• Tomáš (8/5): Nice apartment near the city centre with a responsive owner - very good location, large and modern apartment, big TV, great communication with the owner the kitchen could be better equipped ( no microwave, cheese grater or toaster), there is no lift and only one not guaranteed parking place
• Claudia Narbon (10/5): - Apartamento amplio, muy cómodo y perfecto para viajar en grupo o en familia. Tiene tres habitaciones con camas muy confortables y además un sofá cama que también resulta muy cómodo. Aunque solo hay un baño, disponer de un aseo adicional fuera es muy práctico. El sistema para recoger las llaves es facilísimo y permite llegar a cualquier hora sin preocuparse por la hora de entrada. En general, una estancia muy agradable y recomendable. Todo estaba muy bien! Como pequeña sugerencia, quizás vendría bien añadir algún espejo adicional, ya que cuando viajan varias personas se echa un poco en falta. También podría ser útil tener un abridor de botellas; aunque entendemos que en Austria no es tan habitual porque la mayoría de los vinos no llevan corcho (nosotras llevábamos vino de España). En cualquier caso, son solo pequeños detalles.
• Václav (10/5): Velmi příjemná majitelka, apartmán vybaven nad očekávání. Parkování 18:00-8:00 na modré zóně zdarma, nebyl problém najít - Moc hezky vybaveno, vše co bylo potřeba bylo k dispozici. Vstup přes dvorek vizuálně neodpovídá kvalitě ubytování.
• Nicole (9/5): - Sehr schönes großes Apartment mit unkompliziertem Zugang und fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Im Badezimmerspiegelschrank wurde wohl schon sehr lang nicht mehr gewischt und das Besteck war leider nicht sauber.

• burgi (8/5): Großzügige Altbauwohnung etwas abseits des Zentrums - Wir hatten 3 vollwertige Schlafzimmer (anstatt Ausziehsofa, wie oft in Ferienwohnungen). Altbau, daher hohe Räume (finden wir super) und dicke Mauern. Wir waren im Hochsommer da und wenn man die Jalousien zu lässt, ist es trotz hoher Außentemperatur angenehm in der Wohnung. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Esstisch, den wir auch für Spieleabende genutzt haben. Zur großen Freude unserer Kinder gibt es auch einen Fernseher. Schlüssel war im Schlüsselsafe (kein direkter Kontakt zu den Vermietern - mag vielleicht nicht jeder, wir aber schon, weil unkompliziert). Infos vom Vermieter immer schnell und auf den Punkt. Gibt nix zu meckern. Lage war etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man geht einige Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn und es scheint auch nicht die beste Gegend zu sein. Parkplatz im Hof ist äh, ...etwas abenteuerlich.

• Anna-Sophie (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement war einfach nur wow! Die gesamte Abwicklung lief völlig unkompliziert über E-Mail und Schlüsselsafe, was für uns sehr angenehm war. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass auf jedem Bett bereits Handtücher vorbereitet waren. Das Appartement war zudem sehr sauber, schön und liebevoll hergerichtet – man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Für unseren Familienausflug war es ideal, da wir mit 7 Personen genug Platz hatten. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: ziemlich zentral mit guten Busverbindungen, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Wenn wir jemals wieder einen Aufenthalt in Linz planen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Appartement!

• Astrid (9/5): - Das Appartment war modern eingerichtet, sehr schön und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es ist ausreichend Platz für eine große Familie und die Abwicklung war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht ganz optimal. Bad/ Dusche/ WC in einem und recht klein, das ist bei 5 Personen etwas unpraktisch, aber klappt - grundsätzlich ist es sehr schön, allerdings nicht barrierefrei wenn man es braucht.
