• Diaz Villadiego (10/5): Estadía muy agradable - Tuvieron un problema en el servicio de energía, pero nos solucionaron rápidamente reubicándonos en casa Sarah, fue muy agradable la estadía, el lugar muy lindo, limpio, ordenado, muy cómodo, el lugar es muy tranquilo y central, Paola nos preparó un desayuno súper rico y fue muy amable 10/10. Todo muy bien en general

Lamentablemente y pese que excedió la voluntad del hotel, un transformador eléctrico se estalló en la vía y cortó el servicio eléctrico. La contingencia. Pese que fue temprano, no produjo nada más que una disculpa y pasamos una MUY MALA NOCHE por la temperatura. Entendemos que fue algo que no tiene que ver con el hotel, pero, a medidas urgentes, soluciones urgentes.

• Riccardo (9/5): - The breakfast was very good as other people wrote and the house is a very beautiful old colonial house that provide a very nice experience. Everything was perfectly clean even though the small pool I would say is more like a decoration than meant to be used. The woman that prepare the breakfast is super friendly and the staff on chat is very supportive. They kept our bag for two days while in tayrona. As other people wrote (we knew in advance thanks to that) there is loud music and rumba going on till 3 am. Knowing this issue the hotel should provide automatically every room of earplugs that helps a bit, we had our knowing in advance about the problem thanks to the other reviews. The room was very very hot but the AC is pointed directly on the bed so we struggle using it during the night.

• Daniela Correa (10/5): Maravillosos - La ubicación es excepcional: cerca tiene comercios, restaurantes, lugares para visitar. El lugar es amplio, cómodo y ofrece mucha independencia. La suite presidencial es muy buena, pero se llega a ella mediante unas escaleras en caracol y puede ser dificil para adultos mayores o personas con movilidad reducida. Pueden reservar las habitaciones del primer piso con total tranquilidad.

• Marcin (9/5): Komfortowy nocleg w centrum miasta - Fantastyczne śniadanie przygotowywane przez Dorę, bardzo pomocną i przyjazną osobę. Mieszkaliśmy w ogromnym aprartamencie na samej górze w przepięknej starej kamienicy. Bardzo dużo miejsca dla naszej 4ki. Było bardzo czysto, a czas dzieciom umilił mały basen na dziedzińcu. Zdecydowanie polecam na 1-2 dniowy postój w Santa Marta. Dodatkowo mogliśmy przechować bagaże na parę dni co było bardzo pomocne. Trochę głośno, ponieważ hotel mieści się w turystycznej części Santa Marty, a z balkonu naszego apartamentu można przejść bezpośrednio do baru obok, gdzie do późna grała głośna muzyka.

• DAVID ANDRES (10/5): Un muy buen lugar para hospedarse - La ubicación es muy estratégica, a un par de cuadras del parque de los novios, cerca de restaurantes, bares, discotecas, la zona es segura y tranquila, pese a su cercanía a lugares de rumba y entretenimiento. Su arquitectura es antigua y sus habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. El echo de que sea un hospedaje con tan pocas habitaciones hace que sea en un lugar ameno tranquilo para estar. La piscina es pequeñita pero apenas para refrescarse unos minutos. La señora Gloria, quien nos atendió, fue muy formal, me contó un poco de historia de la casa y de la ciudad, fue muy formal y servicial. Si busca un lugar tranquilo, ameno, cómodo, seguro y en el centro hídrico de Santa Marta, este es el lugar.

Casa incrivelmente bonita, quarto e banheiro amplos e confortáveis. Melhor custo beneficio que já vi na vida, voltaria mil vezes, foi incrível! Nada, foi tudo perfeito!
• Ian (9/5): Stylish stay - Stayed in the upstairs room. Very large main bedroom with small one on the side for our son. Excellent room, comfortable, stylish and spacious. Main area downstairs had a small, welcoming pool that gets the sun in the morning and a communal area for eating and relaxing. Breakfasts were tasty and staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to a variety of restaurants and bars. Had an initial issue of wrong keys being given to us but soon sorted. Only negative was the nightly noise from the adjacent bar called Crabs which continues until late. (However, the music from there was that good that we had to go there on our last night and try it out!)

• Diana (2/5): Room with no windows - The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice. The room we stayed in had no windows... none, and with poor lighting, only 2 warm light bulbs. It does not say anywhere if you will have or not windows in your room. Warm water in the shower comes and goes. TV didn't work, we put cartoons on youtube for my 5 year old. Pool didn't work during our stay, but they gave us access to the pool of another property. Mosquitos are everywhere, and other insects too.

