- Derek (6/5): - It was quiet and clean. It was close to the subway. However, the furniture was cheap quality and the beds were too low and were uncomfortable. We also kept stubbing our toes on the bed frames. The fridge was tiny and the kitchen was small. The decor was like a college dorm. There is no receptionist; check in, check out, and help with room problems are all done electronically. The neighborhood streets had scattered trash, which is unusual for Japan. Near by restaurants were lesser quality. This was our third hotel with a kitchen that we stayed in on our 2-week trip to Japan, and this one suffered by comparison to the other two (that were in the same price range).

- Yin Lin (10/5): - I was impressed, this place exceeds my expectations on every aspects. I would definitely recommend my friends when they travel to Osaka. Nice location, in a quieter neighbourhood but close to subway and convenience stores.
- Reynalin (10/5): - Loved the location. A short walk to the train station, Tokyo Tower and evening activities. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Easy check in and out, a lot of travel supplies, very soft bed and pillows, nice towels and linen. There was only a washing machine (no dryer), however, the bathroom has its own laundry drying system which dries the clothes faster than the regular dryer. Overall, we love the hotel and its location.

- hyuk jin (10/5): -이용후기- - 정말 숙소가 깨끗해서 좋았습니다! 침대도 깨끗하고 한 침대에 2명씩 잘 수 있는 사이즈 였습니다! 소파도 피면 침대가 되서 좋았어용 리필 이불도 있어서👍👍 주방도 깨끗하고 식기도구도 많고 프라이팬 냄비 다 있습니다! 전자레인지도 있고 잘 돌아가용 냉장고도 튼튼하공 아이스크림 넣어 놔도 녹지 않고 좋았어용 화장실은 만족했숩니다 욕조도 있고 샴푸 린스 바디워시도 있어 굳이 않들고 와도 될 것 같았어요 세탁기도 있는데 세제도 떨어질 때 쯤 리필해주셔서 좋았어요 다만 세탁기 돌리고 먼지가 좀 나왔어용 괜찮았습니당 수건도 풍족하게 주셔서 쓰고도 남았습니다 수건도 많이 리필 해주시더라고용 식탁도 넓어서 아침에 뭐 먹을 때 좋았고 편의점이 패밀리 마트,로손이 바로 옆 앞에 있어 정말 편했어요! 또 바로 옆쪽에 역도 있어서 정말 편했어요👍👍 저는 개인적으로 오사카 다시 오면 이 호텔 갈 거 같아용! 가격대비 정말 좋았어용👍👍👍
- Grace (8/5): 整體不錯，仍有進步空間 - 整體來說，這個地點交通非常方便，附近最少有四條不同路線的鐵路車站，附近也有二十四小時超市和便利店。另外煮食設備尚算齊全，只欠抹布。除此之外，尚有一些意見要反映： 1. 酒店承諾兩天打掃一次，第三天我們12點離開的時候，見到門口掛了一袋毛巾，我們以為因為我們未離開房間，所以沒有打掃。晚上回來才知道並沒有打掃過。可是我們並沒有聽見敲門聲音，如果我們知道冇服務員不會再回來打掃，我們會盡快出去的。 2. 飲用水只有三支，照計兩天的飲用水應該有六支，而第三天可能因為沒有入屋打掃，所以連水也沒有提供。 3. 洗衣機也是只有兩包洗衣液，我們三個人每人一次也不足夠。 4. 我們訂房時說明了是三人入住，可是並沒有替我們鋪設梳化床。
