• Perez (8/5): - O apartamento é confortável, ótima localização. Anfitrião nos recebeu muito bem. O condomínio é otimo, com duas piscinas maravilhosas. A TV a cabo da sala nao estava funcionando, quando enviei msg via WhatsApp ao proprietário, ele não respondeu. A agua que deixou na geladeira estava com um gosto estranho.

A limpeza e organização precisam de mais atenção. As gavetas e armários estavam ocupados com itens pessoais, transmitindo sensação de desorganização, o que acabou comprometendo a experiência geral. O imóvel tem grande potencial, mas esses detalhes fazem diferença na qualidade da estadia.

• Andres (9/5): Excelente ubicación! - La estadía fue perfecta, el edificio está ubicado frente a la rambla de Copacabana, en un lugar precioso, el edificio tiene seguridad y servicio de portería con acceso con reconocimiento facial, además del acceso al apto de forma autónoma, dentro es muy práctico, con todo lo necesario, y cómodo. Tiene una piscina abierta en el piso 14 con una vista a la playa y hacia atrás se puede ver el Cristo Redentor. Lo recomendamos!

We arrived early, allowed us to leave our bags, gave us a tour of all the facilities, even invited our friends who were staying elsewhere on the tour too. Incredibly warm and welcoming. • Aruna (8/5): Great location, great shower! - The location on Copacabana is perfect. They used facial recognition for entry into the apartment so you didn't have to worry about taking your keys. The gym was pretty decent too. What really made this apartment memorable was the shower. It is the most powerful shower I have ever used in my life. We joked that anything that we didn't like about the apartment was completely negated by the strength of the shower. All in all, it is a good spot to explore Rio with an unbeatable location across from the beach. The apartment itself is nothing to write home about. It's a little bit dirty and doesn't have that much light. It's good for four people because there are two bedrooms. We were five and one person slept on the couch - which for some reason was counted as a bed but it's just a couch that you sleep on. They also did not give us enough sheets or towels. There was a sheet on the bed but no flat sheet. There were enough towels for people to shower with but not enough beach towels. We were there 2 nights so it wasn't that big an issue.

Хозяин долго не отвечал на звонки, и нам пришлось ждать около часа , мы были уставшие . Бронь была на 6 человек , но не было постельного белья , потом принес хозяин , после того как мы ему об этом .

Host was responsive to clean next day, but it was still not as clean as I was expecting. Because we were too busy with work, I had no time, nor did I bother to ask for another cleaning.

Nos fuimos a comer y nunca nos dieron la clave para ingresar al departamento, por suerte un amigo ya había estado en este mismo dpto una semana antes y la clave era la misma.

Unlike last 21 places I have rented in Copacabana this I a new house modern and super clean. Staff is 24/7 and super nice. Coming back for sure Not staying long enough. Should have booked 1 more week at least

El baño sucio, alfombra de baño sucia Las sábanas viejas. Mantas sucias, luego de cada huésped se deben lavar y cambiar Había hormigas y bichos( deben fumigar) Equipamiento de cocina vieja

The room is great and has everything that you would need. Gilberto our host was really accomodating and lives nearby so he let us to store our bags in his office after we checked out which was a big help. Nothing
• Tania (9/5): Definitely the place to be at Copacabana! - The building is just across the street from the Copacabana beach, it has an one lane warm swimming pool and another small pool on the top floor with view to the ocean! Absolutely the best location at Copacabana. The beds were super comfortable and had lots of pillows. The doorman was adorable. The apartment didn’t have a view to the beach but if the sky was clear, there was a nice view of the Christ statute. The kitchen had only a small electric stove and kitchen equipment was limited.

Reading the reviews it looks likes it’s been like this for a year. There are empty alcohol bottles on the shelves and so much clutter. Some cupboards didn’t even close properly because of the mess. Could be a fantastic place with a deep clean and a declutter. Even old food left in the fridge.

• Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - The location was amazing. We had a view of the Cristo Redentor from the second bedroom balcony and Copacabana beach is right in front. The apartment was modern and stylish with effective air conditioning. The beds were comfortable, the master bedroom amazing. Our host was a very nice person and made us very comfortable. For eating out there are a range of restaurants in the next street. This is a perfect flat for a romantic break together, or for 2 couples who are good friends. Gym facilities, a sauna and 2 pools -one for swimming and one for lounging high above the beach. Plenty of opportunities for those social media photos and videos. The bathroom is modern and stylish but the toilet was alarmingly wobbly and the extractor did not appear to work.
• Marcus (10/5): This place was beyond expectations. Incomparable to similarly priced units. - I was hesitant due to the lack of pictures. But the apartment was amazing. I considered going back to Rio just to stay at this place. Amazing design, furnishing, location and on site facilities. Beachfront underground parking! Multiple pools. A view of Corcovado. AMAZING value! That I did not book it for more time. The bathroom is tiny, yet well appointed.

• Patricia (5/5): Don’t bother. - The apartment was dirty when we arrived to do the check in. The responsible for the propriety arrive to clean it. It was dirty. Even though it is a new and modern building the toilet was unglued and moved. There wasn’t proper utensils.

• Meryem (6/5): great stay overall - amazing location on Copacabana. amazing rooftop and swimming pool. a lot of good restaurants / cafe / taxis around the maid did not do the cleaning as much as I would love to. the building is still new and few things were missing in the building even if they were listed. the appartement is very basic and would have not posted it at that price at that moment.
