• Stephanie (9/5): My stay in Zurich was clean and comfortable, with close proximity to a train station - The location was great, very close to the train station. It was easy to locate and to get inside, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The check-in process could have been easier, I felt like I was getting a lot of messages while I was already traveling and I wish it would have been one and done.

• Chung (1/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – We Had to Cancel Immediately - Quite spacious We were very disappointed with this apartment and ended up canceling our stay right after arrival. First of all, the location is terrible — there’s a bar right below the apartment, and loud music starts around 6 PM and goes on until we left the apartment. It’s definitely not suitable for anyone looking for a quiet place to rest. The facilities were also in very poor condition: 1) The adapter and the standing lamp in the living room didn’t work. 2) The freezer was dirty and clearly not cleaned. 3) One of the induction cooktop buttons was broken and unusable. 3) The bathtub in the master bedroom was dirty. 4) The sliding glass door was jammed and couldn’t be opened. On top of that, we were told that it’s the customer’s job to check for damages — which makes no sense. We’re here for a holiday, not to inspect the property for maintenance issues. We immediately decided to cancel the booking after seeing the condition of the apartment. Thankfully, we received a refund. But there is absolutely no way we would ever book this apartment again, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

• Lukas (9/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung an idealer urbaner Lage in Zürich - Lage war einmalig, direkt neben der Strassenbahn und einem Bahnhof. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants in der Nähe sowie ein gutes Kulturangebot. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, vielen herzlichen Dank!

• Kuanfei (10/5): Worth of staying - We like everything in this lovely apartment. With a full equipped kitchenware, we were able to cook. And the distance to the public transportation is close. The apartment is pretty comfortable and gave us a feeling of home. KAYA also responded to our message very fast. We hope one day we can stay here again.

• Ya-Wei (9/5): - Comfortable space for the three friends spending holidays together. Convenient location to get out of the neighborhood and for shopping and other things. The bed is set up on the floor is too hard to sleep. I ended up with a back and leg pain.
• Wei Tuck (10/5): The information provided by the landlord/owner helps with the smooth check-in and check-out. It has been an enjoyabl - Very comfortable environment and amenities available. Within walking distances to the station and shops. Quiet neighbourhood. Will need to haul up luggage up the stairs, will need to plan accordingly if carrying heavy luggages.

• Stefan (7/5): Gute Wohnung in toller Lage und sehr gut organisierten Gastgebern in Zürich - Super Lage, sehr nette Gastgeber-alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert Die Austattung der Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Toilettendeckel muss dringend getauscht werden.
• Saiying (9/5): Overall is good - The instructions is very detail and clear The weather is hot with above 90F, as there is no air conditioning which is not allowed by city so we have to open the windows to cool down the house during sleep, the noise from outside are annoying.
• Cheuk Laam (9/5): There is no lift but luckily we got the room at the first floor. Good place for short stay. - Well equipped house. Clean and tidy. Fans are provided since no aircon is allowed in Zurich. Quite a lot of restaurants nearby. The bathroom’s lock is old and I got locked up in the bathroom. There are immediate communications with the host team but nothing they can help. Luckily I got unlocked by myself.

• sue (8/5): Great place to stay for a couple of nights - the location was just a short distance from town and easy to get to on the tram from the station It. had everything we needed. There was a restaurant below us so great if you wanted to nip down and get a drink or some food. Good communication with the team before arrival. Our washing machine wasn't working but there was another one we could use down in the basement. cellar where the washing machine was a bit spooky.

• Reis (9/5): - Very clean apartment. Quiet building. Easy access to the supermarket. Walking distance to restaurants and walking distance to the train station. Attentive host who provide us with some extra items. Quick response from host each time we had a question. The fact that it is mandatory to use only specific blue trash bags that usually you can get at the supermarket but we couldn't find any and the host was unable to provide us with some do to being out of stock. This can be very inconvenient when you have trash to take out and you can't. No other negatives.

