• Vesselina (7/5): Posizione eccellente, quartiere multietnico - La posizione eccellente. In 10 min con U1 sei in centro . Abbiamo soggiornato 9 notti in questo appartamento in 3 persone adulte e, oltre al letto matrimoniale, la terza persona era sistemata su un divano. Dopo la prima notte abbiamo richiesto un letto che sostituisse il divano in quanto era corto e non allungabile. Ci hanno portato una brandina tipo campeggio piuttosto comoda. Sui letti c'erano tre leggeri piumini con un solo plaid aggiuntivo (ne mancavano due) ma l'Apartment manager ci ha spiegato che non ne erano previsti altri. Inoltre il lenzuolo del letto matrimoniale era strappato e in un angolo del soggiorno cadevano pezzi di intonaco dal soffitto a causa della muffa. Il problema più grave è stato il rumore. Dall'appartamento al piano superiore si sentivano rumori di persone che correvano da una stanza all'altra in continuazione fino le h 3 del mattino. Fuori in cortile invece i rumori iniziavano la mattina presto (h 5 - 6 am) in quanto c'era uno spostamento di carrelli usati per il mercato nelle vicinanze.

• Rostas (10/5): Wonderful - It s my 2nd time booking this property. I liked the most the living room, equipped with a large TV , access to Netflix/Prime/YouTube, spacious cool sofas but also the bedroom, In wich I had a very good sleep. +++++ Very fast and good Heating system during winter No bad points . Everything perfect.
• Romeo (1/5): - Curățenia lasă mult de dorit , vecinii de deasupra foarte gălăgioși . Nu te puteai odihni sub nici o formă noaptea. Nu recomand !!!

• Gudrun (10/5): Habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Eingangsbereich und die Gegend waren n - Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, ist sehr geräumig und groß, sauber und gepflegt. Äußerst gemütlich. Der Eingangsbereich ist wirklich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber wenn man einmal durch ist, ist die Wohnung an sich einwandfrei!

• Peter (7/5): We enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean comfortable and good value for money for a central location - The location is very convenient for public transport and shops. The flat is comfortable if a little cramped in the bedroom. The curtains need rehanging. The coffee machine did not work. It would have been helpful to have basic instructions for the equipment.

• Olena (8/5): Very good - The room is comfortable and quiet. The renovation is not the freshest, but the room is very clean. The room has a simply wonderful huge and very comfortable bed. The hosts are very attentive Unfortunately, for some unknown reason, the stove did not work.But you can safely do with a microwave. It is a pity that all the curtains on the windows in the room were damaged. This spoiled the impression of the room.
• Konstantin (1/5): Bad - Nothing NEVER! NEVER! AT NO CIRCUMSTANCES CHOOSE THIS OPTION!! We found apartment with broken glass all around, dirty sheets, dirty kitchenware and all of that has not been corrected by the staff. They suggested to stay in all this mess with broken glass "till the morning"😅 After we left this garbage bin, they charged us with full fee as if we never showed up... The most ridiculous attitude! No assistance from Booking..

• Mariusz (4/5): Disappointing - Nicely arranged parlor (living room). Comfortable sofas. Quiet. Dirty, scary path to the apartment (through the backyard). Not pleasant smell when you open the windows during the night (coming from overloaded rubbish bins situated just below the windows). Not a very clean shower, awful toilet brush. Not working coffee maker.

• Maria (8/5): Comfortable, well equipped apartment for three people near Vienna Main Station. - We stayed 6 nights. Location is good, near the Main Station like 15 min walk, the apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is very well equipped with everything you need to cook something simple. All the appliances worked perfectly and there was a hair dryer in the bathroom! Heating system was great and simple to use, there was soap and shampoo as well and plenty of toilet paper for the entire stay. The bed was great and the sofa was comfortable to sleep on, it can accommodate a third guest without problems. Nicely decorated, curtains blocked the light from outside pretty well. The building was quiet, even there were families with children living in it they were respectful of the quiet hours. All in all, a very good choice for long stays when you need to be near the HBF and take a train or an airport transfer. Although the apartment was well furnished and comfortable, the kitchen curtains smelled somehow like cigarette smoke. It was not very strong but it bothered us a little when entering the apartment. The entrance and 'backyard area' was derelict, full of construction trash and old broken furniture. There is a kind of food deposit for a nearby restaurant and the workers bring in fresh meat in containers which are dripping on the yard floor, bringing thousands of flies (keep your windows closed) The trash from the apartments piled up during the week and a lot of rats visited in the evening, so be careful when leaving the apartment after 19 or you might step on one. There are also many doves that poo around the window sill. The apartment is great inside, but you might need to turn a blind eye towards the surroundings and the entrance.
• Djordje (9/5): 10 for accommodation, 3 for entrance . Summa: 8 - Host was great. Accommodation was great, just like on pictures, everything was there. It is really close to metro station (7min walk). The ‘construction’ site wasn’t really a construction site, it is very very unpleasant to walk in building which is inside the buildings. It is too dirty, and too dark, lots of mouses and rats walking around.. All that is not what can host solve, but need to be exactly explained in details.
• Boriana (7/5): Good - Apartment is brand new. On the sheets found hairs, the towels were dirty, toilet also was dirty. The main entrance is fraughtful, no lights, dirty, looks like is homeless house. The area is full whit Turkish, like I’m in Turkey, not in Vienna.
• Gabriela (10/5): Amazing - Among the few times when a property looks better than in the pictures. Very beautiful floor, and very well refurbished, everything new, clean. In the kitchen you have everything you need to cook, even graters and a bottle opener. Also, here we had the surprise, arriving very tired, to find more than 10 pillows. Overall everything was wonderful. The price is lower than many other properties ( in Viena ) that do not offer what this property offers I recommend 100%
• Ladislav (10/5): Very nice and affordable apartment - happy to come again - Very nice apartment, has all what you need for 2 persons. We loved the comfy bed and the beautifully renovated wooden floor. It also has TV, internet and fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The building has 60cm thick brick walls, so it does not need air conditioning and even in hot summer it was very pleasant inside. The position is great - 1 metro stop from the Vienna main train station + 10 minutes walk. There are many grocery stores around (e.g. Lidl and Penny Markt are just around the corner). The host was great and very helpful, we had everything what we needed and we are happy to come again. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet except for some rattling every morning around 7am where some delivery guys deliver goods from the warehouse located near the apartment. However, this can be easily overcome by closing the windows (they are new, so you hear almost nothing when you close them). Also, don't be scared at first sight, the building looks really old from the outside, but the apartment is fantastic - as if you suddenly stepped into a different world :-)
