• SHU-YUEH (7/5): 以房價來評比，尙可接受。 - 近地鐵/通天閣/新世界，交通方便。 連住8天才有房務整天服務，每日垃圾無法隔日清除，有點不便，房間易留味道。電子鎖一直抓不到技巧，開鎖很少3次內成功。

• Fromholtz (8/5): Well equipped room - Spacious room with good amenities. Having a washing machine in the room was fantastic. The room also had a balcony with a rail so you could air dry clothes through the day when you were out. A vending machine in the lobby also a plus. Location was great, out a bit further in a quieter part of town but within easy walking distance of many train stations. Walkable with luggage to the limosine bus to the airport. No staff onsite but the check-in process was very easy. No housekeeping and nowhere to hang wet towels.

• Valentina (4/5): El barrio no es el mejor - Que tuviera lavadora dentro de la habitación, el tamaño sin duda es mucho más amplio que las habitaciones de otros lugares. La ubicación en sí no es mala, pero lamentablemente es un sector sin tanto movimiento y puede llegar a ser peligroso en el sentido de que se ven muchos vagabundos, borrachos y más suciedad de lo que pude ver en otros lugares de Japón. Se siente más un sector donde no habita tanto turista y es principalmente para llegar a dormir y luego partir. También destacar que ésto no es un hotel como tal, es similar a un Airbnb o una estancia ya que no cuenta con cosas principales de un hotel como un front desk o asistencia en caso de tener alguna dificultad en la estadía. Tampoco ofrece facilidades para el envío de maletas como en otros hoteles, tuvimos que caminar hasta la oficina de Yamato para poder enviarlas a nuestra siguiente estancia.

• Lucas (8/5): Rest and re-charge i this well located small good place to stay. - The room met all of our expectations and it was actually comfortable, clean and livable throughout the days we were there. I would recommend the place! We wanted to take advantage of the T-Q-BIN service by Yamato to carry our bags to the next city, but the lack of readily available staff forced us to walk 11 minutes to the next Yamato office. Not a downer, but it was certainly annoying.

• sergio (9/5): Great location, close to transport and shops. Perfect for families and value for money. - Location was great, close to two train stations and a Donki. The room had a balcony that was perfect for drying laundry. The toilet and bathroom were separate which is handy for four people. Ammenities were also good. Nothing.

• abdullatif (7/5): - The room was spacious and comfortable, and the check-in and check-out process was clear and easy. The biggest downside was the toilet, which had a very bad smell that did not go away despite using different air fresheners. The location is not the best, about a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Location was okay, within 5 minutes walking distance from train station and convenience store. No sugar sachets for the coffee, to get a good morning coffee otherwise was a fair walk (not too keen on vending machine coffee)

• Nicola (10/5): We couldn’t fault this accommodation- we would definitely stay here again and recommend it :) - Having already completed the check in information required online, it was super easy to check in at a tablet onsite when we arrived late in the evening. Easy access to transport for both airports and to subways and trains too, and the drying room came in super handy.

Perfect property for families. - It is really well located, near a range of train stations, konbinis, a supermarket (Tamade) and the vibrant Shinsekai area. There are about property is quiet and clean, and well equiped. It was spacious enough for our family of 4 and all our luggage. Beds were comfy. It doesn’t have a toaster. It would be handy if one could be provided in the cupboard for guest use. Every day new towels arrived at our door. It would be good if guests could opt out of this service. We prefer to use the same towel for the duration of our stay in order to be more environmentally friendly. This should be opt-in rather than the default.
• Udom (10/5): We love to stay here again, Splendid !! - It is our first try to stay in apartment in japan, and it is great for us. The location is great, it has a quiet surrounding as we love yet still save and we can reach to shin immamiya station or convenience stores within 15mins walk with the almost flat pathway. Room facilities are enough for cooking and laundry. The beds are all clean and comfy. The owner prepared everything quit well, they can give us a quick reply for our questions and requests, splendid 👍. We will stay here again for our next osaka trip. None

• Cyro (10/5): Well located and comfortable - Very well located. Close to the train station, so it made easy to get to Universal Studios Japan, Nara Park and Osaka Castle. Also it is very close of Shinsekai, that has a lot of good restaurants. The room is very comfortable, and the care provided by the hotel staff is a big standout. When we arrived, the room temperature was already perfectly adjusted (it was cold outside), they provide laundry soap, and when our bags arrived via takyubin, they were delivered directly to our room.

• Gabriela (9/5): We would love to go back and avail of the hotel's services again next time. - We were 3 adults (1 senior citizen) and 1 kid (4 years old). The distance from the Hotel to the Tsutenkaku Tower by walking is about 6 to 8 minutes. We went during autumn so walking at that distance is actually fun because of the cool breeze. We loved most of the facilities - the check-in / check-out process was a breeze because the entry codes were sent via email ahead of time; the towels were replenished every two days; the toothbrush, razor, mini comb, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner at the room were good for more days than we reserved the room for. The beds were really comfortable and the room lighting and ventilation, and the space are really exceptional. There is also a parking space in front and some bike rentals at the ground floor. The community is quiet and safe. We googled the translation of the washing machine instructions, and we were able to use it. All in all, we really loved our stay. Plus, the price is low considering the quality of the hotel's amenities. Not that we didn't like it, but just for the information of other travelers, the size of the bathtub is rather small. Soaking in the bath may be difficult for larger people. But the shower is great!

• Nurul (10/5): I love staying here. The facilities are the top! The train stations are nearby. The place is clean like new. I will defi - I love that they send a bunch of clean towels on our second day. And there is a dryer inside the bathroom! Just hang your clothes overnight and you can use it again the next day. The room is spacious. Enough for 3 person. And there is also an induction cooker although we dont really have time to use it. And they have a balcony too! But its too cold to hangout for a long time. Though there are konbini nearby, but it is not really within your doorstep. They are located near main road so if you want to get something you should buy it on our way back to the hotel. Unless you like to walk (minimum 5min - if you are not distracted with anything)

The washing machine worked great and the balcony enabled us to get the laundry dry in no time. Very roomy, equipment looked brand new, everything was super clean. Great bathroom with separate toilet. The location was also pretty great - accessible and walking distance to a lot of eateries. Not a huge fan of the human-less check-in/check-out, but it worked great so can't complain.

Staff very helpful in locating and holding onto luggage that we forgot upon checkout. I thought check in took a little longer than expected as we had completed a pre-check in form before we arrived. No maid service. Bedding was too warm for my personal comfort.

Too much light entering in the room, the curtains didn’t do a good job and can be easily disturbing. Not a real complain but something to keep in mind if you’re jet lagged and exhausted from the average 20K daily steps

On walking distance from Shin Imamiya train station (direct express train to airport) and Dobutsuen-mae (M22) metro station. Furthermore the accommodation was clean and new and had all the necessary facilities (like a dryer room for your clothes). The staff responded most of the time within minutes on an email.
