Very minimal, no iron or board etc. Probably my mistake when booking not looking at whats included in room.And only tiny bit of toilet roll. Only found out after hours. Looked, no spare. Otherwise very happy

• Pieternella (9/5): Fantastic lovely comfortable hotel! Would definitely recommend ❤️ - We loved staying at this lovely hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything in it that we needed. The bathroom was luxurious with a beautiful bath and tain shower. The hotel is close to St Kilda beach but unfortunately very close to a busy street which you can clearly hear (the traffic) in the room.

• Lukas (10/5): - Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Hotel. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Tee- bzw. Kaffeebar im Foyer hat uns besonders gefallen. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums. Mit dem Tram kann das Zentrum jedoch gut erreicht werden. Aufgrund der Lage ist es in der Nacht sehr ruhig für ein Stadthotel, was uns gut gefallen hat. In wenigen Gehminuten sind der Strand und mehrere Bars und Kaffeeshops erreichbar. -

Prysznic w pokoju z dwoma sypialniami jest źle zrobiony w czasie kąpieli zalewa cała łazienkę. Fajnie by było gyby pokoje były sprzątane w czasie pobytu.
• rebecca (9/5): Relaxed, easy comfortable stay in exceptional surroundings including the outside garden - Although it was an absolute pleasure and incredible stay it might be nice to have some tea/coffee in the room given there is a kettle already. I realise its available downstairs but if it were in the room it would make a difference to early morning cup of tea in bed or in the evening when perhaps you have had a shower & dressed in night attire it would save going downstairs & carrying it up.

• daisy (6/5): Clean, but not the most comfortable. Over prized for what is offered. - Clean. 30 mins walk from centre of st kilda. Friendly and very helpful front desk staff! The bed is not a proper mattress. It’s only a couple of inches thick it’s actually just a mattress topper, not a proper mattress. Was very uncomfortable for sleep. The design of the shower means the water floods and goes everywhere.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Quite calm and clean. Very adult lux accommodation. - So clean and location great, really modern and in Japanese style. Staff so lovely and helpful and polite. The only thing I would add is some cow milk in the fridge for my tea/coffee which they provide for beautifully.

Best boeiend maar er is geen kast of haakje of wat dan ook in de kamer om ook maar iets op te kunnen bergen. Lastig voor mensen die met veel bagage aankomen. Maar verder; absoluut boeken, het is een knetter leuk hotel.

We stayed in the Japanese styled room which is comfortable enough though it lacks a little space outside the tatami part of the room. Good shower and bathroom. Overall it was pretty good value for money in a good location about 10min by tram from central Melbourne. Free parking out the back is a bonus. Nice little cafe next door. Didn’t seem to be anyone at reception ever so had to call for someone to check in and out and if we needed anything. The room needs a couple of small repairs

Appreciated the quick return on the bond. There was so much water clean up from having a shower. The TV wasn't already connected to the internet/WiFi. There was no iron and iron board in the room, and the bathroom taps would leak when you turn them on. The early department was subject to the availability of staff, and in the future, to consider a drop box for the key (card) option for those who need to leave early.

The room was large, clean and comfortable..it is within walking distance to the bustling st Kilda beach. I would highly recommend it and would also love to have a massage there next time. • Carol (5/5): This was an expensive stay that was disappointing. - Good location Useful to have car parking There was a toothbrush in the shower that someone had left there so the shower had not been cleaned properly. There was no milk to have a cup of tea and reception was poorly staffed. When I rang them they said someone would be there in 10-15 minutes but after 30 minutes we decided to just give up thoughts of having a morning cuppa. We left shortly afterwards. Would not stay again.
