• Marsh (9/5): Cozy home base in the middle of the city scene - The location was wonderful, right in the mix. It was perfect for my 20-something sons. There were restaurants two steps out the door onto the street. There was a laundromat around the corner. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Francesco met us at the front door to give us the keys, explain the lock system, and show us how the skylight and the air conditioner remotes worked. The balcony was lovely and with the windows open, the through breeze was nice in the evening. There were extra towels in the closet, which was nice. We didn't use them, but it was nice that we had a backup should the need have arisen. The walk to the Colosseum and to the Vatican were pleasant, interesting, and without difficulty. My only personal complaint was the pocket doors to the main bedroom did not cover the opening completely. When the doors were closed and met in the middle, there was a 10 cm gap on the medial side between the door and the frame. That is really all. I am going to nitpick here because there was truly little to complain about: The fold-out couch in the living room seemed compromised. It was set up when we arrived and seemed to be supported from underneath by the cushions. I am not sure how two adults would have fared in it, my 185lb son did fine by himself on it. It would be nice to have another ice tray. There is a small one that is partially torn; a 2nd set of keys would have been nice since we split up on occasion. The sheets were a little coarse against the skin, according to one person in our party. Some may not like the late-night din from restaurants and bars. It was not a bother to us at all, very low level. I feel I'd be remiss not to mention it because I know that some are very sensitive. It took effort to come up with anything substantive to complain about. Very nice stay and location.

• Anne (9/5): We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this sweet apartment again. - Francesco was a charming host, who was always ready to answer questions and give assistance. The space was comfortable, clean and inviting, provided with everything we needed. The quiet street allowed for a restful sleep. The only very small and insignificant issue was the water pressure in the shower and difficulty controlling the temperature.
• Karin (10/5): Clean appartment with good facilities - Charming apartment, good space for 4. A lovely secluded terrace. Bathroom and kitchen amenities fresh. Good comunication with the landlord.. All in all we have no complaints, its a busy distrikt and we knew it before arrival.

Everything was well organized, and it felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. • Elena (8/5): Arrivederci Roma - L' appartamento è molto carino, bel bagno, ben equipaggiato così come le attrezzature da cucina. L' host Pasquale è stato gentilissimo ed ha soddisfatto velocemente le nostre richieste. La posizione è ottima, vicina ai mezzi pubblici. Il quartiere di Trastevere è bello e pieno di vita. In bagno sarebbe utile che il termosifone fosse acceso e nella zona giorno sopra il tavolo da pranzo ci vorrebbe una luce. Pasquale ha sopperito portandoci una stufetta per il bagno e una prolunga per la piantana della camera che abbiamo posizionato vicino al tavolo dove si cena. Inoltre di notte si dorme con fatica perché l'appartamento si trova sopra un locale che apre alle 18 e chiude alle 2/3 di notte e fa musica tipo tecno, con i bassi che fanno tremare il pavimento. Ho dovuto acquistare dei tappi per le orecchie, ma la prima notte abbiamo dormito pochissimo. Peccato perché è molto carino e si vede che c'è cura.

L'affaccio è su un cortile interno, quindi l'appartamento è isolato rispetto ai rumori del vivace quartiere. Dimensioni ottimali, ci siamo stati comodamente in tre. Dotato di tutti i comfort: cucina, frigo, congelatore, aria condizionata, tv, stendino nel piccolo terrazzino. Proprietario molto disponibile. Consigliato! Nulla da segnalare
• GERMAN (10/5): Conocer Roma de verdad caminando 10K por día, ves todo, Trastevere un lujo. - Ni lo duden, el lugar es perfecto. La ubicación es ideal para quienes les guste caminar. Roma es hermosa para conocer sus calles. Alojarse en el Trastevere es genial, caminar 5 km por día o 10 para el que pueda es lo mejor. Barrio con alegría italiana, gastronomía, el Conad super mercado cerca y barato. Puedes caminar, ni lo dudes, alojate en el Trastevere para conocer Roma. Si el turista es una persona mayor o no puede caminar unos kilómetros por día, es preferible que se aloje más cerca de los lugares turísticos. Si tenés menos de 60 años, o estás en forma, ni lo dudes, Trastevere es el barrio.

• Gema (9/5): Cómodo y muy bien ubicado - Muy buena ubicación, se puede llegar andando a los lugares de interés. El apartamento es bonito y el espacio está bien aprovechado. No le he puesto un 10 porque, para ser perfecto, le faltarían algunas comodidades como microondas, lavavajillas y cafetera de cápsulas. Por lo demás, es cómodo para pasar unos días. Repetiría.

