My stay here was awesome. Not only is the location absolutely perfect but it is also right next to an atm and convenience store. When I arrived I was given a free room upgrade and the staff went out of their way to be helpful my entire stay. Seriously this place was perfect.

• Cathy (9/5): Good hotel, amazing staff - All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. We were given maps and tourist information and plenty of recommendations for things to do. All of the team took a genuine interest in our travels and checked to see if we needed anything. Breakfast was great and it was lovely to be greeted with a smile first thing in the morning. Our room was always spotlessly clean. We like to make our own cups of tea but found the cups provided on the amenity tray too small. A very minor grumble!

• Lin (10/5): I loved it and will be back again! - Great customer service and amazing location. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now and will be back for a third! The room is clean and the staff are very helpful with any questions or suggestions of things to do. Front rooms can be noisy but that didn’t bother me at all.
• Yashasvi (10/5): Very welcoming staff and excellent service throughout the stay - I had a really pleasant stay at Omina Hotel and Travel. The staff were extremely helpful and took the time to recommend great places to visit, including advising on the best timing for Train Street. Their local knowledge really helped us plan our days better. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety, and it was a great way to start the day before heading out. A special thank you to Ruby and Vinnie, who were especially attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely recommend Omina Hotel and Travel to anyone visiting the area.

Vicino al centro ma in una via comunque più tranquilla. Ambiente pulito. Le foto sembrano più belle rispetto alla realtà ma questa è una cosa tipica in vietnam, basta saperlo

Localisation idéale dans le vieux quartier avec possibilité de chambres soit avec vues sur la rue soit au calme à l’arrière. Petit déjeuner simple et goûteux. J’ai eu droit à une upgrade gratuite vers une chambre avec fenêtre et calme, merci beaucoup Rien
• Giamfranco (10/5): - The hotel is located in the old quarter but in a "quieter" street. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We were upgrades to a superior room for being our first time and we loved the gesture. Stay on the back rooms that can heavily reduce the old quarter noise. -