I know this is common in Switzerland to not install an air conditioner. However, when the temperature is nearly 30 degree Celsius. It's difficult to bear without an air con.

• Michael (8/5): Good quality accommodation but lacks a few basics which would make a big difference. - Lovation to city was good. Easy transport options. Good sized apartment for our party of 3. No air-conditioning a major issue for a heatwave. No basic kitchen amenities, such as dishing detergent, dish washer tablets, washing machine detergent. No basics like salt and pepper.
• Philipp (3/5): Poor - The flat was very clean and is generally in an OK condition. Walls are thin (sounds from neighbors) and interior is old (squeaky doors and floors), the temperature on a hot summer day was too hot too sleep comfortably and it was too loud outside to open the windows (restaurant/bar, tram and train noises). The checkin experience was terrible. Something went wrong with our security deposit. I attempted to pay three times and every time the hosts website showed a message like "Thank you for your payment...". Despite that message, the payment didn't work. We even got sent the access code for the building and apartment on the day of checkin. However, upon arrival the access code didn't work and we had to wait for about an hour so we could get into the apartment, because of the "failed" payment. We tried to convince the host to let us in regardless, since it was late in the evening and we had 3 tired kids with us, but they insisted on the complete security deposit. The fact the payment failed is likely not their fault, but how they handled the situation was unacceptable to me.

• Renu (9/5): Comfortable location! Immaculate place! - The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The owner mainly responded on time. The location was easily accessible by public transport. I highly recommend this place for both short and long stays. It took nearly 20 minutes to sort out how to get into the apartment. An employee of the restaurant on the ground floor of the condo eventually assisted us in gaining entry. The messaging was delayed at this crucial time. However, overall, a great place to stay.

• Vera (8/5): Lovely large apartment - Very large, comfortable apartment in a quiet area yet easy walking distance to train and tram (get 24hr Zone 110 ticket for maximum flexibility including river ferry) and grocery stores. Good value for Zürich. Responsive hosts who let us store luggage and helped out with questions quickly. Having to pay damage deposit (which was quickly refunded at end) was somewhat understandable, but being asked to take photos of any previous damage made the stay quite stressful as we did not know how fussy the hosts would be and kept seeing new scuff marks etc.
• Pk (10/5): Comfortable accommodation that gives value for your money in Zurch - The location is very close to train station, tram / bus stop. However, the place is very calm and quiet all time of the day. Whole apartment was very clean and all amenities were working. There was a TV with basic channel lineup + we were able to watch Youtube on it. Felt very secure at the apartment. Staff was very helpful and let us check in early as well without any extra charge. Only negative was that there was no microwave oven. That was not a big issue for us though. I can't think of any other negatives about this property.

• Lei (8/5): Quite good - The place of the apartment is very good. It is convenient to the train station and everywhere. The apartment is comfortable. You should always check your email for the check in. Getting the pin for the key at the last minute made me a bit anxious.
• Celik (4/5): clean, comfortable but unhelpful accommodation - It’s a useful home. There are all the materials you need. it was clean. employees responded to messages very late. Check-in time was quite late. It was the latest among the places we stayed. Even though we informed them that we would arrive early, they did not help in any way. Even though the house was ready, we waited at the door for hours. The other places we stayed at least found an alternative where we could leave our luggage. The house keeper was at the door 5 minutes before check out time. I have never encountered such a situation before. It's a house I won't choose when I go to Zurich again.

• Nandakumar (9/5): Very comfortable stay, value for money and close to many attractions. I will strongly recommend. - Very Friendly host. Fully loaded kitchen Very spacious for a family of 4. Its very close to Tram and bus stops. Just 15 mins away from centrum and other attractions. Very neat and clean. Well maintained property. May be the check-in and check-out time should be 11 am and 12 pm respectively. It will make life easy for the guest who wants to do check-in early and leave their luggage. Currently check-in is 3 pm which is too late. The Host was so kind and accepted my request for the early check-in at around 12.30 pm but if we make it as process it will be really cool.
