• Mohamadali (8/5): Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this property to others. - The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and fully renovated. Everything was in excellent condition, and we felt completely comfortable during our stay. The cleanliness and the newly renovated space were truly appreciated, and we would like to thank the host for that. However, there were a few minor shortcomings that could easily be addressed. For example, some essential items were missing, such as an electric kettle and dishwashing liquid, and some supplies like tissues were not provided in sufficient quantity. Another issue was related to the elderly neighbor next door, who had placed a large number of old chairs and items permanently in the entrance hallway. This not only made the area look untidy but also narrowed the passage. Additionally, their dog was not restrained and would come out toward us each time we passed by, which was somewhat disturbing. That said, compared to the high quality of the apartment’s interior—which was very clean, tidy, and nicely renovated—these issues are relatively minor. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this property to others. there were a few minor shortcomings that could easily be addressed. Нам важно было заселиться по-раньше указанного времени заселения, они сделали все, для того чтоб мы въехали раньше✅Очень понравились апартаменты, есть все необходимое,на кухне-для приготовления пищи , в ванной комнате-все принадлежности. Было все чисто, запах приятный. Очень комфортно было находиться в апартаментах. Все так, как указано в информации о квартире.Спасибо за хороший прием. Владелец был очень доброжелателен. Рекомендую👍
• Filippo (7/5): Conveniente ma deludente, un posto senza cuore - Il prezzo era vantaggioso rispetto alla media dei B&B in zona. Cuscini cheap e scomodissimi, neanche sui traghetti te ne danno del genere. Portone del palazzo complicato da aprire. Ma soprattutto: è un posto senza cuore, dove è chiaro che la proprietà è interessata unicamente a massimizzare i ricavi.

• Wojciech (10/5): - Lokaj po prostu super! Wszystko jest dobrze ogarnięte pod względem dostępu, dostaje się instrukcje jak się dostać do mieszkania razem z kodem. Lokalizacja idealna praktycznie przy samym metrze którym dojedzie się zarówno do Duomo jak i do dworca głównego. Na miejscu czysto i ładnie i samo miejsce robi klimat. W pobliżu też fajna okolica niedaleko jest bar niesamowitym klimatem i mieszkańcami, obok też jest bardzo dobra pizza. Wlaściciel miły i pomocny można było dostosować w miarę możliwości zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Polecam każdemu to miejsce!
• O'neill (7/5): Good place to stay. Roomy, close to metro. Communication with the host excellent via watsup. - Close to metro with only a few stops to Duomo. Shower gel n hair dryer a bonus. Some parts of apartment not clean E.g. drawers - previous guest clothes n groceries left behind.
• Amer (5/5): Older people should avoid, book if the price is really good. - Furniture and kitchen were really nice. The most annoying things were that you have to search for the parking every time, you have to check your car, temperature in winter days is set to minimum which is not comfortable at all and a lot of complicated digital locks + traditional keys. Older people might find it difficult to check in and stay a few hours outside trying to figure it out. I stayed in a lot of private apartments and hotels in europe and didn't find anything like this.

• Joshua (5/5): Standing in the rain reading a 2000+ word instruction sheet was not pleasant in very cold rain. - Very nice place one access was granted. 2262 word instructions to enter the apartment, I wish I was joking, I am serious. The fact that the instructions might be accurate is really beside the point. I also had to install an app to enter the apartment. I succeeded to enter once using the app and procedure, twice I never gained access to the apartment. Only by luck, while having continued failures with the app based wireless door lock, I slipped in as someone else exited. Far too involved and highly inconvenient. I will certainly not return to this apartment as I continue to go to Milano. Note I downloaded the entry instructions and used word count, maybe the online version has fewer but jumping between the app and attached files in a chat app was really more trouble.

• Attila (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment, well equipped, good location. Attentive hosts, always there if needed. Although the general cleanliness was ok, the toilet was dirty, that's a big minus. There are signs of wetness on some of the walls, so the windows must be kept open, otherwise there is a smell of mold. This could be repaired.
• Murataj (1/5): Bad - we planned a trip on 3.10 and everything goes very wrong. parking was free after 19.00. we parked in front of the entrance of the apartment and after 30 minutes we saw that the glass of our car was broken and everything that was in the car had been stolen.😬 It is not a safe area.
