• Jorge Frederico (7/5): - La ubicación y la modernidad. La ventana de una de las habitaciones estaba rota y no se podía cerrar. En pleno invierno esto nos obligó a dormir con jerseys y abrigos.

• Nataliya Mon (1/5): Потенційно хороший апартамент у безвідповідального власника - Дуже гарне розташування, в 10 хвилинах хотьби від зупинок автобусів. Дві спальні, два санвузли, вітальня і кухня. Досить чисто. Гарний дизайн. Ми орендували апартаменти на три доби. При бронюванні ми вказали час прибуття між 15:00 і 16:00. Цей час був підтверджений і схавлений власником. За пару днів до заїзду ми ще раз підтвердили наш час прибуття. Це було критично для нас, оскільки ми повинні були бути на важливій зустрічі о 17:00 і треба було переодітися, залишити речі і т.д. Але, ключі ми отримали тільки о 17:30. Нас просто поставили перед фактом, що нема кому ті ключі нам привезти раніше. В результаті на зустріч пішов тільки мій чоловік, попередньо переодягнувшись в туалеті в кафе поруч з апартаментами, а я залишилась чекати на ключі. Але найгіршим виявилось те, що в помешканні не було гарячої води!! Всі три дні ми були без можливості нормально прийняти душ!!! На всі наші скарги і прохання, власник відповідав обіцянками, які так і не виконав. Гарячої води так і не було. В останній день власник пообіцяв відшкодування за відсутність сервісу. Поки що відшкодування не отримали.
• Elizabeth (9/5): - Really lovely apartment in a quiet area, with busy city centre a 20 mins walk away. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The balcony was perfect for sitting in the sun, beds very comfy and kitchen had most things you would want, including a krup coffee machine. Staff were very helpful and communicated well. A few extra items for the kitchen would be good, but not everyone is like me and cooks a lot!
• stephane (8/5): Bel appartement bien situé dans Dublin. - Bel appartement sur 2 étages (1 chambre au rdc et le reste à l'étage). 2 belles salles de bains. Cuisine et coin salon opérationnels. Bien situé pour faire Dublin à pied. Difficultés pour échanges et pour récupérer les clefs. Nous avons attendus 45 minutes devant l'appartement.
• Ilona (6/5): Overall the apartment needs some repairs. That, together with a better cleaning regime and welcome pack/instructions - Good location Very hot and no instructions to control temperature. Very little ventilation. Kitchen sponge provided was dirty. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher on arrival. Plates all different sizes and chipped. Bedding mismatched and not ironed. TV in bedroom had no aerial cable and no batteries in remote. Toilets weren’t very clean. Broken mirror wardrobe doors - quite dangerous.
• Kim (1/5): Extremely disappointed, definately wouldn't recommend - Location was good, apartment was spacious Hot water was not instant, you had to turn it on for 30 mins to 2 hours to get hot water for showers, washing up etc, for 2 people we had to heat it up for 2 hours to get hot showers otherwise the water was just warm, so for morning showers it required someone to get up 2 hours beforehand to turn on the hot water, it was ridiculous and inconvenient. The fully equiped kitchen was not fully equiped, it did not have a toaster or frypan, this was rectified by the host after my complaints. It also only had 1 small sharp knife and no cutting boards On arrival there was a cup full of cigarette butts on the balcony, a bag of rubbish in the bathroom, load of wet towels in the dryer which also had a full lint tray and full water container, and the freezer was so frozen that the door was ajar which required a cleaner to spend 3 hours defrosting the freezer. Carpets are very stained. Plates were dirty and chipped. There is not a garden view from the balcony, it looks out over the street. There is a courtyard view from the bedrooms. The aircon seems to only heat upstairs, so upstairs is warm (sometimes too warm) but the downstairs bedroom was quite cold and didn't seem to get any aircon.
• Paula (7/5): Dublin is a fantastic city & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - The host was very accommodating regarding both early check in and late departure, which was very much appreciated. The apartment was well equipped but the downstairs bedroom was cold. The location of the apartment being close to Grand Canal Dock, was great for enjoying the lovely restaurants & bars.

• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend this place. Well-equipped, very comfortable, cosy flat. Fantastic localization (very close to Convention Center, but also the city center). The Hosts and whole Team took great care of us during our whole stay. I definitely recommend this place - for business and for private stays.
