• Steve (6/5): Poor value for money. Wouldn’t stay again. - Location. Living room & view. Clean. Functional kitchen. Heated bathroom floor. Bathroom:No body wash. No clothes hooks. Bedroom: master bed was 2 singles zipped together. Very uncomfortable. Bed linen and pillows were substandard. Light from outside penetrated bedroom making sleeping difficult. Living room: Music facility outdated and we could not connect by blue tooth.
• Paul (9/5): Great couple of nights at the snow. - Location was fantastic, particularly when travelling with young kids. Lil was wonderful, easily contacted, happy to help with any concerns and ensured we had a lovely, comfortable stay.

• Teresa (8/5): - Excellent location. Cosy place. Hosts are easy to contact and communicate with for any concerns/issues. There is a pathway down to the main village area. Property is very close to the other units. Be prepared for noise especially neighbours arriving late and going up and down the stairs constantly being loud. Note there is no EV charger at the property. Closest is at the Alpine Hotel which was out of service.

• Tim (10/5): A perfect, cozy base in Thredbo with great views and easy ski access. - Banjo 3 Chalet was the perfect ski base – cozy, smart, well-equipped, and close to the village & lifts with beautiful postcard mountain views. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Thredbo.

• Quang Phuc (7/5): It was a good stay. - Good location with good mountain view, looking directly to the ski runs. The host provided complimentary snacks and drinks. Beds were fairly comfy and heaters worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Living room main TV is not working. Messaged host about this but no response. Also, there are some weird rules such as guests need to strip all beds mattresses and pillows covers, and walk uphill to dispose trash before leaving, however the hosts explained this is Thredbo’s standard practice.
