- Guest (5/5): Bé, però ple de polilles. Millorable cualitat-preu - Era maco i funcional. Estava replet de polilles cada cop que entraves a l’apartament. Vam demanar alguna solució als amfitrions i van dir que era una cosa que passava de vegades, que podiem posar un producte, però no va servir de res.

- Damjan (8/5): Pleasant - Location, bathroom, comfy bed and clear guidelines about location and entering (Alice vas very helpful). Cheap supermarket just around the corner, boats to Murano and Burano a five minute walk away. No basic utensils to prepare food (knife etc.) or to cook (stir, cloths ...). Enough plates and pots, though. Pricey for what it is (a ground level room by the street).
- Flavia (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, within the historic part of Venice. Near vaporetto to the islands, within walking distance to major sites, close to supermarket and restaurants. It's a bit noisy early in the morning as it's on the way to vaporetto as in front of a school. This is counterbalanced by the fact that, at night, it is very quiet. A kitchen knife and a kitchen cloth could have been handy for our cooking needs.

- Alona (3/5): The most dirty and disgusting apartment - Nice location This was probably the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in. When I arrived, the place was extremely dirty and disgusting. It was infested with both dead and live insects, which were everywhere—on the walls, ceiling, shower, floor, and even in and under the bed. I arrived in Venice at 1 AM and had to spend another hour cleaning the apartment myself (luckily, there was a vacuum). This is definitely not something anyone would want to do in the middle of the night while on holiday. The hosts apologized and claimed that this was a normal issue due to high humidity during this period. However, after I cleaned the apartment, there were no insects for the next two days of our stay, which clearly suggests that the apartment hadn’t been cleaned in months. The fact that the hosts were aware of this issue yet failed to prepare and properly clean the apartment before our arrival is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this listing.
