Just a few cleanliness issues, that I cleaned myself so it was to my standard. There was no information booklet regarding how to use appliances. I think there should be instructions for the appliances.
• Compass Fitouts (9/5): Comfortable home-away-from-home - This was the perfect spot for one of our team who was working nearby. The townhouse was clean, had great facilities and was a comfortable home-away-from-home. The Host was great when we needed to liaise with her. We will definitely book again if we have more work in the area.

• Maureen (9/5): Very nice, perfect for a family - Location was great. The local cafes were amazing and it felt so cosy. The place smelt amazing and i really loved they had air conditioning on when we arrived. The communication with staff was great , really loved the photos to explain everything. One tiny issue. No black tea. I could enjoy a cuppa.

Hand towels wouldn’t go astray, and areas in the property need attention with cleaning/pests. The hosts were notified during the stay. They replied promptly and were understanding of the issue.

• Anjeneca (9/5): Great stay and great value for money! - Great value for money. Equipped house with kitchen for all your basic needs. Good location. Enough space for 2adults and 2kids. Free parking. Maybe a bin upstairs will be ideal especially in the upstairs bathroom.

• Sciberras (9/5): - The location was fantastic. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby..House was lovely and comfortable. Security was very good. Kitchen was equipped but we ate out. Would have been great to have a few hand towels and face washers. The bathroom step was a bit slippery so a non slip mat would make it safer.

• Andy (9/5): Very good. - Close to my friends house & local parade of shops, cafes & restaurants. Under 10 mins walk to Wilston train station. Secure (gated) under cover parking. Personally I found both pillows provided a tad high for my liking. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and no road noise at night.

• Brian (10/5): Very clean and very comfortable. - The main bedroom bed was so comfy. Whole unit very clean and comfortable, setup great. secure with the front gate system also. Left some apple tablets behind and offered to mail back to me very happy with stay highly recommended. Will definitely be back. Theres nothing to not like.
• Michelle (6/5): Pleasent - Location , clean and quiet. Said there was a sofa bed provided for our daughter there was a sofa bed but no mattress or bed linen. Very uncomfortable. We ended up finding a air mattress and bought a air pump and she slept on that. Also no clothes dryer or an ironing board.

• Julia (8/5): Very comfortable and cosy townhouse. - Well maintained and presented. A gated set of townhouses with parking all secured. Facilities available - washing machine/decks/functional full kitchen.

Wish we had discovered this place earlier as was a very pleasant location with public transport to Brisbane city. Will stay here again if back in Brisbane. Nothing I didn’t like, but there were night works across the road but luckily they did get quieter by sleep time.

• Lauren (8/5): Lovely furnished townhouse in quiet area - The townhouse is so nicely furnished and in a great location- only 20mins from the airport and a 5 min drive from shops. The neighbourhood was really quiet, too. The hosts were responsive and gave great instructions. Even though we only stayed a night, it would have been nice to know that the washing machine was not in service. The 4 of us found the pillows and beds to be uncomfortable, but that is, of course, personal preference.

Location was great and we loved the restaurants close by. My niece lived close by also. Unfortunately, we could not unlock the back door screen door to get out and use the outdoor area.

Entry was easy and clear, the house was immaculately presented with all the comforts of home. All the expected supplies. Very comfortable bed in the room we stayed in (there was another bedroom we did not use). Lovely sunlight in the home. Lots of great shops and restaurants an easy stroll up the road, and only 10 min from the city

Perfect little getaway, wonderful home and wonderful hosts ♥️ - It was in a quiet neighbourhood, very secure location, very homey feel to the place as soon as you walk in. The hosts Ella and Bak were very accommodating especially because me and my sister checked in super late (travelled from Sydney). Everything we needed to know about the townhouse Ella and Bak sent in a very detailed message which my sister and I were really grateful for. There was nothing that made me dislike my stay in this beautiful 2BR townhouse.

The ‘sofa bed’ advertised in the living room is just a couch and not a sofa bed at all. The house does not have 4 beds in my opinion unless someone is comfortable taking the couch.

• Samantha (10/5): Exceptional - It was quiet, close to all the things we wanted to attend and big enough that we had privacy but were close to our kiddies without having them on top of us. It was in a nice part of the city without any negative personalities hanging around and seemed safe.

Floors were dirty. Kitchen poorly equiped. Host tried to blame me for existing damage, then additionally tried to claim high amounts of money through booking.com. I definitely won’t be staying again and I advise others to steer clear.

Only a bath towel per person, no hand towel or face cloth or foot towel provided. No iron or ironing board.
