• René (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - Ich mache mit dem E-Bike den ganzen EV-6 von Ungarn bis zur Quelle. Diese Unterkunft habe ich aus folgenden Gründen gebucht. Sie hatte viele gute Bewertungen, denen ich nur zustimmen kann. Und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, die ich dringend wieder einmal benötigte. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und ich bekam immer rasch eine Antwort. Alles in allem: Sehr zu empfehlen!

• Anna (10/5): Big and comfortable apartment with a lovely terrace - It’s way bigger than we expected. It had all the facilities we needed: a coffee machine, dishwasher, even a speaker (it was hard to connect but now everyone can enjoy it) The location was great as well -
• Jutta (7/5): - Wirklich schöne und sehr lichtdurchflutete Wohnung in guter Größe. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Perfekt für einen Kurztrip. Vorhänge bzw. Rollos an allen Fenstern wären von Vorteil, da bei voller Sonne die Wohnung doch sehr stark aufheizt. Auch in der Ankleide wäre etwas Privatsphäre schön ;) Und natürlich wäre ein großer TV anstatt eines Tablets bei einer so tollen und bequemen Couch ein echter Bonus.
• Pierre (10/5): Appartement spacieux et lumineux à Linz - L’appartement était spacieux et très lumineux, extrêmement agréable pour les journées de printemps. Il y a un long balcon / terrasse avec un petit « lit » pour s’y reposer. Le lit de la chambre est très confortable. Il y a un grand dressing pour y entreposer ses habits. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et la salle de bain plutôt grande. Le logement est à 10-15 minutes du centre ville et de l’Ars electronica. Il est assez proche du tramway qui mène à Pöstlingberg. -

• László (10/5): - Nice, well-equipped, clean apartment, with easy self check-in. Comfortable beds, nice shower.
• Schäfer (10/5): Linzer Aufenthalt mit Halbmarathon und Donauradweg parkrun! - Es war sehr schön ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral genug, um Linz zu erkunden. Alles war enorm sauber und sehr geschmacksvoll ausgestattet. Hier könnte man glatt mehrere Wochen verbringen! Es gab alles, sogar Brettspiele, eine mini-Bücherei, ein Kuscheltier für die Kleinen, und eine nagelneue Waschmaschine! Mega toll. Alles war gut.

• Istvan (8/5): - The accommodation is in a good location, you had to be a little lucky to find parking nearby. The check-in was not as described, the key box was empty, but luckily an apartment cleaner was present and gave me his own key.
• Sascha (7/5): leider nicht sauber - die Wohnung ist weitläufig wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, modern eingerichtet, bequemes Bett leider war die Küche und das Bad sehr dreckig und nicht gereinigt: Essensreste im Dunstabzug der Kochfelder Türgriffe, teilweise Wände, teilw. das Sofa, Tischläufer nicht sauber vor Allem das Bad hat, vermutlich durch falsches Lüften und Reinigen: Schimmel an den Fugen, Fliesen stark verdreckt in der Dusche z.B, außerdem eine gelb vergilbte Klobrille - das ist absolut nicht akzeptabel

• Inmaculada (9/5): APARTAMENTO MODERNO Y AGRADABLE - El apartamento está bien. Espacioso y con detalles. Dispone de una terraza exterior muy práctica. Cocina office moderna con menaje suficiente. Estaba lejos del centro pero llevábamos coche, por lo que no gastamos transporte público. En uno de los lados, las ventanas disponen de cortinas pero en el otro no. Aconsejaría ponerlas en el lado donde no hay puesto que amanece muy pronto y la luz te despierta. La puerta de la habitación se enganchaba y rozaba el suelo.

Vybavenie bytu by bolo v poriadku ak by sa nevyskytli piškodenia a neporiadok. V podstate čisto okrem podlahy. Rôzne poškodenia nábytku - stôl hrozil zosunom dosky, dvere boli poškodené a nedali sa otvoriť naplno, poškodzovali podlahu… suché kvety a balkón dekorovaný suchými a zhnitými kvetmi. Posteľné prádlo vyzeralo nedôveryhodne, neviete či už bolo použité.

• Niek (7/5): - Locatie was prima. Groot nadeel was dat er geen en/of veel te weinig raamverduistering was in de woonkamer (en ook op de slaapkamer). Dit is vooral vervelend als in de woonkamer ook een bedbank staat die als volwaardige slaapruimte wordt aangeprezen (totaal 4 personen kunnen in het appartement). Hierdoor slecht kunnen slapen in die ruimte. Daarnaast zijn de bedden erg zacht, daar moet je wel van houden.

The space was comfortable and quiet, and it worked really well for us traveling with a small child. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly.
