• Björn (6/5): In Ordnung - Sehr freundliches Personal, wir konnten unsere Koffer in der Lobby abstellen. Der Kühlschrank war defekt und hat geheizt statt gekühlt hat sehr gestunken. Die Klimaanlage war sehr schwach, es hat lange gedauert den Raum abzulühlen.
• Conor (1/5): Karaoke music extremely loud - Great location, the staff very friendly and it provides a fast laundry service. I can't believe there weren't any reviews about this, but the hotel backs onto a popular karaoke venue (KTV). My room on the fourth floor felt and sounded like I was inside the karaoke place itself, the noise was crazy loud, like extreme. There was no hope I was sleeping until the karaoke place "closed" at midnight. It in fact did not close at midnight. I made a call to reception who said they would phone the police, and maybe closer to 1am the noise died down. I think Monday to Thursday are fine, I stayed Friday which was a mistake as karaoke was busy. The room had a lot of mold, and some panels in the bathroom ceiling were missing.

• Thanh Thanh (8/5): - Vị trí gần trung tâm, tiện di chuyển, gần công viên lớn. Ks mới. Nhân viên lễ tân lớn tuổi còn hơi chưa dc chiều KH.
• Thanh Thanh (7/5): - Vị trí, ks mới 1 số phòng nhỏ Set up đồ hơi cũ, nên có thùng rác to để ngoài sảnh mỗi tầng, cho KH để rác đồ ăn, KH để trước cửa chưa kịp thu dọn rất mất vệ sinh & thẩm mỹ.

• Thomas (6/5): - Literally no view, the tv didn’t work, and everywhere smelled of cigarette smoke. On the plus side, staff were nice, location next to the park is great, and the price is right.

• SERGE (8/5): Tres bien - Chambre au Niv 6, comme demande par moi, mais fenetre coincee entre deux immeubles formant une meurtriere de moins d’1 metre a 5 metre environ,...donc vue NULLE! Pour une nuit, c sans probleme....

• Guan (1/5): No credit！ - I didn't even check in. The hotel has a very poor reputation. I confirmed the room a week in advance, but when I arrived, they refused to give me the room, claiming there were no vacancies. In reality, it was because they temporarily raised the prices during the holiday season, and my reserved price was lower.  Moreover, their attitude was extremely poor.

• Claire (10/5): - Had a great stay here! Room is basic but clean, new, and match the description picture, got a nice balcony with view to the road/park. Location is great and staff are nice and friendly. They're older generation so not too much English spoken but very pleasant and helpful with whatever you need. I think the value is great! Would definitely stay again.
• Sue (6/5): Spacious room with comfortable bed - Comfortable bed and room is spacious; location wise may not be suitable for a tourist that doesn’t speak Vietnamese since the area is away from the tourist attractions. There is also a karaoke establishment nearby that could get loud at night time. There isn’t anything that the hotel staff can do about it since the karaoke is another business (not part of the hotel).

• Jetsonf (1/5): The worst ever experience I had so fast... - Nothing They told me they don't receive my booking, even though Booking.com had confirmation sent to me. I even sent to them my arrival time, which they had replied. But, when I arrived there on Saturday evening the reception said they don't have my reservation through Booking.com?!
• Davie (10/5): - It was "my bad" that I left a some what not an excellent review when checked in due to an elevator not working and the hotel gave me a different roon. The manager corrected it and got me the room I booked for. EXCELLENT services. Staff was great. Everything was good. Price was very decent. I would request a revision of my check-in review. I would stay here again the next time I am in Hà Nội.

• Jason (10/5): - Friendly sfaff, this is new hotel so the service is great. I can use mini bar free at my room. Location is in the center that very convenient for every businesstrip or tourism. It takes 3 km to Hoan Kiem Lake and near the park. In the weekend, i can walk to the park in the walking street with many fairs. Room has big window and be beautiful.
• Susan (10/5): new modern room in the city center with park view. - Very friendly helpful staff , new modern room in the city center with park view. Suitable for business people to move anywhere around Hoan Kiem districts. The car park is nearby. Especially they gave free mini bar at room.
• Louise (10/5): - Good location that near the park, walking street in the weekend and Hoan Kiem lake. It is suitable for my trip as near Vincom Ba Trieu. Friendly staff, the car park nearby. Specially, they gave us free snacks, soft drinks and instant noodles at room. There are many shops and convenient stores around. New hotel that good for you.
• Ivana (10/5): Good comfortable hotel in center, near park, free mini bar - Good center, new renovated hotel, room has window and nearby the park. Complementary snacks and drinks at room. The car park is nearby also.
• Regan (10/5): Good center location, free mini bar - Good location for business trip and tourism. New and clean hotel. They have the view of the park with walking street nearby in the weekend. No hotel in Hanoi offers free food and drinks in the room, but this hotel gives guests free noodles, snacks and drinks in the room.
• Linh (10/5): - City center that was good for business trip. This hotel is new, clean. Room has view and windows that opposite of Thong Nhat park with walking street nearby. They got awesome service when offering free mini bar at room including soft drinks, snacks and noodles.