• Natasha (9/5): Helpeful staff and nice hotel in the heart of Santa Marta - Lovely stay at Casa Gaitana. The staff were really helpful and accommodating and Ana made us a lovely breakfast. They let us leave our luggage for a few days which was so helpful too. It was a little noisy at night

Desde el minuto uno nos brindó todo lo que necesitábamos y nos facilitó mucho nuestra estancia, a pesar de haber llegado antes de la hora del check in. Su desayuno es espectacular y la forma en la que trata a la gente hace que te sientas como en casa y que las instalaciones del hotel pasen a un segundo plano. Felicidades por tener personal de esa calidad humana. Ubicación, amplitud de la habitación y zonas comunes.

• benichou (9/5): Très bel emplacement - Ancienne maison coloniale, tout est ouvert avec ventilateur. Cuisine à disposition pour se faire à manger. Localisation parfaite. La chambre familiale au 1er étage est superbe. Spacieuse. Problème lors des 2 derniers jours nous obligeant à changer d'hébergement. Nous n'avons pu terminer notre séjour dans cet hôtel suite à un problème dans une des chambre.

• david (7/5): A lovely historic property but too many negatives for me to want to stay again - The location is right in the historic centre of Santa Marta. The building has a lot of historic charm Thr room has access to Netflix Firstly I was sent a message on the day of arrival about paying and the system was complex and impossible for me to make payment. After trying for 30 minutes I messaged to ask if I could pay cash ... they said I could pay when I arrived so why send a message about payment. The rooms are very dark so even unpacking clothes is difficult because it's hard to see. There are no facilities to make a drink in the room and even in the kitchen area there was apparently no kettle so I had to use a microwave to warm water. The swimming pool isn't clean and is pretty much unusable...infant it is dangerous because the water is unclear you can't see the steps in the pool. There are frequently no staff on duty and when I stayed a couple of nights it was very windy and the communal window shutters were left open and the wooden shutters were banging all night. There is a lot of noise from surrounding bars especially Friday/Saturday I also found a cocroach in the room Finally, I thought it very rude of the member of staff who did the breakfasts to deliberately point out the tip box ... no thank you for staying, have a good trip .. just an attitude of don't forget to tip . I wouldn't stay here again
• Thomas (9/5): Schöne alte Unterkunft - Zentrale Unterkunft, gutes Frühstück und sehr freundlich! Das Zimmer ist sehr schön! Wir hatten das große Zimmer, welches nur über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist. Das ist mit Gepäck nicht gerade einfach. Die Terrasse ist toll, allerdings wären 2 Stühle sehr hilfreich. Am Wochenende kann es laut werden, da die Unterkunft sehr nah an der Partymeile ist.

The hotel had no hot water, we were working one day of our stay and experienced electricity and WiFi cuts. The worst was the night. The hotel is located in front of a club and has no noise isolation. Be prepare to listen very loud music form 10pm to 3am.

There was separate airco in the two rooms, lot's of space for everything and a very generous breakfast made buy the staff on siter. Noise isolation but we were there on a weekend when there was a festival:)

La colazione completa e molto buona La comunicazione con lo staff è eccellente, possibilità di auto check in Tutto perfetto, grazie! Siccome la struttura si trova in pieno centro abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire perché c'è stata musica alta fino alle 3 di notte.

• Giorgia (2/5): Deludente, fatiscente e molto diverso da quanto pubblicizzato - Nulla Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto negativa. Il posto è sporco e la stanza è buia, per niente accogliente. Inoltre non è affatto insonorizzata: di notte si dorme male perché si sentono chiaramente i rumori, dai piccioni che camminano sopra la stanza alla musica a tutto volume. La colazione non è buona e non giustifica il costo del soggiorno, che è decisamente troppo alto per quello che viene offerto. Onestamente non mi spiego come il punteggio possa essere così alto (8.8): la realtà è molto diversa da quanto mostrato. Le foto su Booking sono fuorvianti e non rispecchiano le reali condizioni della struttura.
• veronika (8/5): Preis-Leistung naja - +sehr gutes Frühstück +hübsches Zimmer -Sauberkeit war so semi, es war recht staubig - Es wurde mehrmals behauptet ich hätte keine Anzahlung getätigt und müsste den vollen Preis bezahlen. Ich musste mit meinem Kontoauszug beweisen, dass ich gezahlt hatte.

• Magda (8/5): Lindo hotel en el centro de Santa Marta - El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Santa Marta en una casa colonial. La habitaciones y los baños tienen un toque rústico. La sala y comedor de la casa son amplios, bien iluminados y con una decoración muy acorde al estilo de la casa. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, ventilador y televisión con acceso a Netflix. Los controles de la televisión no funcionan bien. Desafortunadamente al lado del hotel hay una discoteca muy ruidosa, así que hay llevar tapones de oidos para poder descansar en la noche
