- Henry (9/5): Hball is great - Fantastic location, close to transport - trans and trams. Quiet and secure - important factors for us. Close to supermarket options also. Cooking facilities were basic but we managed. The responsiveness of the host was excellent! The water is hot and has very good pressure. The dishwasher works well and is quiet. The fridge/freezer is large and works well. Heaps of cupboards for storage. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with basic utensils. The initial entry into the facility to get the set of keys was cumbersome but we got into the apartment in the end. Once inside and with 3 keys in we had no further hassles gaining entry. Squeaky bed. This has previously been reported by other guests. A toaster would be handy

- moshe (6/5): - No air conditioning in the room
- Mona (3/5): Poor - After confirming my booking, I received a message that felt quite threatening, stating that if I didn’t arrive before 7:00 p.m., I would have to pay €25 for check-in between 7:00 p.m. and midnight, and that no check-in would be possible after that time.
Shortly after, a woman contacted me and insisted that I share my WhatsApp number. She then said her colleague would get in touch. That in itself was strange, but what followed was even more uncomfortable. The colleague messaged me repeatedly before my arrival, asking things like “when will you leave?” and “from where will you come?”—and he kept repeating the same questions in a way that felt pushy and unprofessional.
Generally, in my experience renting apartments while traveling around the world, the process is much simpler: the owner usually leaves the keys in a lockbox with a code provided the day before arrival. I pick up the key myself and return it when I leave—no stress. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
The apartment itself also had several issues:
It’s on the ground floor, very dark, and due to outside noise in the morning, it’s impossible to open the window. Thankfully, there was air conditioning.
Accessing kitchen items is very difficult for anyone under 1.70m tall, as all cabinets are placed too high.
The blanket didn’t fit into the bed sheet and was found in a dirty drawer full of hairs. I had to make the bed myself.
The bed is very old and noisy—it creaks loudly even when turning from one side to the other, and it feels like there are warped iron springs underneath. We couldnt sleep.
The sofa was stained with white spots, which made it very unpleasant to use.
The worst part was the parking situation: if you arrive by car, there’s no space nearby, and there was no warning about local parking restrictions or ZTL (restricted traffic zones). In the morning, we discovered that our car had been towed by the police, and we had to pay €230 to retrieve it.
Overall, I cannot recommend this place.
- Lorenzo (7/5): Spacious essential stay in Milan - Spacious No AC in bedroom, no paper towels in the kitchen,
- Dmytro (10/5): I really enjoyed it! I will definitely come again. - Very good service and support! We were met, everything was shown and explained! It was very clean and comfortable in the room!
- Emilie (8/5): Great for a trip to Milan! - Nice spacious apartment not too far from the city centre. Clean and lots of space, nice kitchen, bathroom and tv. Host / Luigi were great! Bed was ok, quite some squeaky sounds. Shower temperature could be better.
