- Emmanuelle (9/5): Excellent emplacement ! - Calme, confortable et à deux pas des commerces, ainsi que des bus et de l'overground pour aller au centre de Londres. Notre hôte Daniel, très à l'écoute et prévenant. Tout était parfaitement organisé pour notre arrivée.
Si j'avais juste une petite remarque ce serait sur l'absence de produits de base, sel, huile, vinaigre et peut-être papier essuie-tout.
Sinon, tout était parfait !

- Vasyl (10/5): - The location is excellent in my opinion. The apartment is not very far from Abbey Road. Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find a supermarket. The city center, the British Museum, or the Natural History Museum can be reached in 40 minutes by metro. I would add a few more towels and suggest paying a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the tablecloths and dishes

- WILLIAM (8/5): 4 days enjoying London - Daniel was a terrific host! Our flight was delayed 3 hours so when we arrived it was dark and rainy. The Uber driver didn’t know where Mapeshouse was-left side or right side of the avenue at our destination-and with the rain and darkness it was impossible to see out of the car windows. I called Daniel at nearly midnight for help and he had us sorted straight away, in a friendly manner too!! We ran out of the two rolls of toilet paper provided. Not a problem with markets around the corner
- Lyn (8/5): Excellent accommodation. Nice area. - It was easy to locate and to enter. It was a quiet neighbourhood. Close to overground, which we were using to get to a concert.
Correspondence with Daniel the owner was friendly, clear and helpful. Apartment clean and comfortable.

- isabelle (10/5): - Appartement un peu en dehors de l'agitation du centre ville très propre, soigné et très bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer quelques jours à Londres. A 2 pas d'un arrêt de bus qui nous mène dans le centre et à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du métro.
Daniel, notre hôte, a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille, que ce soit au niveau de notre confort, des conseils et liens pour des visites à faire. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Tout nous a été très bien expliqué.
Nous recommandons cet hébergement et nous n'hésiterons pas d'y retourner si nous revenons à Londres.

El barrio es muy tranquilo y bonito. Se llega muy fácilmente al centro. El anfitrión es muy amable y atento. No tiene calefacción, pero hay radiadores que puedes encender y calientan bastante rápido.

There is lift access and parking for disabled people which was useful for us.
Bedding was very comfortable.

Key arrangement was easy. It would have been nice to have at least 1 refuse bag rather than us getting some.

- Jorgito13 (8/5): Short stay in London - The apartment is located in a quiet, safe, residential area, with a couple of shops nearby, but when you reach the high street, there are a lot of shops and restaurants (15mins) . The tube station is 15mins walk but there is a bus stop around the cornet. Downstairs there is a comfortable living room with a huge TV and a table. The kitchen is fully eqipped with all appliances incl. a washing machine and a coffee machine. Upstairs the main bedroom has a nice double bed with wardrobes, and the second room has 2 separate beds. The bathroom was clean. Overall, the apartment was cozy and clean and we felt ourselves at home. The host was very helpful and responded to all our requests.

Need a bath mat for when one gets out of the shower. I would recommend maybe a couple softer extra pillows as not everyone can use hard pillows...I can not. Hard pillows mess up my neck and give me migraines. Otherwise, it was lovely.

- Charles (10/5): Perfect base for a couple who don’t want to stay right in the centre of London. - Daniel was an excellent host who went out of his way to ensure we were happy. Flat was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Easy for access into Central London and very convenient for all the good restaurants in Queen’s Park. We would recommend and would use again. The outside of the block of flats doesn’t create the greatest first impression as it could do with a few coats of paint, but that shouldn’t put you off.
- Neil (5/5): Ok but needs updating. - The TV was good No central heating,wouldn’t like to stay in really cold weather.
The hot water system only allowed us 1 bath a day for 3 adults and a child.
Only couch in front room,needs at least another armchair.
- Adam (10/5): Overall, good value for money, especially when compared to hotel rooms for a family. - The property was clean throughout. The beds were very comfortable with memory foam mattresses and I could not hear any noise from outside, so a good nights sleep. The lounge is just big enough for two adults and two children and we appreciated the high speed internet, smart tv and Netflix subscription. The host, Daniel was excellent and allowed us to leave our car in the car park for some time after checkout which was very convenient. He also invited feedback and was available to resolve any problems. The bathroom was a little dated, but the shower provided hot water at high pressure.
- Elise (10/5): Wonderful stay for a family trip. - It is in a very convenient location, the walk to the tube was only 10 minutes. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with all the materials needed. We were 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and it was very good. There were towels for the bathroom, and there also was Netflix. I also appreciated the parking. And the owner was very proactive and attentive, and if we come back to London we will go back here.
- Trevor (8/5): Daniels place - Decent accommodation, well put together. It is spotless and just like the pictures, and although I wouldn'tgo as far as beautiful I would say that it certainly is nice and had all that we needed.
It is a small flat but there is room enough for all guests and we were glad to have 2 separate bedrooms. The location was a bit further out than our usual, but we enjoyed the walk to Queens Park tube station and had a lovely breakfast in Cafe Jack.
Host was very available and helpful and the property felt safe and secure. Nothing, it was great.

The location of the flat is perfect as you are close to Kilburn station from which you can easily travel into central London. The flat is old and can do with some modern twists (e.g. replacing the plastic door in the kitchen, new matrasses etc). In the morning the flat was damp.

It’s close to Kilburn train station and shops/bars/restaurants around the area. The host Daniel was really helpful and attentive to our requirements. He sent me a message as soon as I booked the apartment and introduced him self. The apartment was nice, cosy and clean. We felt very secured. Spare towels would be good

Everything included was perfect less packing for us, towels and bedding , kitchen was equipped with everything we needed . Location was fab nice and quiet at night time and only a short walk to the tube stations . Communication with owner was fantastic answered any questions we had and gave all information needed.
