Peter (10/5): Fantastic property. Dog friendly. All facilities great. Will definitely come back. - Perfect location Driveway can be a bit tricky if you have more than one car but it's no big deal.
Angela (8/5): Comfortable cottage at Avoca - House is comfortable, well equipped kitchen, close enough to walk to shops, beach etc. Dog friendly. Good to have access to kayaks etc (although didn't know that before arriving). Although it doesn't have air-con, it has a lovely breeze & cool deck. Driveway - can't back out safely, due to steepness & Blind corner, so need to turn around in driveway, which becomes logistical issue when you have more than one car. Felt very 'rulesy' with lots of reminders that the neighbours will complain & that it's under surveillance.
Anonymous (9/5): Lovely cottage with nice gardens and good beach access - Lovely location and nicely presented cottage. Had easy access good bedrooms, living spaces and kitchen for our purposes. The drive way is awful as you enter and scrape the bottom of your car.
William (10/5): Exceptional - Location, facilities, communicate, ease of use The thermostat may not be active and the shower became really hot for the kids.
