Moderna ēka, klusa apkārtne. Plaša, ērta, gaumīga istaba - t.sk. istabiņā gludeklis, fēns, kafija/tēja. Ērta gulta, kvalitatīva gultasveļa. Labas brokastis. Istabiņas automātiski uzkopj tikai, sākot ar trešo nakti, kas ir patīkami. Netālu vilciena stacija. Ēdiens restorānā varēja būt garšīgāks; pietrūka omulīgākas atmosfēras. Apkārtnē pamatā tikai citas viesnīcas, līdz ar to nav nekas īpaši apskatāms.

• Mateja (8/5): Soba odlična, restavracija katastrofa - Dobra lokacija, čista in lepo urejena soba, prijazno osebje na recepciji, okusna hrana. Čistoča in postrežba zajtrka KATASTROFA! Skodelice za kavo oprane, a še vedno umazane. Zmanjkalo jedilnega pribora, novega niso prinesli. Hrano, katero načeloma jemo z vilicami, smo jedli s čajnimi žličkami. Mize se niso čistile, pladnji z umazano posodo in hrano so bili celo po mizicah in šanku lobby bara, saj je ni bilo možno odložiti drugje. Natakarji so brezglavo tekali sem in tja. Noben ni vedel, kaj in kje je njegovo delo 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is a unique and intimate property that is beautifully appointed and well located the walkable part of the city. Veronique provides a great Parisian style breakfast as well. A must stay!

Ouverture du petit déjeuner a 6h30, 6h serait plus approprié puisque les heures de navettes les plus matinales sont 6h10 et ensuite 6h55. Le déjeuner a 6h permettrait de prendre le repas adéquatement et d être au lieu de RV de la navette a 6h45 tel que demandé sans devoir engloutir le déjeuner en 10 minutes. A noter que hier, a 6h30, aucune machine à café n était fonctionnelle.

• Capdevila (7/5): - Le check-in a été très long alors que les chambres étaient réservées. Et in fine nous avons eu des chambres avec un lit grand au lieu de 2 lits simples. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas bien organisé, il n'y avait pas de cafe sur la plupart des machines à café dès 6h30. Le parking pour l'hôtel est situé au niveau -2, mais il est quasiment impossible à trouver l'entrée. Quand j'ai demandé à la réception, on m'a répondu que c'était trop difficile à expliquer! La borne de paiement pour la supérette ne marchait pas (pas de scan possible) donc ce n'était vraiment pas pratique

• Jennifer (8/5): - Sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Die Lage nahe des S-Bahnhofs Diegem sehr gut, einfach super praktisch, um in die Innenstadt von Brüssel zu gelangen. Beiim Frühstücksbuffet kam das Personal nur schwer hinterher sauberes Geschirr bereit zu stellen. Das lag aber sicherlich an der sehr guten Auslastung des Hotels.

• Emmanuel (9/5): Bien que court mais il était génial - Le calme et la propreté que j'ai vécu. Bien que le séjour était court, j'ai vraiment aimé l'intimité que les chambres donnent. Mais aussi le personnel était très gentil. Le bus pour emmener à l'aéroport a un emplacement qui n'est pas très bien défini. Les voyageurs peuvent facilement se perdre et ne pas trouver où attendre le bus.

• Hammou (6/5): Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder! - Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Wir waren als Gäste in diesem Hotel und hatten Frühstück inklusive gebucht. Leider war das Frühstückserlebnis eine absolute Katastrophe. Offensichtlich war das Hotel komplett ausgebucht, dennoch waren lediglich zwei Mitarbeiter für den gesamten Frühstücksbereich zuständig. Die beiden Angestellten waren wirklich bemüht und taten uns sogar leid, da sie sichtlich überfordert waren und unmöglich hinterherkommen konnten. Das Problem lag ganz klar nicht beim Personal vor Ort, sondern offensichtlich an der Personaleinsparung des Hotels. Die Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt oder gereinigt. Wir mussten uns erst einmal selbst einen Tisch freiräumen und sauber machen, um überhaupt sitzen zu können. Besteck fehlte komplett, Butter war nicht vorhanden und viele Speisen sowie Getränke wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Mehrere Zapfanlagen waren leer, Orangensaft gab es ebenfalls nicht mehr. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass drei Kaffeemaschinen nicht funktionierten. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde sich überhaupt darum gekümmert. Der gesamte Buffetraum wirkte verdreckt und chaotisch. Für ein Hotel dieser Größe und bei voller Auslastung absolut inakzeptabel. Am letzten Tag haben wir sogar komplett auf das Hotelfrühstück verzichtet und stattdessen auswärts gefrühstückt – obwohl das Frühstück bereits inklusive war. Das sagt eigentlich alles über die Situation aus. Zusätzlich war in unserem Zimmer die Klobrille locker. Wir meldeten dies direkt, allerdings wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass angeblich kein Techniker oder Hausmeister vor Ort sei. Für uns völlig unverständlich, dass es das Hotel von Freitag bis Sonntag nicht geschafft hat, jemanden zu organisieren, der eine Klobrille festschrauben kann – zumal wir sogar selbst einen Hausmeister bzw. Techniker im Aufzug gesehen haben. Zwar wurde uns schließlich ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, allerdings erst von Samstag auf Sonntag. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir bereits alles ausgepackt und uns im Zimmer eingerichtet.

