• Filippo (7/5): Appartamento per qualche notte in centro a Milano in zona chinatown. - Posizione e il bagno con doccia molto grande. Letti poco confortevoli. Stoviglie e bicchieri sporchi.

• Basil (7/5): A very basic but clean and tidy stay with good communication from host and clear instructions for getting access. - The property was in a great location and access via instructions was clear and simple. No additional provisions. A shampoo/body wash bottle for each guest, no tissues or hand soap and didn’t find a tea towel and be prepared to carry luggage up stairs which is normal for Europe.
• Baykham (8/5): - Appartement agréable, bien desservi par les transports en commun. Très pratique pour se déplacer dans la ville. Quel dommage... il manque des ustensiles pour cuisiner et des couverts. Il y a des fuites d'eau sous les chauffages du salon à cause du système de refroidissement mis en place.

• Ammar (1/5): Terrible experience due to non-functional AC and zero customer service support. - Nothing The AC did not work during our stay despite extremely hot weather. I contacted the support team right after check-in, but no one responded the entire time. We were left stuck in an unbearably hot apartment with no assistance, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful.
• Snorri (5/5): Decent apartment lacking in utensils - The apartment is functional and airconditioned which is a plus in the summer. Accessing is easy and no key is needed as access is electronic. Their was a severe lack of cutlery and utensils in the kitchen. Preparing meals was therefore impossible. Furthermore the apartment is a lot smaller than the photos suggest and the toilet cannot be locked.
• Shura (6/5): The location is excellent, with easy public transport and shops nearby. However, the apartment is poorly equipped for th - Great location with frequent trams (~every 6 minutes) and only 10 minutes to the city center. You can see the tram schedule from the balcony, which helps time your outings. Penny supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away and very well stocked. The 5 main sleeping spots were comfortable. The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher. Small but cute balcony. Apartment advertised for 7 people, but only realistically fits 5. The sofa is too small for 2 adults. Very limited towels and toilet paper provided — we ran out completely. No detergent or dishwasher tablets provided, and host refused to supply them. Kitchen was under-equipped: no cutting board, only 3 small knives, 5 cups, 5 chairs — all insufficient for 7 guests. Stove has no self-ignition; host only gave cigarette lighters, making it dangerous to light. No paper towels, sugar, pepper, oil — not even basic cooking staples. Cooking safely and comfortably was not possible. Host refused basic supply requests.

• Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean, the location is close to everything, we didn't use the public transport, but the tram station is right in front of the building. It has everything you need, coffee machine, stove ( bring your own matches), fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, blow dryer, clean/fresh towels, running hot water, relatively good pressure, 2 double beds, one single bed and one sofa, so it can easily accommodate 5 or 6 adults. Easy check in and check out, old building, but with a vintage touch. We will definitely recommend it and even come back it we were to visit Milan again. It's not that we didn't like it, we figured out late that the internet network is different from the one given when booking, but you should check under the modem, also, not all the sockets work properly. The street is busy and noisy, lots of people partying and trams running. The rooms used to be connected and the wooden floor is very noisy, the wall very thin and you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms or from the neighbors. You get used to it because it amplifies the city vibe.
• Brayan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, super easy and convenient location. Clean, comfortable, lovely balcony. Would definitely love to be back. Not having a lift 🛗 but I understand this is outside of control, as it's part of the building administration. However the WiFi never worked, it only kept on saying "Connected, without internet access".
• Annette (2/5): Electricity black out, no elevators, some appliances are not working. Host was not apologetic - ELECTRICITY SHUT DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT • The electricity on the apartment blacked out in the middle of the night. We contacted the host several times informing them and asking how to fix the electricity or if someone is going to fix it. There was no answer so we had to sleep through the night without heater, w/o charge in our phones and without anyone taking a bath. • We called them the morning after, but they only answered around 9 am. The host told us that we need to “respect their office hours”. This is considering that it is not even posted on their listing and of course we need to know if we need to fix something in regards with the electricity. There were no apologies. • We asked if someone is coming for the electricity. No one went. She just sent us a video showing how to turn on the electricity. It was a pre-recorded video. She could’ve informed us through the self check-in briefing that there’s an electric limit per day, and if ever it tripped we can turn the electricity on by going to the utility room. • We were told by the host that we “abused” the electricity that is why it tripped. We only used the appliances that they placed on their apartment. We haven’t even plugged our gadgets or anything for it to overload. Their thermos is not even working. We also had to turn off some of the heaters just so the electricity won’t shut down. THREE FLIGHT OF STAIRS/NO ELEVATOR • The host did not state that their listing is located on the second floor (third level of building for EU countries). We had to bring up our luggage and the baby stroller through these stairs. ON THE ENTRANCE DOOR • The property does not have a key. You need to call in order to open the door. We informed the host about this that it is not working with our number. She helped us the first time, after that we asked if we can get a key to access the entrance doors but she did not reply.
• Muntean (5/5): Passable - Good location The host didn't answer any messages about the problems that had occurred regarding heating system (November, it was extremely cold in the apartment).
