• Florence (8/5): Logement au calme et bien situé - Cet hébergement est situé au centre de Tarrafaĺ, près de la mer. Merci à Dario pour ses conseils, notamment en matière de restaurants. Le quartier est très calme. Nous avons apprécié le jardinet où nous avons pu prendre nos repas. Le logement est assez sombre. Les équipements (cuisine) sont sommaires mais finalement suffisants pour quelques nuits. Nous aurions apprécié qu'il y ait par exemple une machine à café.

• Magdalena (9/5): - Super emplacement, à deux pas des restos et de la plage (10 minutes à pied max !). Dario, le propriétaire, est vraiment sympa, il nous a filé plein d'infos sur les trucs à faire en ville et dans les environs. Et même un pot de confiture de papaye maison ! La chambre est spacieuse, propre, le lit a un super matelas et la cuisine est fonctionnelle, on a tout ce qu'il faut ! Le chien du voisin qui aboyait la nuit, mais bon, c'est un peu le cas partout aux îles du Cap Vert!

• Brid (4/5): Overrated with an unprofessional host - Chosen on the basis of very positive reviews. Two papaya trees in lovely front garden. A relatively new property with lots of wall sockets. Good shower and fridge. Difficult to find. No way of identifying the house. Unfriendly initial reception. Basic accommodation, inadequately furnished eg no bedside tables or electric kettle. No means of lighting the gas stovetop. Kitchenware provided is limited. Fruit not supplied as promised. Inaccurately describes ‘staff on site’. Person who met us said he was not always on site. When we attempted to contact him via Booking.com his response was very delayed. He said he hadn’t seen the message due to a power cut. We had forgotten that he advised us to communicate via WA. Subsequently a misunderstanding arose in WA communications due to frustration on our part. This led to a very rude and unprofessional reaction by the ‘host’. He considered providing a lighter for the gas stovetop an unreasonable expectation on our part and then told us we must leave. He even threatened us with the police if we didn’t comply. We have never had such a bad experience on a booking.com listing.