To me this was very disrespectful and I felt discriminated. I'm not sure the reason I was moved, as I did not meet any other person been reallocated.

• pati (4/5): Heel teleurgesteld - Propere kamer Er was shuttle en ontbijt inbegrepen daar we ons vliegtuig moesten hebben 6u15 en we plots 3 uren op voorhand moesten op vliegveld zijn werd de shuttle niet aangepast aan de vertrek uren resultaat moesten een taxi betalen . Ontbijt zogezegd inbegrepen maar om 3 u smorgens kregen we een papieren zak met 1 banaan 1 appel 1 fruitsap en 1 droge boterham zonder niks bij heel teleurstellend . Dus prijs hotel veel te duur op die manier

Ziemlich neues Hotel und für Mittelklassehaus gut ausgestattet. Vor allem das Aufzugsystem gut und flott. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Problem mit TV wurde binnen kürzester Frist gelöst Danke dafür. Parken auch mit SUV in Tiefgarage wirklich entspannt.Alles geräumig und per Aufzug sofort ins Zimmer. Verkehrssituation baustellenbedingt ein Drama.Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

• Marie (9/5): Lovely hotel with amazing staff and a small tip for travelers - The hotel was absolutely beautiful, but what truly made our stay special was the staff. They were incredibly helpful. One evening, when we wanted to buy snacks in the lobby and the self-service wasn't working, a staff member immediately stepped in to help us out. It was so easy to chat and even share a laugh with them, which was a lovely touch. Their polite and friendly attitude created a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you! There wasn't much to complain about, but I do have a small suggestion regarding the airport transfer. If I'm not mistaken, a sign in the lobby stating that the trip takes about 15 minutes. However, our 7:45 AM transfer actually took 30 minutes. ​It would be very helpful if the sign reflected a more realistic timeframe, as the current information can be a bit misleading. Travelers might risk missing their flights since you never know how long check-in or security queues might be. Luckily, we arrived in time and even had a few minutes to spare, but a more accurate estimate would definitely help guests plan their morning more stress-free. ​Overall, though, the experience was great, and I would definitely stay here again!

• Cascella (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole, personale eccellente e ottima posizione, con solo piccoli aspetti migliorabili - La colazione era di buona qualità, con prodotti freschi e piacevoli, anche se la varietà non era molto ampia. Per soggiorni brevi va benissimo, mentre per permanenze più lunghe potrebbe risultare un po’ ripetitiva. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, ben collegata sia all’aeroporto che al centro tramite i mezzi pubblici. I collegamenti non sono diretti e richiedono due autobus e qualche minuto a piedi, ma nel complesso gli spostamenti sono abbastanza comodi. L’hotel dispone inoltre di un servizio navetta condiviso con altri alberghi della zona, molto pratico, anche se non operativo 24 ore su 24: meglio verificarne orari e disponibilità in anticipo. Per gruppi di quattro persone o più, il costo del trasporto pubblico verso l’aeroporto può essere simile a quello di un Uber, che può quindi risultare una valida alternativa. Un altro punto molto positivo è il personale: estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. The breakfast was good quality, with fresh and enjoyable products, although the variety was somewhat limited. It is perfectly fine for short stays, while for longer stays it may feel a bit repetitive. The hotel’s location is excellent, with good public transport connections to both the airport and the city center. The routes are not direct and require two buses plus a short walk, but overall getting around is still fairly convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle service shared with nearby hotels, which is very practical, although not available 24 hours a day, so it is best to check schedules and availability in advance. For groups of four or more people, the cost of public transportation to the airport can be similar to an Uber, which may therefore be a convenient alternative. Another very positive aspect is the staff: extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. Non c’è nulla che non mi sia particolarmente piaciuto; nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva. Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati: - una maggiore disponibilità di canali TV in lingue diverse da quelle locali; - i tavolini all’ aperto sono piacevoli, ma completamente scoperti: considerando il clima del Belgio, sarebbe utile coprirne almeno alcuni per permettere agli ospiti di godersi il giardino anche in caso di pioggia; - il costo per l’utilizzo dell’ombrello è piuttosto elevato (20 €); - in altri hotel della zona viene proposto un happy hour, iniziativa che potrebbe essere interessante anche qui; - dato che viene adottata una politica green e le camere non vengono rifatte ogni giorno — oppure, per soggiorni brevi, si può scegliere di rinunciare del tutto al servizio — sarebbe utile avere uno scopino per il WC in camera. There was nothing I particularly disliked; overall, the experience was very positive. However, there are a few aspects that could be improved: - a wider selection of TV channels in languages other than the local ones; - the outdoor tables are nice, but completely uncovered: considering the Belgian weather, having at least some covered tables would allow guests to enjoy the garden even when it rains; - the cost of using an umbrella is quite high (€20); - some nearby hotels offer a happy hour, which could also be a nice initiative here; - since the hotel follows a green policy and rooms are not cleaned every day — or, for short stays, guests can even opt out completely — having a toilet brush available in the room would be useful.
