• Christel (9/5): Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement malgré les petits bémols et les propriétaires sont vraiment tr - L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche de nombreux transports en commun et cependant au calme. Silvia et Giampaolo sont adorables et très serviables, très réactifs aux messages. Lit double avec une bonne literie et de bons oreillers. Le matelas et sommier du canapé convertible sont à éviter pour ceux qui ont des problèmes de dos. Il faudrait également une vraie petite cafetière car la moka est vraiment très petite et son système commence à être défectueux.

• James (10/5): Simply Fantastic - Fantastic stay and fantastic hosts. Silvia was brilliant. Herself and her husband greeted us on arrival, very friendly and ensured that myself and my son didn't want for anything. She provided us with directions on how to travel around Rome and give us the names of some outstanding restaurants whose food was exceptional. The apartment was emaculate and contained everything that I needed. It is situated a short distance to all of Rome's sights and close to shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay again. Silvia went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and she is a great ambassador for Rome.

I definitely recommend. The location is great it's walking distance to the old town and colloseum.

Excellent service, the apartment is very clean and has all the things you need for cooking, cleaning and washing. Which gives you a cozy feeling like you are at home. The couple who own the apartment is very kind, caring and welcoming. They give us old friend vibes and left us a good impression. They bring you whatever you need and provide excellent hospitality. This apartment is highly recommended. And thanks a lot to the owners. None

She also gave us great information about the city and recommendations about where to eat around the flat.The apartment’s area is also very safe and calm. Not far from the city center. I’d definitely book her place again.

It is also brilliantly located - a short walk (~20 minutes) from Roma Termini and sits on plenty of bus lines for easy access to all areas of the city! The hosts were very welcoming! They met us outside the apartment and were happy to help set up the sofa bed when we asked. They even gave us some local recommendations which were amazing. A great stay all round!

We had texted our time of arrival beforehand, and at that moment we received a welcome text with further help how beat to get there by public transport. The accomodation is central enough to all points of interest, yet quite enough to have a peaceful sleep. The bed was super comfortable, as well as the pillows. The apartment is located in a very characteristic apartment building which exudes the Italian style and it makes you feel very local! Our communication with Silvia was very smooth, there was always immediate response whenever we needed to ask a question, in a very friendly way. We also got a tour of the apartment upon arrival. There's a good deal of restaurants on the block, in one of them we had an amazing tiramisu. There's a Carrefour as well, just across the street, so it's super easy to get some groceries for breakfast. In short, all was above what we expected. Rome can be very expensive, and we feel we definitely got well worth the money at Silvia's, and her lovely friend/ husband (not sure...) Giampaolo! Grazzi mille! Not applicable!!

• Maxim.t1989 (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is located in perfect area where you can find good restaurants and groceries. Moreover, 1 minute walk to bus station and after 10 minutes by bus or 25 minute by walk you can reach Coloseum and other attractions. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, fridge, electric stove, coffe maker, also comfortable bed and spacious wardrobe. For heating there is an electronic convector (AC) and water heater, so we didn't experience any cold or problem with hot water. The owner Silvia is also very helpful and responsive. Windows are oriented to the beautiful garden so you will not hear any noise from the road and street but the walls are little thin, we heard conversations of the neighbours, one of the days they celebrated something and they talked loudly until 1pm, I think it's very often met in Italy, but it was only one day of our staying. The door in the bathroom does not close fully so for someone it may be a bit uncomfortable.
• Sheila (9/5): Peaceful Apartment away from the Crowds - It was great to return to a quiet apartment after being in the crowds of Rome. It is easy a ten minute bus ride from central Rome. We only cooked our breakfast at the apartment as the kitchen facilities are quite limited but there are several very good restaurants close by where we ate in the evening. Silvia was very easy to communicate with and met us at the apartment to explain everything. The apartment is very clean. We felt the apartment was what we expected and we stayed there for four nights.
• Anat (8/5): Very good - Silvia is super. She is responding quickly, and provided me with everything I needed. Really a nice person. The studio is located near my work, near buses, supermarket, coffee places, restaurants. It faces the back so it's quiet. The only serious problem was the water pressure in the shower. It was almost impossible to take a shower. Silvia said it was the problem of the building. The building is a bit run down, I guess this is one of the results.

Direct contact via WA, they waited for me in the evening when I arrived. The appartment is beautiful, very new, perfectly equipped. Perfect place for a business stay of a week. Busses and tram in front of the door, Porta Pia in 5 minutes walking distance.
