- YIZHAN (1/5): 完全聯繫不到房東無法入住…. - 完全聯繫不到房東無法入住…. 地點在一個小巷子內很難找，好不容易找到之後發現沒有櫃檯，完全沒辦法辦理check in，打電話給業主也打不通，搞得必須冒著大雨去臨時找其他住宿
- Dinesh (1/5): Terrible property - We never stayed. We requested for cancellation as the place was scary. No response from Booking.com nor the host. There was no sign of the property. I am shocked that the rating was high. You can see the entrance to the property in the photo. We did not stay They had very steep stairs as senior citizens it was impossible to climb those steep stairs with no help. We are shocked that Booking.com has approved this property. We request a refund. We never stayed. We booked into another hotel nearby.
- Les (10/5): Great location!! - Fantastic studio, quite spacious and lots of amenities. Fridge, kettle, cooktop, 3 chairs and comfortable bed. Small sitting area outside. Is a little awkward to find the first time as there is a street seller out on street that hides laneway a little but not that bad. Studio is set back from road so very quiet. Definitely stay here again!!
- Pooja (10/5): Exceptional - The place is very cute and cozy. Looks exactly like the photos. We stayed comfortably for three nights. It was easy to locate. Despite being in a central location with lots of shops and restaurants, it was quiet. Would have appreciated a window but it wasn't a problem for us. The host is very responsive. Highly recommended.
- Joana (6/5): Pleasant - The location The place is just not very well maintained nor cleaned: the mirrors were filthy, I found empty boxes of medicines on the floor, toothpicks and eye lashes. Most of the furniture in the bathroom is old and rusty. There's only one small window in the room, which is filthy as well and doesn't close. It was really cold when we visited the city and couldn't get warm air from the AC.

- Harsha (9/5): A comfortable and cozy stay hidden in the heart of Hanoi. Recommended for relaxed privacy and casual comfort. - Quiet and Cozy location. No broom and extra linen. Better cups and kettle would have helped.