• András (10/5): Perfectly - This was my second time in Rome, and I booked the same accommodation because I loved it so much. It is close to all the tourist attractions, and you can walk to almost anywhere. I also really like the layout of the apartment—it’s perfect for a family or two couples. -

• Wolf (9/5): Great space in heart of Trastevere - This place was great, wish I could have stayed longer. Great location in the middle of Trastevere. Nice size with a cute terrace, huge bathroom. The pillows were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good and the temperature went from burning hot to cold off and on. It was a little loud at night from whatever is underneath.

The property was very well located in the heart of Trastevere. It was very clean and had everything you need. So close to some fantastic restaurants too. It didn’t have a washing machine, however there was a laundromat just around the corner.

• Dominika (9/5): Wonderful location - Location, very friendly host, large bathroom, nice patio No duvet, we slept under a sheet with a bedspread over it. I didn't find it very hygienic as I'm sure the bedspread doesn't get washed after each guest.

• Elena (8/5): Very good - The Appartment was fantastic, with all the facilities good except for a problem with the vitro in the kitchen, that does not work properly with all pans and pots. Nothing important since the idea of travelling is to enjoy local food. There is a great offer of local restaurants and caffes everywhere. The neighbourhood is beautiful, lively and very well located to get everywhere The área is too busy with tourists and youg people at night, which is uncomfortable. Bars close at three in the morning Obviously, it is perfect for young people who want to party until late.It is the only drawback of the área, not of the property, which is clean beautiful, close public transport and the bed is fantastic. They were always very helpful and kind.
• Denise (8/5): Lovely place, lots of restaurants to eat nearby. We really enjoyed our stay. - Great location, lovely apartment. Very clean and modern. The sofa bed is a bit small for 2 teenage boys! For a couple it would be fine or two smaller children.

All the restaurants you need (without tourists fee) at the end of the day after coming back ”home”. Because you will feel like home. Apparement is even better looking than the pictures. Clean and convenient. Some comments talk about the noise from the coffee near by but don’t worry. It is not a concern. You will sleep like a baby in this comfy apartment. And the owners are so sweet and helpful. Go for it. We are North American so we like toasters but guess what there’s an oven. Or even better, just have Italian style breakfast and you do not need a toaster ;)

• Michael (8/5): Loved the apartment and it's central location in Trastevere. - The location of the apartment was excellent for our needs. Centrally located for eating out (you're right in the centre of all the local restaurants/cafes in Travestere - they are right outside the front door of the apartment! The 'buzz' of the area was electric each evening/night - we really enjoyed that. Also, for walking to any of the attractions in Rome, the apartment was approx. 30mins walk. The Buses and Trams were located on the main street, which the apartment was only a 2 min walk from. The local Supermarket and local smaller grocery stores were equally located only 2 mins walk away. Everything we needed access to was so close. Our Host, Pasqua, contacted us on a few occasions during our stay via text to check and see if we were doing okay and if we needed anything. We stayed for 2 weeks. He was very friendly and I'm sure had we needed anything he would have looked after it for us. The only draw back was that there is a local Cafe/Beer House located next door to the apartment called 'Delirium Cafe'. This cafe opens at 6pm each evening (except for Monday night) up until 2am. When we first arrived we didn't notice the 'buzz' coming from this venue, as the apartment is located to the rear of the building, which means you don't really hear the street noise at all (when the windows and doors are all closed). But as our holiday progressed you could hear (somewhat muffled) the 'noise' of the occupants of Delirium Cafe once our TV was turned off. You become used to it after a while and then drift off to sleep. Maybe for a weekend trip you wouldn't really mind, but for 13 nights ???

Our white socks were instantly black and there was lot of dust under the masterbed. The sofa was small and only suitable for kids not for two adults. Masterbeds mattress was also guite hard. Only one big blanket on the bed for two person.

• Tina (9/5): L'ombelico di Roma 💙 - The location is perfect. Almost all Rome's attractions are walking distance from the appartment. We're quite "foodie" family, like to discover local flavours. It was easily to find good restaurants near our location. The appt is comfortable and bright, nicely furnished. The hosts replied immediately. You should definitely book asap😊! We have some problems with the front door key. And need some ingenuity to make a coffee on induction stove with "non-induction "caffettiera.
