- shania (2/5): - It didn’t look like the pictures. They were still cleaning when we arrived. The cupboard was broke and so was the bed frame. It wasn’t the cleanest and the neighbour downstairs started banging on our door complaining about noise and threatening us.
- Cerasela (1/5): - Absolutely disgusting
- Mercedes (3/5): Dirty bathroom was dirty and none of use wanted to use it location was not very nice rubbish bags had been ripped all ov - Nice and bright Dirty bathroom was dirty and none of use wanted to use it location was not very nice rubbish bags had been ripped all over by the front door, neighbours are dreadfully loud screaming at 2 am all the way through will 4am with banging of doors music and all sorts. Bed was comfortable and did have WiFi.
- Jane (3/5): Not good - Location was good on a good bus route. The property was very poor!! Not what we expected from photos on the site! Won’t be using it again! 😔
- Guest (1/5): - Nothing The property was smelling awful we can just smell cigarette smoke all over the house the night there was terrible there was a lady who was banging on the door screaming and shouting at midnight around 12 the whole night was terrible experience
- Marcus (1/5): - The crack head downstairs called Jenny, and having to listen to a dealer trying to smash his way into her properly which shares the same front door as hers. The same dealer offered his services to me, and when I said no, he turned to my 13 year old and asked if he wanted any drugs. Kids were all traumatised by the ordeal, definitely avoid if you have children.

Cons-
Almost everything is BROKEN\ FAULTY (chairs, windows, drawers, wardrobes, beds, microwave, ect)
The bathroom and toilet is seperate (no sink beside the actual toilet) and ALSO the bathroom lock (room with the shower) is also BROKEN
NO kitchen supplies (no salt, sugar/basic essentials) and also sparcely any cutlery\utensils (no spatula, no frying pan, but there is some old saucepans that have expired/ past usage)
The windows being VERY old and basically all of them unopenable or that they cannot be locked is a HUGE safety hazard
Also *ASTHMA WARNING* downstairs people always smoke and everytime you open the windows/door you can smell rotten furniture and cigarette smoke
There is NO cleaning supplies!NOT EVEN A DUSTPAN! (so we bought and left one for future use their, your welcome) also no washing detergent, we had to buy that too
No shampoo\toothpaste (not that important but most places do atleast provide the shampoo)
when we arrived and opened the drawers, we saw womens jewellery and dirty tissues and random objects that were untidly scattered inside them
ONLY ONE MIRROR IN THE WHOLE HOUSE (and its NOT a full body mirror just half a body in the bedroom opposite the stair rails).
Not worth the price.
Wouldn't recommend to a family. Couples can still survive.
Caution: bedbugs.
- Teeshna (6/5): If you’re looking for a comfortable place to sleep and rest rather than cook this is it! - We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The rooms were much bigger than expected, giving us plenty of space. The bedding and towels were very clean and fresh, which made a big difference compared to many budget hotels. The property is also in a convenient location, not too far from the train station. On top of that, the host was very welcoming and went out of their way to let us back into the property to retrieve our daughter’s lost toy, which we really appreciated.
There were, however, a few downsides. The corridor leading upstairs is very narrow and wasn’t mentioned in the description, which made it difficult to manage with large suitcases. The entrance is split between downstairs and upstairs, which can feel awkward, and the hallway/front of the property were not very clean (though the upstairs itself was reasonably okay). We also had an issue with the heating — when the hot water was turned on, the heating in the main bedroom came on too, which made the room uncomfortably warm.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a lot of positives, but a few things could be improved. There were a few downsides. The narrow corridor leading upstairs was not mentioned in the description, and with large suitcases, it was quite difficult to get through. The entrance is also split between downstairs and upstairs, which makes access a little awkward. In addition, the hallway and the front of the property were not very clean, although the upstairs itself was reasonably well kept. Finally, we had an issue with the heating — whenever the hot water was turned on, the heating in the main bedroom came on as well, which made the room uncomfortably warm.
- gavilanez (7/5): - La ubicación El estado de la bienvenida se nota que necesita una reforma.
- Iqbal (1/5): -
- carmona perez (4/5): - La cercanía del transporte público Las instalaciones son muy mejorables
- Fabrizio (1/5): Avoid: deceiving hosts - They’ve overbooked so the flat was not availble which I was informed shortly before check in time but since I was stuck in Liverpool street for quite a long time with no signal I got to know it even later. They were supposed to cancel and give me a refund but they didn’t
- Hill (5/5): Adequate but lacking basic essentials - Good location Shoes blocking the door to the apartment meaning you had to squeeze in sideways. Presents a risk in being able to speedily evacuate the property in case of fire. Needs rectifying in my view. Also not enough chairs, not enough cups or glasses.
- Denis (8/5): Comfortable beds, great host, close to public transport. - Overall great place to stay
+ clean and very comfortable beds
+ great communication with the host
+ easy to find and access the apparent
+ 5 min or less to Leyton tube station
+ 30 min. from Tower Bridge by tube
+ ASDA grocery shop (5 min.) Equipment could be improved
- only 3 chairs for 7 possible guests
- neighborhood looks dodgy but it was calm really
- some spots of the kitchen could use some deeper cleaning
- some of the equipment is ready to be replaced
- Veronika (4/5): It's ok for a sleepover, but don't expect anything from it. - The location is excellent. The accommodation owner here keeps getting the same reviews and is unwilling to solve problems. The apartment has almost no equipment and dishes in the kitchen. The cupboards are broken. You have nowhere to put your things. The entrance to the accommodation is terrible and smells so bad from shoes that you can't even walk around. The owner doesn't put much effort into taking care of the accommodation.
We bought at least 2 bowls for food for others there :D
- Adam (3/5): Poor - Apartment is very close to Leyton Tube station, just one stop to Stamford. Water was cold (yes, I turned on heater, but still water in bathroom was very cool). No glasses, cups, no pots. How could I drink coffee or tea without a cup?!
This place could be considered only for 1 night stay, or if you plan to sleep there only but eat (even breakfast) or drink elsewhere.
- Jennifer (7/5): Good - The beds were comfortable and clean sheets. The flat is very close from the tube station. I couldn't get hot water from the shower early morning.
- Alisha (10/5): Amazing - Clean and close to amenities
- Lichen (7/5): Good location, suits for families or couples - Best location All good
